Our cats made a mess on two of our silk/wool rugs. We tried to use a natural enzyme cleaner to get rid of the smell. It didnt work. Kiwi Services did a great job cleaning them at a very reasonable price. The whole process was quite simple and easy: 1. filled out an estimate request; 2. They called back with a quote; 3. They sent someone to come pick it up; 4. Then delivered it back. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The rugs have returned to their brilliant colors, and smelled clean! Highly recommend.

I have used Kiwi Fort Worth several times to clean my area rugs and they have been fantastic. I had a few pet stains which needed deep cleaning and they washed my rug several times. They pickup and deliver and are friendly and quick. You never realize the difference until you get your rugs back…It makes a huge difference and brightens up your room again. Customer service is outstanding. I would recommend Kiwi hands down.

I’ve used Kiwi 2 times over the last few years. The last time was when my daughter had her sofa cleaned. They did an excellent job. Arrived on time and finished quickly. The best thing is Kiwi doesn’t use any chemicals and area dries quickly. They are always prompt returning phone calls and I would definately recommend Kiwi over any other carpet cleaning businesses.

Kiwi Houston successfully cleaned my living room wool area rug that I thought was ruined forever by my dogs urine. It was returned fresh, clean and bright. I trust them so much that I am using them again for my bedroom wool rug.

The best carpet cleaning and repair ever! We have always had dogs. One unfortunately got very very sick. It didnt look possible to clean, but Kiwi pulled it back, cleaned the slab, replaced some padding, and put the carpet back and stretched it as needed. No one can tell that mess ever happened.

Kiwi has had my rug for two months. First they brought it back dirty, and then they didnt bring it back at all. We have had a terrible time getting it scheduled for delivery over the last two weeks. There is always some problem- first they couldnt find it, and now they want to deliver it at 7::30 Saturday night after promising it for several days in a row, always cancelling. They finally came down on the their chargesfor the inconvenience, but we still have not seen the rug to be sure it is actually clean.

I used Kiwi Services about 5 years ago and they did a tremendous job cleaning the carpet in my townhome and I kept their phone number because I knew I would need them in the future. On tomorrow they will be coming to Hurst to complete a cleaning job at my son apartment. I only called the best in the business. If youre looking for professionalism and someone to show up on time and clean your carpet the way its suppose to be cleaned then Kiwi cleaning is the way to go.

Only one of the 4 rugs I sent out for cleaning came back, looking like it actually had been cleaned. My remaining rugs smelt faintly, of some kind of a shampooy chemical, but other than that, there is absolutely no evidence of my rugs getting cleaned. $400.+ I got ripped off. Thats my experience. Im going to challenge the charge. Take my carpets to another professional cleaner. Have them evaluate and take pictures of the rugs as to whether these rugs were actually professionally cleaned. I am doing this in case I have to go to court to get my money back.

Revising my previous review. If I could give this a ZERO I would.My appointment was for between 9-11 am today. At 11:45 they still were not here. I called and was advised the tech was in Ft Worth and they would be here by 12:30. At 1:00 I call again. Now it will be “around” 2:00. At 2:15 the “tech” arrives in a beat up old truck, no “Kiwi” logo, and looking like he’s exhausted. I see a “bucket” thing in the back of his truck and he tells me he uses rotating brushes. Hell no! I don’t want my carpet beat to death with rotating brushes. My previous review was pertaining a service they did over 5 years ago to get $15 off. Wow.

I have used kiwi carpet cleaning several times in the past and still use them. They always do a great job and the prices are decent!

We hired Kiwi to clean our couch, and the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Despite their hefty charges and big promises, they completely failed to deliver. Not only did they leave the couch worse than before, but the fabric has lost its softness due to harsh treatment, and the original dirt spots reappeared soon after. The technician only spent about 15 minutes on the job and left without addressing the key issues.On top of that, the technician unprofessionally suggested doing extra work in exchange for a monetary favor, which was completely inappropriate. When I raised my concerns with management, they scheduled a follow-up appointment, but the technician never showed up and canceled last minute, asking for a reschedule. The entire process has been unprofessional, unreliable, and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend Kiwi to anyone.

