Technician was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. Once problem identified, a resolution was proposed, accepted and completed without issue. Price was acceptable considering other vendors suggested complete unit replacement that was $10,0000 estimate.

Panda Heating and Cooling did a great job fixing my heater. The technician was professional and figured out the problem quickly. The reason for the 2 stars is because I got the bill for $420 for 30 mins of work that nothing was replaced. A flame sensor was cleaned, pressure switch was unclogged, and a shortage was fixed (cables were not making proper contact the pressure switch). I ask my go to HVAC company how much they would charge for this work without knowledge of what I was charged and it was less than half. When I message Panda Heating and Cooling about the price gouging experience, I never got a response costing them another star in the rating.I dont doubt they can get the job done but I would recommend finding another HVAC company with more fair pricing.

The whole Panda team is great to work with. They replaced my AC and furnace in no time!! Jason and Jessica were all wonderful people to work with. Jason was really professional and on time and you can tell he wants the best for his customers and wants customers for life. I am definitely one now!!I’m also attaching pictures of the old AC and the new one!

Our A/C went out at 9 PM the night before we were leaving for a two week trip. We called dozens of companies, most didn’t answer their emergency line and those who did couldn’t get to us for over a week. Panda was amazing. I contacted them through Thumbtack and someone responded within minutes. They didn’t have any available appointments, but were able to work us in. Jason was at our place just after midnight and had the problem resolved within the hour. He was very communicative and efficient. I cannot recommend Panda highly enough!

Panda was incredible! It was 100 degrees and other firms could not schedule us for 3 or 4 days. Jason K from Panda arrived in around an hour. He had us back up and cooling in less than an hour after that. I couldn’t be any more happy and thankful!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful.Hassan came in to install a humidifier then end up turning my water heater off. When i found out the next day from not being able to even take a shower and called him, he keep denying it when he was the only person working in my basement all over the fuse box and everything but instead, started using curse words... calling me dishonest...A simple, sorry, i must have forgotten to turn it back up could have easily fixed the problem but he chose to deny that he somehow have caused the issue and be disrespectful about it.I didnt realized i hired a sailor.A little update, just a couple days after their visit this is how I found my basement this morning (see pictures)

My appointment was a window from 2-5. Show up 30 minutes late. Literally here for 15 minutes. No parts needed, cleaned sensor and was done. Charged $60 for service charge and ask for another $120. I protested and he knocked $20 off. Paid $160. Totally taken advantage of. Would not recommend Panda heat and air.

This company came out and essentially ‘stole’ my $. Told me my ‘fix’ was temporary which was fine, except they never even fixed it. They left before ensuring my system was cooling. I waited 24 hrs to make sure their ‘fix’ was truly a fix, before I reached back out. I also reached out letting them know their technician left before ensuring he had done the job he charged me $700 For and cashed my check while still in his van, although he had not ensured his job was done properly before driving off. So now I sit in my house with a broken AC dying of heat and less $700 and a company that won’t take responsibility for a fix even if temporary that never happened. DO NOT TRUST this company to do the RIGHT thing. They offered NO SOLVE, spent the the weekend of over 100’ each day with over 84 degree heat in my house.

There was exceptional communication and professionalism from start to finish with the installation of our new air conditioner. I would highly recommend this company.

I scheduled this company for AC repair. They rescheduled the first appt, and never showed for that rescheduled time. I had to to take time off of work and waited whole day for a no show. Called and texted multiple times, no response. HORRIBLE.Update 8/23/23: They called me the next day, stating that their business software broke down so they couldnt contact any of the customers. They scheduled for next day and took care of AC issues. Appreciate their sincerity in reaching out taking care of the problem.

