So happy with the experience! Ricardo did an amazing job. He was super professional and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. You don’t see this kind of service much anymore so it really deserves its recognition. He was super patient and a great listener. Luis was our amazing tech. Without wearing you out w all details let’s just say the night before the big snowstorm ‘25 smelled a gas leak. FD came out, CoServe shut off gas. Luis was here 1st thing in the morning. Great attitude, smiling and collected. Very comfortable with the chaos w the weather and multiple leaks we had. Took great care of us, would def work with him again!!

These guys were able to come fix my heater same day. Alan was thorough, explained everything, and offered several options. Not but a couple days later, the oven bit the dust and these folks came out to rewire and install a new one. Less than 24 hours from initial call to install, they tested everything to make sure it worked, and left the work area immaculate.Great customer service and professionalism!

Marcus took extensive time to explain very clearly system problems. He took photographs and made a video so that we would understand what the problem was. He was a very personable, friendly yet professional individual. His at ease attitude must make a customers relax also when he enters their house. Great company. I love how they provide you with a picture of the technician that will be coming to your home. They have always been timely and are very conscious of any time constraints you might have. Jordan knows plumbing! He did a complete check of my pipes, water pressure, and water shut off. He even checked my outside faucets....inside faucets, toilets and under every sink! Worth every penny! Christian did a great job in my post installation inspection. Helped ensure the airflow was redirected to the side of the house that was colder than the warmer side of the house. He also ensured we knew the details of our warranty and other miscellaneous details. Called Milestone and was able to get a quick appointment to repair my shower issue. Received text messages on the progression of the appointment. Jordan promptly arrived, assessed the issue, explained the process and costs (best and worst case scenarios). Work was complete quickly and as described. Jordan was pleasant and very conscious of the word and cleanup, again explaining what he did. Very comfortable with the process, communication, cost and Jordan. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience today with FAROD @ Milestone! He was very professional and extremely thorough. Checked our AC and Heating units. He went above and beyond!I mentioned that my husband passed away recently. A few minutes after he left, he came back and knocked on the door and handed me the sweetest most sincere card with a plant! Milestone has always sent out very professional young man. Manny came last week to finish a furnace. Aaron came yesterday to install insulation into our home. Both men and their assistance performed extremely well and quickly. They were professional, polite, yet friendly. We had an excellent experience with Milestone this week! We had a complex issue that a previous electrician was unable to resolve, but Milestone electrician Roland found and repaired the problem quickly. He was also very professional and even cleaned up afterward. Will definitely use them again!

Milestone Electric is wonderful! Our heater stopped working and I called to have them evaluate it. They were kind and helpful all the way through. They made sure I was seen within a few hours, they helped me review my warranty information, and the technician was helpful, friendly, and kind. Mary, Jalen, and Will were all wonderful to interact with! Im happy to recommend Milestone to anyone!

Jose was very knowledgeable about my AC unit. Immediately he diagnosed the problem with my thermostat. The hub was not functioning send the wrong voltage to the thermostat. Also he noticed several loose wires that fell out when he attempted to remove them. Hes very proficient in his knowledge AC control panels. He did a really great job.

Overall experience was good. Arrived as agreed. Very professional while completing the job (replacing kitchen garbage disposal) in one (1) hour. Everything seems to be working fine. I feel the charges are somewhat inflated. I purchased the new unit and was still charged $419.00 for one (1) hour of work. The invoiced was not itemized so I am not sure if labor cost is this high or if I am missing something. There was also an $80.00 customer credit however, I dont see where or how this credit was applied to the invoice. Am I missing something?

William, provided EXCEPTIONAL service today. He explained why we were having issues with our breakers and what we could do to help prevent having future problems. Thorough explanation of the heating issue and gave us different options. Very professional. They fixed the issue quickly and I have no complaints. We mentioned a plumbing and electric problem as well and they sent guys out same day to take a look. I will admit that the initial quoted price was if I was a member, but he told me up front before any work was done, not as I was paying. I appreciated the honesty.

