I recently moved into a new townhome and kept getting a message that the dryer duct was 80% full. I searched for a company to handle it as the dryer duct stretches over 20 feet. Everything about Guardian Home Services was a breeze. I sent a text message requesting service and someone called me back within 24 hours. He was very nice and got everything scheduled. Jamie and Ben showed up a bit earlier than the appointment. They were friendly and explained everything. They were done in about an hour and even provided pictures of all the lint they removed. It’s nice to get quality service! I recommend them 100%.

Jamie and crew did a fantastic job cleaning our ducts. Very professional. Covered everything, wore shoe protectors, taped all the vents. Showed me a video of one of the ducts with the power vacuum hooked up, and saw lots of debris and dust. Cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to breathing clean air again.

Great service. Got estimates from other places as well, they all told me our ducts were pretty dirty/bad, seems to push us to get the it done ASAP or on the same day when they came on site to do the inspection regardless. Collin Creek was the only one telling me our ducts were okay, not that bad after cleaning done, absolutely objective, professional and polite. Reasonable price as well! Would definitely recommend them to people who need the service!

Jeff was very quick to respond to my initial inquiry, he was very professional and accommodating throughout. The service crew, Eric and Andrew, we’re just as great to work with. They were great at coordinating and working around us since we’re work-from-home.They cleaned out dust and mildew that had formed from the home builders not properly sealing the ducting or the hvac. They properly sealed the hvac and ducting. From the many pictures they took of before and after, it looked like they did a great job.Planning on using their services again in the immediate future for attic insulation. I definitely would not hesitate to call them back for any other work or service they offer when I need it.

Joe did a great job but I was told there would be a crew of two men. This was a two-man job so instead of taking 3 hours, the job took 6 hours and I had to help or it would have taken longer. I am very satisfied with Joe, who did his best under the circumstances. I am not satisfied with the company, who should have sent two men as I was promised. Also, I missed a whole day of work instead of half a day. Now Im tired as if I was on the crew. My whole day was spent on this job. And I was charged the full fee. I will not be using their service again.UPDATE: I have upgraded the rating. Nick called and wanted to make it right. He was sincere and offered to provide me with additional services to make up for the experience. In the end, the job was done right and I can certainly feel the difference. Should I be in need of air duct services I will be using Collin Creek Home Air Care because I can see they do care about the customer and providing a good service.

Eddie and his team did a wonderful job cleaning our air ducts and adding dampers to help the airflow in our home. They were very friendly, professional, and punctual! They set up to make sure all of our belongings would not get dirty and cleaned/vacuumed any debris after they finished. We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their ducts cleaned!

Three employees (a female and two males) arrived at my home within the stated time of arrival, assessed the job and immediately started to work. They covered my furniture and floor (where necessary). The call to arrange the appointment, and the three employees (a female & two males) who arrived on time and confirmed the work to be done, then covered furniture & floors as necessary. Just bought a new house and scheduled CC duct cleaning to clean the ducts. They called 30 minutes before arriving, arrived on time and after the very friendly technicians inspected my hvac system, they showed me pictures and said the precious owners must have had the service done recently and that I did not need to have my ducts cleaned. I certainly didnt expect that and confirmed that the previous owner had it done when they installed a new roof within the last 3 months! Honest, friendly and fairly priced. It’s never a good thing when your AC stops working in Texas! We have 2 units and the one servicing our bedroom and office stopped cooling. Jeff came out and right away and told us the bad news that we had to replace the unit. Our furnace is in the attic and his team did a great job taking out the old unit and putting in the new unit. Jeff also noticed that our other unit was was cycling and constantly turning on snd off. He fixed that problem which will keep the other unit working for another year or two. They were very professional and I strongly recommend the company. Great job!

Just had the duct cleaned yesterday by Collin Creek Duct Cleaning. We are very pleased with the service and recommend them highly. The crew were courteous and their care showed in protecting our floors and furnatures. They did a very good job on one unit of our system, and advised us that the other unit was still in good/clean condition and saved us the cost.

Two thumbs up! Professional, on time, polite, and informative. I chose them because they are certified by NADCA certified. That is important as it is easy to get ripped off by companies that are not qualified. Getting a quote was fast, easy and accurate. They notified me ahead of arrival and were on time. They covered all the areas with plastic as not to spread dirt. They brought areas of concern to my attention, fixed some openings in my duct work that was causing lost heating and cooling air in my home. Identified another area of concern of loose fiberglass in the system that could cause big issues. They came back and fixed that additional issue without additional charge. They cleaned my dryer vent for free as well. They showed pictures to me of the work they did. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They are a very good company to do business with!

Update after a week: Josh followed up and apologized on the issues. They did come back and addressed my concerns. Thanks for the follow up Josh. Hope they have taken the feedback and handle it professionally for the future clients.Old review:As noted by another reviewer they dont clean the duct. They just clean the HVAC unit, even though I asked them to. The worst part is, they broke our toothbrush holder while cleaning the bathroom air vent and silently left without informing us. I dont care about the toothbrush holder set but it is unprofessional to leave without informing us. Improve your service quality.

I got good service. The air duct was cleaned. I also got a recommendation for future maintenance. In the age of Covid, I also appreciate that the technician used a mask, and was fairly professional all in.I would recommend them. Good to clean out the ducts every year or so depending on your mess.

The office staff were friendly and quick at getting me scheduled. The Technicians showed up in a clean, well marked vehicle and were presentable and well mannered(all these things are important to me as a stay at home mom). They finished sooner than expected even! Would definitely recommend.

