He was knowledgeable, very patient and answered all of my questions as though I had known him for years! He made me feel very comfortable and I will definitely use this company again, if I ever need AC repair!

Best HVAC company. Ever. We have purchased 2 furnaces and one full AC system. Every experience with Sherrell from the person that answers the phone to the techs in field has been consistently great! They are always fair in their pricing and honest in all their dealings. And being family owned and run if there ever was an issue, you can talk to Mr. Sherrell himself. And its important to us support family businesses.Almost forgot to call out Andye who handled the scheduling and Dylan the tech that came out. The best! Thanks to you both.Today they came out to maintenance my 2 systems and repair my older one. Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. My older system an 8 SEER from the 80s or 90s just wasnt worth the amount a repair would cost. So, of course, without hesitation I am purchasing again from Sherrell.

Steven and his team are amazing! We went back and forth with our home warranty’s referral and decided to move forward with a full replacement because we lost confidence in the other company’s ability to communicate and repair timely. I am so glad we did! Steven made the process so easy and he was so responsive to all of our many questions and different quotes as we compared different options based on our budget. He never fussed for the trouble and earned our business. We used them before for our small 2 ton unit repair and they were timely and friendly then so I feel comforted knowing we will continue to be serviced with his team! Dylan arrived earlier than projected and I was quite thankful as our ac had been out all night. He performed an immediate inspection of our ac unit, thermostat, and attic ac . He was very thorough and went to work to quickly solve the issues. He was so polite and positive! He did not try and suggest any unnecessary repairs. I truly appreciate his attitude and knowledge. Tim was our service tech and he was very professional, friendly, articulate and knowledgeable in servicing our Air Conditioner. He explained the problem and offered solutions to us in how to maintain the unit and keep it running smoothly, especially in the hot weather months. Steven was absolutely amazing. He was very thorough with explanation of the issue we were experiencing and also very professional. We just got a service call from Dylan. He showed up on time! He was very professional. He was very knowledgeable about the system. He diagnosed the issue quickly and even gave us some best practice suggestions to help us in the future. Besides that, he left the area that he was working in in our home as clean and tidy as when he arrived. These are top-notched professionals.

Mr Sherrell and his crew put a new American Standard heating and ac system at my home in the country outside Terrell a couple of days ago. They were very professional,courteous and dedicated to their job. Very efficient and knew three job. I would recommend them to anybody that needs service. Sherrell is the best HVAC company in the area. We have been customers for years. They took care of our older units (one was over 24 years old) & kept them running. Within the past 3 years they have replaced both units & every person that works for them would receive 5 stars. Tim is the best service tech we have ever had & weve been in our home over 30 years. Their office staff is always so kind & work with us on our schedule. Steve, the owner even came by our home to check on the install of the new unit & took care of a rebate for us since we installed energy savings units. We would never consider using any other company.

I was recommended this company from my friend.We had recently had a terrible experience with a home remodeling contractor so we’re really trying to do our due diligence since the job we needed done was big for us.The owner of the company came out and bid our job 3 different ways and priced each one out. He gave us his recommendation for our house needing all new duct work and them being relocated from under our house to attic. But he also gave us options that would work but were less expensive.We really wanted it all in the attic and he really educated us.My niece works for a large competitor and with her family discount Sherrell was able to do a better more extensive job for less money.The story doesn’t end there. This was a big job and the technicians were here 3 days. It took them, a plumber and an electrician to do all the work.They took care of everything.Everyone that was at our house in that 3 days were the most courteous and respectful contractors we had ever worked with. They didn’t leave any evidence at the end of each day that they had even been at my house. There was not the slightest mess left behind. This was a yippee for me.We will never use anyone else and will recommend them to anyone in the future. They do large commercial work as well as residential. They’d treated us like we were just as important as their huge jobs.I’m not the easiest to please, I admit it but I’m ecstatic with my new furnace, air conditioning and all new duct work relocated from under our house to our attic.

They replaced 2 old thermostats with new smart technology units. I purchased the units and they did excellent work on the install. I called this morning and they were here right at noon. They installed both units and gone at 12:40. They had to perform a connection at the heating units in the attic. I couldnt be happier with their efficiency, quality of work and value for the cost. The technician was nice and very knowledgeable. Sorry I dont remember is name! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing A/C and Heating work.

