My A/C went out and Galen got to our scheduled appointment 30 minutes early!Got the work done quickly and promptly! Life is back to normal! Can’t rave enough about this company! Nice people and veteran owned. Money well spent!

I could not have had a better experience with our AC service call. Galen was professional, punctual, capable, knowledgeable, and extremely reasonable with the service charge. Don’t tell Galen, but, I had expected to pay more. He got our heat up and running in a very short time and couldn’t have been nicer. He is definitely my new AC guy! I will highly recommend his services to my neighbors and anyone needing AC service!

Galen at University Air and Heating quickly identified the problem with one of our AC units- we were low on refrigerant. He showed us exactly how low it was in a way a layperson can understand and told us exactly how much we’d need to keep the unit happy. He explained how the pricing for the refrigerant works and charged us fairly…. Truth be told I was expecting to pay much more but he just shrugged and told me that’s all I needed! Great attitude, quickly responded to my request for service and boy what a difference a little bit of coolant can actually make… about an hour after he was finished i grabbed a blanket to keep warm inside my newly chilly house!!! Veteran owned by the way- if you are looking for integrity and honesty this is the guy to call!

The worst experience. We had University come out for what I would assume to be a routine service call - addition of refrigerant to our system - and they left us with a huge issue we are still dealing with - water damage in our house. Unclogged a primary condensate drain that caused a water leak into our ceiling. Came back twice to look at it but ended up with no resolution and leaving us to now file a claim with our homeowners insurance. 1 year labor warranty? Nope. Insured? It’s not helping us with damage we have since their visit - so what’s the point of being insured if not to help your customers? Sigh. Our $273 service call is now going to be thousands of dollars out of our pocket.

Just wanted to give a shout out to University Air and Heating. They quoted me a price and the final price was very close so no low ball offers to find out they increased the pricing. This is a veteran owned business and he lives up to serving others. I would recommend him to others and will use him on other real estate flips going forward.