Luis was really great to work with. He arrived at our home and set out to find the issue with our HVAC unit. Throughout the process, Luis was friendly, outgoing and focused on solving what the issue was. Once he had figured out what the issues were, he took the time to explain everything to my wife and I. His presentation even included a video that he made that walked us through all points that he focused on. Alex was able to fix my shower temperature issue and hand sink water pressure problem. To be able to set an appointment the day of and get great service and to fix all of the problems I needed in the same day was a huge help. His customer service was a plus as well and we will definitely be using milestone plumbing for everything in the future.

Couldnt have gone smoother. Setting up appointment was quick, accommodating to my availability, Zaul was at my house at the beginning of my window of time. Quickly determined the issue with my hvac and had the house warm again. Decided to sign up for the yearly plan that provides 2 services each year prior to summer and winter. And I was shown pictures and videos of what was seen and done in the attic so that you know whats wrong and what Im paying for.

Roland was AWESOME!!! Extremely professional and friendly. I moved to DFW a few years ago so I didn’t have experience with an electrical company. They had great communication and excellent service. I’d highly recommend for any work you need done.

We have used Milestone before and have always been satisfied with their work. They are professional and well trained. They are also very expensive. Marcus Sanchez was excellent and professional. We chose not to have the work done by Milestone because of their price not because of the technician. You get what you pay for so I hope I dont regret the decision but installing two bathroom faucet installations should not cost over $1200.

My appointment time was 8am to 11am. Billy arrived about 8am. This is the first time I had this happen to me. Usually most contractors would arrive at 11am, maybe I was the first appointment.I made the appointment for a tune up of my heat pump system. He did a get great job.I would recommend Milestone for home services.

One word: Flawless... Will came to our home, checked our HVAC system and found a clogged port in the system. Cleaned it off and everything is working perfectly. I was blown away by the honesty. Cody Roberts of Milestone did a very good job of inspecting my HVAC unit. He changed the filters and did a thorough inspection of the unit inside and out. He gave me good advice on what to watch for in the future as far as AC units go and I appreciated that.

It was my first time to engage Milestone Electric, A/C, & Plumbing, and I have to say that I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience. I had submitted a request online and later that morning I was pleasantly surprised by the warmth and professionalism of the lady who handled my request and scheduling. Additionally, there was a follow up call by another person to see if I would be able to accommodate their technician a little earlier since they were already in the area. Upon arrival, two gentlemen arrived in Milestone uniforms and I could tell by their introduction and demeanor that they were ready to tackle just about any electrical problem that I could give them. So, I proceeded to discuss the initial reason for the call which was to install an outlet in the area where my water heater was. (I wanted the outlet to power a newly installed FloodStop device on the water heater since I didnt want to rely on batteries for the devices operation.) Bryan (the lead electrician) discussed how they would approach the installation and what they would be looking for. He was very detail oriented and explained everything. I had some additional electrical work that I had questions about and Bryan listened to my thoughts and provided his advice on each future plan that I had. He worked up the solutions and pricing so that I could plan appropriately. He also explained the Milestone Advantage Plan, its costs and benefits. And he provided pricing on each solution with and without the plan. Work was completed in a flash, just like their motto says! I definitely appreciated the great professionalism exhibited by Bryan and Simon as well as the rest of the office staff. I look forward to doing additional business with them to handle my large-scale electrical needs.

I live in an older home and knew the time would come when I’d have to address some electrical safety issues. Having recently become a Milestone advantage customer, I decided to take advantage of the perk for a free Safety Inspection. Alex arrive within 30 minutes of my arrival timeframe exhibiting the friendliest personality. After explaining the process, he got started. After about 45 minutes, he presented me with his findings. It wasn’t bad at all for a house nearing 40 years old. He, also, point out things which weren’t critical which I should be aware. There wasn’t any scary sales pitch just the facts. Mathew Chavez came to our home to provide electrical services. While onsite he installed new vanity light fixtures in two bathrooms, repaired garage and outdoor flood light on/off switch issues. He also inspected circuit completion issues for kitchen lighting which is still under warranty and developed a plan for bulb replacement and fixture repair to be completed at a later date upon receipt of now ordered parts. He also inspected old bathroom ventilation fans and provided helpful information for us to use to buy new units which he will install when he returns to complete the kitchen light work. He was very efficient and methodical in all of his actions and tidy in leaving all areas neat and clean. We appreciated his concise explanations of all work done and future work. Well done!