I have used Kiwi for years. Scheduling is easy and the one year warranty on carpet cleaning cant be beat.

I just cancelled my order with Kiwi to clean my area rug. I made the appointment for the tech to pick it up today and the best they would give me was sometime between 8AM and 5PM. They reminded me, yesterday, that they would be here in that time window and I needed to be here when they arrived. I remained here the entire day and their technician did not arrive, at all. The office manager called just before 4PM and promised that the tech would be here by 5:15PM. (Not terribly late.) Now, its amost 6PM and the phone answerer told me that the tech is still 40 minutes away from arriving here. If they cant hit a 9 hour window to simply pick it up(which ANYONE can do), I dont trust them to handle the rest of their commitment, either.

I have used Kiwi for years for carpet, rug and tile cleaning. The technicians are prompt, thorough, professional and kind. Customer Service also deserves a shout out because they always so helpful and efficient.

Kiwi cleaned a very dirty rug of mine that had tons of pet hair on it. I was going to throw the rug out but also wanted to try and sell it. After they worked on it, the rug was like new and I was able to make a decent amount off the sale.

I am using kiwi service since 2010, these people are very professional. I like that their carpet wash is quick dry , I did duct cleaning service too in past years, it was very good too. And top of that they have one year warranty, so you can call them again on a minimum charge again within a year.

I was recommended to Kiwi by a neighbor. I am so glad I was. With four kids it is a job keeping the carpet clean. Kiwi was able to remove all the old stains and made the carpet look brand new! They are easy to schedule and very flexible with time. I have already booked my next service with them. They also have great specials!!

I had a poor experience. I hired them to clean my carpets, vents and the air handlers after having my house remodeled.They didn’t clean all of my carpets. Most of the stains did not come out. And I immediately noticed that they missed a couple of the return registers.The first time I changed my air filters after their service, they were so clogged they had become lodged in the air handlers. It was really hard to get them out and I ended up cutting my finger.The dust was clearly from the construction. So, the person never changed the filters. Nor did he clean the air handler.The customer service department told me I waited too long to let them know. They wanted another $440 to redo the work.

I have been using Kiwi Services for 10 years now, both at our office and home. Everytime they have provided and great cleaning service. Plus, how can you beat the warranity? They will clean your carpet again for a fraction on the origianl cost.

Kiwi Services is a very good company. I have white carpet and they came out and cleaned it a few years ago, and I am just now having it redone. They make your carpet look like new. It is a very good company you would want to work for your cleaning your floors.

I found Kiwi several years ago and was very satisfied with the service I received. When comparing other companies, their warranty offer is a much better option so I will be using them again.

The fellow who came to clean the carpet had a good attitude, but he did not have the profesional equipment required to do the job.His equipment was the equivalent of the machine one rents at Walmart or Kroger or any other large supermarket. He told me the stains would not be removed. The following day I spent about one hour with a hand brush and the same carpet shampoo used in the machines one can rent at the supermarkets. In essence I was able to remove all the stains the fellow told me they would not come out. If you see they come with a van that has a large vacuum equipment mounted on the vehicle, not a portable machine, then you can trust they came with the right equipment do the job.

I used Kiwi for their pick up, cleaning and delivery of one of my rugs. I was very pleased how quickly they were able to come to my house, pick up the rug and take it off site for cleaning. The rug returned beautiful, fresh and ready to go! I will be using them again!

I love Kiwi. I especially love their contract that allows you to have them out as many times as you like for a small fee. This has been invaluable as I have a new puppy. My technician was Enrique and he was excellent. He showed up on time and did each service beyond my expectation. Hi had carpet repair in several places, carpet/rug/tile/hardwood cleaning, and duct cleaning. My home never felt better! I will highly recommend this company over any other in the metroplex and I think Enrique has a lot to do with it.

If I could give a negative star I would. Worse service ever!! Promised I would receive both of my carpets in a week’s time, 2.5 weeks later they call to say on the way. Sure enough tech shows up with no carpets. I call to complain… all they have to say is I’m sorry. Please take your business to a more trustworthy company.