I care for my mother and she has respiratory issues. They did everything right and squeezed us in on a Saturday! The technician practiced guidelines for keeping safe and did a quick efficient fix to get our air running again. I would highly recommend Panda to my friends and family. I cant speak highly enough of Panda Heating and Cooling Inc. Panda has fixed and replaced both my air conditioning unit and my furnace. I first met Jason in the summer when my air conditioning broke. He came to my house at 8:00 pm to fix it. My husband and I were thrilled that he was able to come so late in the evening to fix it on an extremely hot summer day. On a freezing cold day in Saturday my furnace broke. Jason came immediately and replaced it. He is punctual, trustworthy, and patient. He cleans up after his mess and will make sure that you are 100% satisfied with his service. He is very reliable. I have literally referred him to all my family and friends. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Jason was awesome. We had another company come out first who told us we needed a complete new unit. Quoted us 5500 dollars. We decided to get another quote so we called Jason. He quoted us 4500 but said he would come out and try to fix it first. He came out, was here about an hour and cleaned the Limit Switch and unit is running great!!!! I knew last season I had to replace the outside A/C unit. I called Panda and not only were they able to come to my home for an inspection/quote sooner than 2 other companies I called, they came in a few hundred dollars less than over the phone quotes I received prior to calling them. The replacement unit was also the correct size for my home, previous A/C was smaller than I should have had in the first place. Replacement was in a matter of days(almost a month waiting with others), Jason from Panda installed everything by himself, cleaned up everything and left as if he was never there except for the new a/c unit(and furnace coils!) and a cooler house! My daughter is going into HVAC and Jason not only did a fantastic job, he answered all my kids questions and let her “supervise” his work while explaining what and why he was doing things. Excellent work, very professional and a competitive price. Being a skilled tradesman myself for over 22yrs I can see when someone knows what they are doing. Panda Heating and Cooling know what they are doing! 5 stars. 100% satisfaction. Highly recommended!

Charged top dollar for after market parts that broke down within 2 months of replacing. Terrible company all around after canceling multiple appointments on me the contractor Jason actually called to threaten me when they failed to hold appointment.

Very friendly and responsive. Checked unit and confirmed it was the capacitor like I suspected. Gave me price and asked if he could complete repair. Very quickly repaired and started cooling off house.

They are simply the best! Wide range of service hours and extremely prompt & professional. They came out the same day I called. Jason tried absolutely everything to fix my 40 year old (!) central air unit before we discovered a bad compressor and discussed options. He installed a brand new unit the next day and my home is comfortable again. I cannot recommend them enough! Also their logo is adorable.

I used panada heating and cooling for my new hvac system. Jason came in and explained all the details before getting started. He even had multiple options for me for different hvac packages as well as financing to work with my budget. 24 hours later my system was installed and running perfectly. Its been 6 months since the install and i couldn’t have been happier with choosing this hvac company.I would highly recommend this company for they providing extremely clean work and for having professional technicians to complete the job.

Our AC unit stopped cooling our house although the fan was still working. I put a request in and received a call from this company 5 minutes later. The repair technician arrived at our house in the next 20 mins. He diagnosed the problem and repaired our capacitor in 10 minutes. Our AC started working immediately, before he left. This company was very professional and timely! Highly recommend!

Buyer beware, check out complaints filed with the BBB and TDLR before doing business with them. We wish we would’ve done more research before buying a “new” hvac system from them. The “new” hvac system has broken down 3 times already and has only been in our home for 3 weeks and to top it all off the “new” unit has leaked through my 20 foot ceiling. 10 out 10 would not recommend.

Used thumbtack to find this place! Had a terrible quote with one company and got a second opinion. GLAD I DID! Jason the tech literally came within 30mins of me calling and got the issue taken care I’m just another 30mins. When I eventually replace my unit I will be using Panda heating and cooling for sure! This service was for a commercial property. I was able to get a same day appointment which was important because the business is a small gym, Curves. It is very important in our small space to have good air flow. They are good at updating when they will arrive. Jason was very nice,professional and able to solve our problem and get the cool air flowing again. We will definitely have Panda as our first choice for any commercial or residential.

They were quick to respond, within a couple of hours to my Thumbtack request, Jason came to my house on time, he was professional and did the check/fix that was required. He did caution me that the problem can recur in the future but said he thought we should be fine for now. I would hire them again.

Routine maintenance of my AC unit. They had to reschedule because of a thunder storm so got me in right away the next day. Priced as expected, very pleasant customer service, will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend.

Im still not 100% sure about the service. The service guy was nice. I mean he didnt say very much, but he wasnt rude and he got straight to work. However, when he left the first time after attempting to fix my AC unit, the temperature in my house never dropped. He said the unit only needed cleaning and he pointed out that I had my filter in the furnace upside down. He flipped it, cleaned the unit and then told me the issue was fixed. After a couple of hours I called back because nothing had changed. He came back. Im not exactly sure what he did the 2nd time. He told me the temperature should begin to drop, then left again. It did drop, but not until many hours later when the temperature outside had dropped significantly. Eventually, around 9pm, the temperature in the house finally reached the temperature set on the thermostat. However, the temperature went up to 78 today and my thermostat is set at 73. I know its really hot outside today, which is why I havent called back. The odd thing is, the temperature on the thermostat is rising even though its getting later and the temperature outside is falling. So, I appreciate that the guy came back and checked his work and didnt charge me anything extra. He also returned promptly after I called the 2nd time. I appreciated that. The thing is, I still dont know if my AC unit is fixed. So of course thats a problem.