A/C went out on a very hot day and Dylan of Sherrell A/C and Heating came to our rescue, faster than I expected! The drain was clogged causing a leak from second to first floor. Dylan diagnosed the issue and remedied quickly. Hes a super nice guy! And my two Huskies liked him instantly, including my aloof Siberian queen. If my dogs approved I figured I was in good hands and I was. He also mentioned an annual maintenance program thats affordable and done twice a year. With maintenance, the problem I had is unlikely to ever happen again. Its a good idea in hot Texas!

After several years of repairing two very old and run-down HVAC systems, we finally decided to replace them. We got quotes from multiple companies to compare. We contacted Sherrell Air Conditioning & Heating because they had repaired our old units in the past and were very good each time. Steve Sherrell listened to all our issues, presented potential options, and ultimately got the business. Steve was by far the most knowledgeable of all the companies we met. Steve and his folks were on time, worked very hard, and got both systems in and running great. For us, being able to trust Sherrell for long term support was just as important as selecting someone to install the units in the first place. We know Steve and his team will help us to maintain and maximize our investment long into the future. In fact he’s already been back to check on the systems post-installation. Our HVAC stopped cooling last week with the daily high expected around 103. We called around several services, and Sherrell was the only one who had a same-day appointment. Our technician, Dylan, called prior to arrival, and arrived within the specified time frame. He was courteous and professional, and was able to quickly identify and resolve the issue. My family and I have used Sherrell Air for 25+ years. As a matter of fact they have done almost all of the service and installation at our home. We have been very satisfied with them. We even had to call late one night and a tech left his own home to come take care of our needs. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Sherrell Air Conditioning and Heating did a wonderful job servicing my AC today, and I will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future! Dylan was friendly and professional...and very patient in explaining things I can do between maintenance appointments to keep my unit running great! As a first-time homeowner, Dylan’s advice was MUCH needed! I know they must be so busy right now, but Dylan made sure to take the time to answer my questions and even replaced my thermostat when he confirmed my current thermostat wasn’t working properly. This review is the culmination of working with Steven and Sherrell AC for 4 years. Steven personally came to service my unit multiple times during late and weekend hours while my wife was pregnant and also once my daughter was born. He saved us many times during those hot summer days! After my old unit failed 4-5 times in 2 years (it was 18 years old), it was time for a full replacement/upgrade. After quoting the job out with 5-6 different companies, Sherrell AC was able to get me the best price in the area for a top brand. They came in, completed the job in 1 day, and then took the time to show me the new system. There were a few minor installation hiccups during and after the install, but I attribute 95% of those issues to the poor attic layout and ductwork, with the other 5% tied to a bit of attention to detail/organization. It is a massive job with a team of 5-6 people, so understandable. They were able to work through each issue and solve them with relative ease. After using the system for a while, they followed up with me to fine tune the whole system to operate as efficiently as possible for my homes layout. After fine tuning the system, I had them redo some duct work that was installed incorrectly during the build of the home, and now I have a very balanced cooling/heating on a 2 story home. We are still fine tuning the AC to be set with the new duct work, but so far, there is no more battling with the old system to achieve the correct temperature in the upstairs rooms! Steven and his entire team are very professional, punctual, and I would highly recommend Sherrell AC for any type of AC/heating work.

Dillon was very professional and listened to my input in very quickly repairing the problem that was left by another installing dealer...wiring was crossed and my unit kept tripping in emergency heat...which I had disabled until this bitter cold weather...the invoice was fair as well. Excellent experience. I called the original installing dealer and the vibe was not good so I chose to just pay for service through Sherrell and I am glad I did... so if you live in Forney or surrounding, go with Sherrell versus the others. BTW...the experience left me no longer wanting to bash the other guy on Google review...Ill just take a higher road and serve as a good referral...God bless!

I was able to schedule my service for the day and time that was best for for my schedule. They called me the day before to remind me about my up coming appointment. The tech, Tim, called to let me know he was on his way and he arrived when he said he would. Tim was very professional, explained what a service call would entail and set about doing the service. When he was through, he explained what he found, or rather didnt find, no problems and everything in good shape. He reminded me to change my filter as scheduled and mentioned I could give the outside unit a quick rinse anytime. I purchased the special Sherrell Air was offering for the service now and to return before firing up the heater this winter, it is really cost effective. Just have to wait for my call for the fall service now. I highly recommend Sherrell Air Conditioning and Heating. Cathy

Dylan Hayes my technician was awesome. He knew exactly what my problem was and he resolved it immediately. He also explained the problem in detail so I would know how to troubleshoot. Best AC service I have ever had! Really! Nice guy too. I highly recommend Sherrell AC Heating. This was a good experience.