My carpets were cleaned very well. The technician came in and went right to work. It was a lasting clean. They called me to come back to fulfill the warranty of cleaning those areas again. I had totally forgotten about the warranty. Great company to do business with.

We’ve used Kiwi in the past without issues. I will never use them again. Technician showed up late even though I had called customer service several times to confirm the appointment and their arrival. Even showed up nearly a half hour after customer service said he was “3 minutes away”. When he showed up (in what appeared to be his own car and not a company’s vehicle), he was lethargic, discourteous and didn’t seem to want to be there. We sent them home. Waste of my time, waste of my day, waste of my day off. Will never use Kiwi again, and VERY glad we cancelled the area rug cleaning with them- especially after reading all their horrible recent reviews on Google. If this is the quality of their employees/contractors now, it’s not worth the risk to do business with them no matter how cheap they claim to be.

We have always had a dog and the carpet needs cleaning every 4 months are so! The service people are always friendly and do an excellent job! We enjoy the orange smell of the carpet after they leave. I have had to call them back a couple of times the next day and have always had good luck at finally getting that spot up!

So, after my 1 star review this morning, I have to give 5 stars, because of the way they went above and beyond to not lose me as a customer. AND my carpets look amazing! Way to go Kiwi!I hate writing this review, because I have used Kiwi for years and have loved their work. But the customer service and quality of the technicians has really declined in the past year. Last week, my technician never showed up, after waiting in my 4 hour window. When I called they were so nice, and got me a new window (although it was a week later) and once again, my tech was a no show. They were kind enough to give me a $50 credit towards a job I will never use, because I will not sit around any longer for my time to be wasted. Kiwi, you just lost a 5 year customer.

Kiwi is the only company we use to clean our carpets. Have tried others and they all fall short. Carpets come out clean, smell great and dry quickly. There is no soaking of carpets and waiting hours or days to dry. We only use Kiwi now and you will love them too!!

I received a service to get my rug cleaned in August and it was not completed well and made the rug look worse where I had to replace it. I was suppose to receive a refund but still have yet to receive it and it is now December and was told that it would take 6 weeks to receive my money back. It has been 3 months since I called the first initial time when I discovered the rug was messed up more and was not close to any other location. I have called the company multiple times and was not able to speak with a supervisor to get my matter resolved.

I became a customer years ago after one of my neighbors told me about the company. We have since moved and I called on a few other companies with lower prices, but I am back as a Kiwi customer and do not plan to use any other company again. I can honestly say that you will be pleased. I do not like the way other companies soak the carpet pad which means soggy carpet for sometimes up to 24 hours. With Kiwi my carpet is dry in less than 2 hours. Also, I love the fresh citrus smell of the carpet and the convenience of being able to call them back to clean throughout the year by just paying the inexpensive trip charge and $4 per room fee. So all in all, I have tried numerous carpet cleaning companies throughout the metroplex, but Kiwi out ranks them all. Finally, the customer service is superb! My home care consultant is Lacy and she is responsive and friendly. I really do not think that you will be disappointed with Kiwi.

Kiwi services has always delivered excellent service. I have used them several times over the years. The reps on the phone are always helpful, the cleaning crew are always friendly and do a great job. After the carpet is cleaned, it dries QUICKLY and has a fresh scent. We have used Kiwi consistently for at least 7 years. They always do a thorough job and often remove stains I didnt think would ever come out. I love the smell of the product they use, and Im always surprised by how quickly the carpet dries after a cleaning. I feel they charge a very fair price for the quality received. And the 12-year warranty deal (for revisits within 12 months) is always the icing on the value cake.

Kiwi Services has been my one and only carpet cleaning service since 2002. I especially like their warranty program where they will come out and re-clean your carpet for $7 a room, plus trip charge, anytime within 12 months. I also like the quick drying time. My only bad experience was one rep who grossly overpriced a minor carpet repair. I called him out on it and he dropped the price substantially to less than 50% of what he quoted me.

Terrible experience. Scheduled appointment. Technician came out and told me it would be double what was quoted me by phone to treat stains. Stains as you will see in picture are barely noticeable. This wasn’t a situation of hard deep stains or anything I would have considered out of the ordinary. Beware of the up charges.