Plumer arrived timely and was very carful evaluating our situation. This involved outside and inside work to clear the drain. Our guy had all the right equipment and knowhow to correct the problem.

Zach did an absolutely fabulous job! I would give Milestone five stars if the cost wasnt so high - because they have so many overhead costs. Francisco Hernandez from Milestone came Wednesday afternoon and reviewed the in/out drains in our front yard with the Milestone plumber that came out this morning (forgot his name). They took pictures with the camera to show us.He was very professional and showed us things to help us understand what was causing the issues we were having.Within 45 minutes the other 2 plumbers came to dig up the ground to replace the pipes.Francisco gave us his direct phone number to contact him later today and would be coming back.

I had them out for a quiet to run power from the house to a workshop and while there discovers that my 30 year old panel was a pretty big fire hazard. I had wrong fuses from past work that were arcing and melting the bus bar. I have them coming out to replace the whole main panel I a few days.The came out yesterday and replaced my main panel and did an outstanding job and quicker then I expected!I highly recommend them to any and everyone.

I have been with Milestones for about two years, I am 100% satisfied with Milestones. I have a rental house, I canceled the home warranty but joined Milestones. Since then it has been much relaxed dealing with all kinds of fix.

We had an emergency the night before the January 2025 snow storm in which we a gas leak happened and turned off. Luis was phenomenal with his explanations and work performed. I highly recommend him.

We had to reschedule due to the scope of work and needing an additional helper however Willy was punctual, courteous, and did his best to accommodate.

A total rip-off! Milestone quoted me $2500 for a job to replace a thermostat, it’s a high dollar thermostat ($800), but $1700 for labor? The tech also told my wife he thought our hot water heater had a carbon monoxide leak and wanted to refer a Milestone plumber to come look at it. I went to Home Depot and got a $20 carbon monoxide detector, surprise, no leak. Contacted two other reputable companies and was quoted $1600 and $1400, job was done for $1400. I used Milestone once before with no issue. I don’t doubt the quality of their work, only the price.

Been working with this company for my AC, electrical, and plumbing and have been very happy. Neil came out to help put in a new electrical outlet for my home office and was on time, professional, nice, and did an excellent job. He did a great job! I highly recommend this company for anyone needing these services. I also have their advantage and that helps save a lot of money on my AC maintenance and other services when needed.

Milestone electrician discovered Home Depot recommended contractor did not wire our fan correctly in order to add the light kit. Milestone electrician corrected the issue and now both our fan and light kit added to the far are working correctly and safely. Thank you.

Blair was great: courteous, competent and arranged a warranty repair on a 2017 thermostat! We were surprised and pleased with his service and warranty support!

A/C broke down, temperature almost 100 and inside temp 85. While could not fix that day, parts needed, the very next day, personnel came out and installed new parts. It is working, yeah. I found Technicians to be excellent, as well as courteous, caring and effective in explains the process. Definitely recommend. One other thing, the personnel with whom I spoke on the phone were fantastic, even taking up my cause and ensuring that I would receive service quickly. Even called me back to explain what happening and assuring that Milestone would get things fixed that day, very caring.