I called 4 other companies for 3 days straight, they never even gave me a courtesy call. I called Panda and they immediately messaged me back, and set up an appointment for the same day! Customer service is NOT dead, Panda Heating and Cooling Inc proves it. Will definitely call again!

Arrived in stated window, quickly diagnosed the issue and had the unit fixed and cooling my home again in about 20 minutes. Only small issue was that the technician never provided a quote for the work. They just asked for payment at the end.

I called Panda Heating and Cooling because a couple other times companies were not able to fix the problem. They said I needed a new furnace. Panda Heating and Cooling came in and fixed my problem in less than 5 minutes. The HVAC Professional was respectful and courteous as well as informative. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

SCAM ALERT! Jason, the owner of Panda Heating and Cooling, is a SCAM - complete rip off.To sum it up, I had him over to install my new High-efficiency furnace for $600. After he said he was done, I paid him and he left. I attempted to turn on the heat and there was no airflow from the vents. I attempted to turn on the AC and nothing. I called Jason and he said there was a piece that needed to be replaced and he would come out the next day to fix it. I called him the next day and politely asked him what time he was going to come out for the repair. His response was unreal, he yelled into the phone THIS IS NOT MY BUSINESS AND IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM and hung up the phone. At this point theres nothing I can do but to call a new technician to fix his mistake.I call a local heating and cooling company to come out and take a look. The tech tells me that nothing is installed correctly and nothing is up to code. I have a 5-ton AC unit that requires a specific amount of return air for the HVAC system to run efficiently and Jason installed a small transition from my Furnace to the AC coil that does not work. The electrical wires were not wired correctly and not safely secured, which means they were not up to code. The PVC pipes had no glue around the fittings which mean they were not secure nor up to code. The PVC pipe that drains the condensation from the AC coil was also incorrectly installed, wrong pieces that dont fit, no glue, and of course not up to code. The Gas line was installed incorrectly and also not up to code. Lastly, the AC and humidifier was not wired into the HVAC system.To sum it up, Jason is a SCAMMER and I would not recommend him or Panda Heating and Cooling.

The company contacted me right away and a service tech was here the next day. A little pricey but within a few minutes the fuse was replaced and the unit started. Good job !

Very hardworking men who gave me a price I can afford. I was very pleased with the work that they did. They took the old furnace away and now I have an efficient furnace. I will have them install air conditioning in the spring. A+++ service and products.

My air conditioning broke on July 3rd. I messaged Panda on Thumbtack and within a few minutes, someone responded saying they could come out the next day. They arrived at the beginning of the window they provided, knew exactly what was wrong, and had all the parts on hand. It was a huge relief because I wasnt sure if anyone was going to make it out due to the holiday weekend and the temperatures were in the 90s. I cant recommend Panda enough! Hire them, you wont be disappointed!

Great service appt. all around. Really appreciate the professional communication arranging the appt. and the heads up by text by the technician when he was on his way to my home. Very friendly, solved the problem, very reasonable pricing.

Me and my fiancé were out of town for the installation we had family stay at our house to oversee the company coming to our house and doing the work. The guy was late and didnt contact me he was running 2 hours behind the time frame. So our family wasted a whole Saturday for a job to not even begin when we were promised it would be complete that day.. we have animals that were lets in the cold because of this.. The guy working on my furnace got the wrong unit. Than he never even checked with the company he gets them from to find out why they gave him the wrong unit. He waited until the company closed to contact me about not having the right one. This was on a Saturday so than we had to wait until Monday for him to even start the job he PROMISED would be completed that Saturday. On top of all of this he made a huge mess and destroyed part of my stairs.

2nd time using them. The tech was on time, professional and polite. All highly valued. Fan was fixed correctly the first time at a fair price. Would use Panda again.

Cheapest out of the 4 places i got estimates from. Other places said itd take 2 weeks til they could come whereas this place when i called they said theyd come out tomorow :) The guy, Jason, was on the quieter side n did his thing, but was kind and friendly. The lady who answered the phone was kind and patient.

Arrived within 24 hours during a heat wave. Instead of overcharging, Jason identified that my A/C’s needed cleaning and had them running great within an hour.
