They will quote you with one price and up charge you with service you don’t need. Once they get you to buy in, you would think they have special equipment to clean duct work. Nope 2 Guys with a chimney brush. Within a hour they are done. All the debris in suck in your filter. For hundred dollars they don’t even replace your filer. It’s ripped off.

I would definitely give Green Air Duct Cleaning 5 Stars! They spent a great deal of time with me on the phone answering many questions before I even booked their services. I was made aware of the complete cost beforehand and there were no hidden costs or surprises in the end. I had them clean my furnace, air ducts and dryer vent.

After having renovations to our home we called Green Air Duct Cleaning to have our ducts and vents cleaned professionally. They responded to my call in a timely manner and scheduled a convenient date and time to do the work. Work was done to my satisfaction at a cost that was comparable to other companies called but Green Air Duct Cleaning was prompt in getting back to me which I appreciated.

I have really bad allergy and Green Air Duct has made it a lot easier for me to breath. They explained the whole process and answered all our questions. We had two unite and a dryer vent cleaned. The owner was very friendly and gave us a deal by doing all three services. I highly recommend them.

Do better research before engaging this company, I needed some one to help quickly, and the sales team with Green Air duct will say they run specials and will quote a low price, but when the technicians arrive, their pricing is completely opposite and would charge more for the services, unfortunately I felt cheated and since I needed this quickly ended up paying more, there was no vacuum except a duct cleaner on returns, and replaced filter (which is mine) and got charged $600, I don’t know what they did for sanitization. Stay away and do research before engaging this company, on top of all these, they scratched drywall with their ladder, worst customer service, I would never recommend this company to anyone

Got the air duct clean by Green Air duct cleaning. Steven and Dooney were awesome. They inspected the ducts and provided estimates and recommendations. They showed us before and after pictures and the job looked amazing. Highly recommend them.

We hired them to do air duct cleaning and sanitizing of the A/C unit. They came for 10 minutes and did nothing and charge $800 to us. Please, you all be very careful with your money and choice.

Good communication, arrived on time, confirmed appt the day before. Owner is nice and willing to work with you on the price, we had 2 units done and and a dryer vent, owner is straight forward about the price and services they will do, and he was able to give me a deal by doing all 3 services.

The team did an end of tenancy clean at very short notice. They were absolutely amazing. We thought we would need to replace the oven but it came up like new! The transformation after a bad tenant was nothing short of miraculous. Thank you!

Bad experience. Stay away , very unprofessional organization! They charged us $400 for cleaning 9 air ducts and I asked them to clean the coils inside the unit. Typically, it is understood that coils means evaporator coils. They charged $75 ($75 was included within the $400 price) to clean the condenser coils, which are totally different copper rings that probabably took them a few minutes to wipe down and I could have done that myself. The techs were very unprofessional also, not introducing themselves properly with a smile and positive attitude when walking in our home; instead the tech just walked in and mumbled some things without addressing either myself or my fiance directly. One of the 2 techs sat in the van most of the time. We asked to speak to the manager concerning the charge of $75 for the miscommunication of the coil cleaning and the tech got in his van, closed the door and called out to me from his van window when addressing matter. The supervisor was on the phone and when addressing the coil cleaning, the supervisor explained that they are not an HVAC company and then they refused to clean the evaporator coils. The website clearly states that they ARE an HVAC organization, which futher proves their unprofessionalism ( I will provide a picture of their website). The tech asked for the $400 and we did pay the amount. The techs did clean the 9 vents. Everything took about an hour. We called the company number and spoke with Bless. Bless understand our concerns and explained that the matter would be investigated. She said she would call us back or email us back with an investigation. We never heard from her again. Unprofessional and no integrity. Please stay away from this organization!

I hired this so called company to have the ducts in one of my properties cleaned. First they had to switch times because they said a driver was sick with Covid. Maybe if you required a vaccine mandate the odds of a driver getting Covid would be highly reduced? IDK...call me crazy. So instead of 12 PM the time was moved to 8 AM. I specifically told the office manager dont move the appointment to a different time if they cant show. He promised me they would be at the house around 8 AM and call me 30 minutes in advance. Next day to my surprise by 10 AM nobody showed so I called and cancelled the service. Time for myself and the tenants was wasted. The same office manager told me they couldnt get a hold of the driver and were sorry for the inconvenience. This is just another business that cant seem to do things properly in the world we live in. If you want the job done right I wouldnt even waste my time with a phone call to this sham of an establishment. Hope this review helps all who read and you will be smart enough to call other operations.

Ben was courteous and professional and explained the process to me. They got right to work and it didn’t take very long at all. I appreciate that they used shoe covers and that all their cleaning agents are green. It was well worth the cost! Which is a great value compared to other places.

Ben and Steven came in with masks and foot covers which is just what I wanted. They were very thorough and professional finding bacteria on several registers and recommended sanitizing the system. I am so happy with their complete work and highly recommend their service to clean your HVAC system!!

They cancelled 3 times drivers call say can’t make it. Then driver told them I cancelled when they lie to me and said truck broke down customer service . Horrible company will not recommend.