Technicians was very knowledgeable quick to respond,Plumbing Work looks good.due to the price cleanup should’ve been includedHowever drywall was left all over the floor.I had a bad plumber try to make this repair the 1st time around in it was leaking inside the wall so I had to call the professionals. This was my first time using milestone and going into this repair I was aware that it was going to be Pricey. We are ok with paying more as long as we get more. There was two small 2X4 inside the wall installed by the bad plumber, the milestone plumber started he has never seen anything like it I ask can they be removed milestone plumber stated he believes so.However they are still there. Once again due to the price this should have been included. Overall 3 stars is how I feel about the job, they got it done.Milestone I suggest if your going to charge more let’s make sure to remove all debris and address any questions or concerns the customer may have

Chad at Milestone is excellent plumber!!! So friendly and really explained the problem with my totally clogged bathroom sink drain (zero water draining). He fixed the drain problem and also changed faucets & shower heads. Super great experience!!! Also such a quick response from Milestone, as I called about 5:30pm and Chad came next morning.

Technician showed up on time with prior notice by phone and text. Issue was diagnosed in a timely fashion and clearly explained. Repair options were presented without sales pressure. Repair was completed in a timely fashion

The Milestone HVAC tech came to troubleshoot our heating system (furnace) downstairs that was not operating at full capacity and advised us that our heating system was not installed correctly. And they would have to reinstall a new system as they will not work on a system installed only 5 yrs ago by another company. They were giving us an estimate of $16,000 for a full replacement. Another HVAC tech came a few hours later and said that our fireplace damper was open which is why the downstairs area was not warm but the HVAC (furnace) was working perfectly well. All he did was close the damper in the fireplace and the problem was fixed within a couple of hrs as the HVAC furnace was working fine. So, I’ll let u be the judge of using this company for your future HVAC (furnace) or any electrical needs.

Also, we had been told the duct team would be here so the total job would be complete today! Now, the duct team is scheduled to be here tomorrow which is a very busy day for us and we’re leaving at noon for the rest of the day. We do not hold Jimmy responsible for the miscommunication. He was very apologetic for the miscommunication that was out of his control.

Francisco is the Best! Seriously! I had quite a night because of my water heather burst. I called Milestone by 8am and before noon Francisco was already working. He asses the situation provide me the quote with reasonable fair pricing and he started working right away.Process will take longer than one day since I need restoration services before installing the new water heather. But Francisco took care of everything. Profesional and assisting in every posible way through the process. If the were more than five starts he definitely deserve more than 5.

As always, Evan was fantastic. We’ve relied on Milestone for all our A/C and plumbing needs for years and they continue to deliver by servicing and maintaining all our equipment.

We had an emergency leak at a property, and after calling four plumbers, they got us taken care of as quickly as possible. Marcus showed up when they said he would. We found that it was coming from the irrigation system, and he was able to get the leak stopped until we could get the irrigation company out. Thank you, Marcus and Milestone, for being available and going over and beyond!

Job was completed, but our plumber was not professional in speaking with us when we had questions on the pricing. The corporate office gave us a partial refund ($100 off $509 for members to fix a shower cartridge in 20 minutes) so I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The company also had no idea I’d gotten a membership with them until I told them.

Exceptional service from Milestone HVAC Tech named Clayton! Very meticulous & patient as he conducted my annual furnace inspection. Perfect customer skills as he thoroughly explained the results & preventative service recommendations from his findings. Highly recommend Milestone!

Had a complicated electricalproblem which affected the function of our water heater. Another electrician made an attempt to fix the problem and although he managed to return the current for a brief period his solution did not last because the gfi was disabled which is obviously dangerous. It took a while to navigate a messy garage which made it difficult to find all of the wire locations, but the Milestone expert did and I am extremely satisfied with his work. I will happily recommend Milestone to my neighbors.

Bedford did a great job of servicing our Heat & A/C unit. He spent an hour cleaing and checking the thermostat and the exterior and interior units. He explained the options I have to improve the A/C unit and the importance of keeping clean filters in place, plus making sure to have Milestone return semi-annually for servicing the unit. Benny Wu, specifically, offered a realistic and practical assessment - that did not go directly to a full system replacement. Yes, it ultimately was discussed, as an option, but his recommendations were not canned, but specific to my systems problem.

Came out day we called. Warranty took care of the issue. A part was needed and Sammy got it from someone nearby instead of driving to warehouse for the part. He explained everything as he went.