We initially used kiwi services to come in and do a cleaning before move in. They cleaned our carpets and our vents. They were very thorough and friendly. We used them again to clean the carpets once more and only paid a service fee. We looked at other companies and Kiwis prices were fair and affordable. We’ve been happily using Kiwi for several years for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. We like the barely wet carpet cleaning which dries very quickly and the thorough duct cleaning is thorough uses a sanitizer that smells good and is not overpowering. Technicians are prompt and professional and customer service does its best to apply discounts. Will consider re-editing if service makes up for it.Four years into owning the house and four cats later, carpets needed cleaning! Kiwi was recommended by a neighbor and they came out that week. I was impressed by how quickly they were able to clean all of the requested rooms.We didnt do additional spot treatments, just the basic service. I had moved the small furniture out of the rooms for them, so they didnt move anything for me. Had four rooms plus the stairs and landing done. Im also happy that I can get a second cleaning in the same year for a trip charge plus $4 a room. Next, having them clean my rugs!

I have been using Kiwi for about ten years. I have tried other carpet cleaning companies, but I am never as satisfied as when I use Kiwi. They use a great cleaner that leaves the carpets looking like new. I like that they don’t flush the carpets with water, letting it get into the padding and fibers. Most of the time, the carpet is completely dry within thirty minutes of them leaving. All the employees are friendly and respectful.

Used Kiwi for air duct cleaning as with other services technician arrival was prompt, he was courteous and considerate in making noise as I am working from home.I’ve used the services of Kiwi for some years. Had Kiwi come out a year ago for a good cleaning. Carpets looked great even with 3 dogs and twin toddlers. I have used them for the warranty and again, courteous and great results. We even had a scheduling issue where our appointment got bumped due to a prior appointment that ran long. They came the next day at our convenience and even gave us a free room deodorizing treatment to apologize!

When the cleaning technician arrived, he was very professional and after looking at our couches and mattress recommended some additional services with out pressuring us. I was not quite satisfied with the grout cleaning. I knew the results were due to extra dirty grout. We have used Kiwi Services twice now after water pipe leaks under our foundation required the plumbers to pull back our bedroom carpeting to drill through the foundation and repair the leaks. On short notice Kiwi was able to come out the very next day after the repairs were finished to stretch and put the carpeting back in place, as well as joining the seam where it had to be cut in the doorway to the room. The service was great and they did a fantastic job making it look as good as new! I will definitely use them again, although hopefully not because of any more water pipe leaks under our house!

We had our carpet cleaned by Kiwi Services yesterday, the service technician did a very good job in cleaning all the areas and removed most of the spots. I like using Kiwi because they offer unlimited carpet re-cleaning for 1 year at $7 per area plus the service trip fee ($35-37). We like to have our carpet clean every 3-4 months, so it work very well for us.

Update 2 (Nov. 2020) not only has Kiwi NEVER responded to me — they are disputing the charge on my credit card that I reported. Additionally, I had a friend who scheduled with them in Frisco.... when the guys arrived to clean the carpet, they literally left without doing anything because my friend refused their “up sale” & Kiwi refused to only perform the services he originally scheduled.Update: While Kiwi responded to this review and said theyd be calling, they did not. The rug was finally returned and looked like it had not even been cleaned. I still cant recommend this company and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.I originally contacted Kiwi to clean my rug based on the reviews online. However, a month later, my rug has not been returned. I was told Wednesday she was checking with her manager. As of today - no response and Ive emailed twice asking about it. I would NOT recommend this company. They have my rug and my money.

I had Kiwi clean some of our carpets and hardwood floors this past spring. Overall I was satisfied although I didnt notice until after the technician left that one of the larger spots on our carpet was still visible, and some of the scratches on the floor were not entirely buffed out. I was in the process of selling my house so I did not have time to call them to come back out. They do have a fantastic warranty and I believe they will also come back out for free within 30 days of the last cleaning if something isnt satisfactory. I have been pleased with the customer service each time I have talked to a representative on the phone.