They did such awful job with our shower cleaning, re-grouting, and re-caulking. We called them multiple times and gave them multiple chances but they dont seem to care. They did our bathrooms back in September. The first guy put huge amounts of caulking all over the shower (looked literally slobbered over) didnt re-grout the tiles properly leaving gaps, didnt wipe off excess caulking and grout from the tiles, and left an entire seam of shower wall uncaulked that we discovered after water got out from that side and damaged the footboard on the other side of the wall. I contacted them right away and they said they will send the same guy back again. I argued to send someone else with him to show him all the places he missed because he thought he did a very good job. Talked to the manager, sent them pics, he said he will come himself the next day but never showed up. They sent another guy that day who was shocked at the job his colleague had done and said he would need to re-do everything and left for the day as it was past 5 already on a Friday. Then they rescheduled many many many times because they wanted to make sure the job is done correctly by someone with good experience and then sent some HVAC guy to fix things. That guy had probably never done this before. He insisted to put grout everywhere, even where caulking is supposed to go and said thats the best way to do it. It has been ~5 months now and the grouting that these guys did has started falling out from everywhere. There are still holes all over the shower walls that are missing grout and caulking. I am beyond disappointed at this professional service and feel like such as huge waste of ~$730. I could have DIYed this way better than this!

I was very pleased with the service call. The technicians wore shoe protection and masks. They were polite and courteous and carefully explained what they were going to do. I was told that the job would take some time. It was apparent that they did not plan to rush in to do the work and take off for the next appointment. The first thing the team did was to examine my furnace and ductwork to determine how badly it needed to be cleaned. After an inspection of the unit, alone with photos of what was examined, I was shone the photos and told that the unit was basically clean and that I did not need their services. They then quietly cleanup their equipment and went on their way.The service charge was well worth the price. And it was good to learn that our unit was working well and that it did not need cleaning.Thus, I can highly recommend this company if think you need your A/C ductwork cleaned or if, in fact, you do need such a service.Dr. B.

Good service, affordable pricing, polite and thorough technicians. There was a slight dispute about the price at the end of the job (manager came out and gave me one quote, but then the technicians suggesting changing the details of the job and gave me a different, cheaper quote), but ultimately they made the decision to honor the less expensive quote. Good business move! Leaves me feeling like I was treated respectfully and that they truly appreciated my business.

The work they did was good but they didnt do everything they were contracted to do. When they called to see if I was satisfied with their service, I explained that the job hadnt been completed. They promised to get back with me within a day but almost 2 weeks later, I havent heard a word and the job still isnt completed.

System is from 1998. Joe and his helper were here all day and as we suspected, found some light mold in a plenum, likely due to aging duct seals. Now all is good and we are getting a quote for necessary repairs. Got dryer vent cleaned out at same time. Prompt. Courteous. Hard working. Recommend.

Definitely do not recommend this company. The first time we scheduled an appointment, they cancelled 30 minutes before they were supposed to arrive after we changed our plans to make sure we were home. I needed a company in whom I could have confidence. Collin Creek Duct Cleaning came in and left me knowing my ducts and coils were clean as a whistle and I could move back home with confidence and in good health. THANK YOU.

The website is misleading. On its website it claims our NADCA certified technician provided best service, in reality NADCA website list 0 technician from this company. I spent close to $600 for cleaning ducts for just one ac system. and they did not solve my issue. So I started to do further research. When I call the company after I found out the false claim, the manager offered full refund in a very friendly manner. Guess what, the receptionist TJ keeps say he will find out the status and will call me back. After a month, they told me it was denied by the accounting department, since they did come out to do cleaning, I requested half refund. After 3 weeks waiting for the accounting department approval, I was told finally they are not going to give any refund.update: I updated the review after the owner got touch with me. He explained the situation about the NADCA, and the full refund was quick.

Very bad experience with this company. Bought my home, moved in 3 weeks ago. Needed my dryer vent cleaned. Tech came out. 1 week after they came out, I noticed a hole in my wall in my 2nd level room. Didnt notice it before because we were still cleaning the 1st level and as we started to move things upstairs, we saw the hole. Reported it and the supervisor came out to take a look. 2 days later their outcome was the Tech said he didnt do it and that the hole was already there because there is a board covering it in the attic. Tech said he never entered the 2nd level. Also, their employees never lie because the last time this Tech damaged someones home, he admitted to it. Then they stated, the hole looked like it was cut. All lies!!! Okay....FIRST, how could the Tech know theres a hole in the wall if there was a board covering it in the attic? Second, hes damaged a home before and employees never lie? Yeah right! Third, someone please look at the pics and tell me if the hole looks cut out or punched out. Im not crazy that was punched out. I would pursue this and sue the company but the cost to repair it myself vs attorney fees is way cheaper. Ill let this one go for now but I thought the world should know. Theyre just going to comment on my review with some BS explanation so dont believe them.

They do not clean all the ducts in your house. They clean the returns and the main hvac unit, but not the supply vent ducting. I specifically asked about this and was told the whole system would be deep cleaned. It wasnt and I now need to find another company to clean the return ducts.

Upstairs AC was not cooling, they were able to come out next day to assess and repair. They were quick, detailed and they fixed it! 10/10 would recommend again. Chan and Da were very professional.

Last summer I spent an exorbitant amount of money with Liberty Heat and Air. This cost included installation of heat pumps. Funny though they failed to actually hook up the heat pumps nor did they switch out the thermostats and wire everything in. Collin Creek caught it on general check in appt. These guys worked hard getting it finished correctly. Wish I had used them from the beginning. Polite and on time. They do what they say they will.