Dylan arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the process of cleaning our ducts and cleaned up after each room was done. Dylan put drop cloths to ensure a clean area as well. My wife and I asked about UV light sterilization. Fortunately, he had one in his truck and recommended we search YouTube for videos on the Reme Halo-LED system. Previous experience with a similar product prompted us to ask. The information was helpful such that we also bought the Halo-LED system that Dylan installed while onsite. There was no pressure to sell the system; just let us do out own research. Being a major allergy sufferer, the Halo-LED system is a great addition to our home. We started to notice a difference within hours of installation.

Dylan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He performed a scheduled annual system check as part of the gold plan. He informed me of the pending danger of a rusted heat exchanger in my original year 2000 furnace (carbon monoxide danger if hole forms due to the rusting). He checked for any CO2 issue, and didnt find one - but was upfront recommending to get the heat exchanger replaced before an issue develops, which I appreciated.

Great service. He was quick to diagnose the problem and walked me through the units and how everything was supposed to work. After further inspection, it turns out the unit in the crawlspace was wired incorrectly. He fixed the wires and right away, cold air started blasting out of the vents downstairs.Additionally, he walked me through best practices to keep my house cool in the summer, including window caulking, shades, proper insulation in the attic, and temperature settings for the thermostat.Overall, this was high quality service and I recommend their services.

I will simply put it , unprofessional and bad customer servicing attitude.The Technician Dylan, seems was not interested in working the moment he arrived at my house and wanted to rush out ASAP. We had Air flow issues and when we showed them they simply said it was a bad design of ducts, the house is 14 years old and everything worked fine till last week and now this guys tell me its a bad design. :)The technician had serious attitude issue and just rushed out to finish the call, i had to call their company and tell them about my experience and the handler was great and passed on the call to the owner, who seemed of not capable of taking constructive feedback and would continuously interrupting and he kept saying it was a design issue without he even looking at it and reading from the technician notes.Want someone who knows what they are talking, Hire someone else by all means if you can.Problem is still unresolved and will hire someone else to fix it.

My tech was on time in the middle of the summer when out AC went out. Not only was Dylan polite, he was informative and EXTREMELY patient with me when he did not have to be. I would recommend this company over and over!!! 5 stars. Would recommend!!!

I cant comment on the price because I did not price shop or do research on what the typical cost is for the repair they did, what I can say is thank you so much to them! In our house, we had been having this issue where the master bedrooms temperature does not match the rest of the house (i.e. if the master bedroom was warm, the rest of the house was HOT, if the master bedroom was cool, the rest of the house was FREEZING). We had 2 previous companies come out and misdiagnose the issue. This company came out, correctly diagnosed it and fixed it in 2 days (scheduling conflicts). As I walked out of my bedroom this morning (11/21), I felt the difference, the temperature was even throughout the house! God bless you all at Sherrell!

100 degrees at 3:45 Fri and air conditioning stops work. 🥵 Warranty company spent 45mins on phone finding contractors who would service us within 24 hrs as an expedited service due to health reasons.Steve at Sherrell Air was more than willing and would be at our home within 3 hrs.Steve arrived and diagnosed the problem in no time. Problem was prior company left a problem that would possibly last until the mid afternoon Sat. Steve used his experience and ingenuity to solve the problem and we had air in a very short period of time. Steve reminded us of changing filters monthly not every two months as we had been doing. We asked for a replacement quote as our unit is 23yrs old and he gave us a reasonable price which we will be considering.I recommend Sherrell/Steve to anyone that needs an honest and experienced technician, especially with his problem solving skill. Sherrell has been helping us with our HVAC for about 10 years now. They are experts when it comes to fixing other peoples mistakes! UPDATE: When I received an email copy of the invoice I replied back that I didn’t think what they did was fair. I explained my side of the experience, and Andye said he would research it. I didn’t expect anything else after that. The following day, Andye acknowledged that I shouldn’t have been charged the way they did, and he said he would refund the difference. I’ve changed the review to 4 stars, because I really appreciate the company hearing me on this and doing the right thing. We all make mistakes at times; it’s how we handle it that defines us. I’ll always work with a company that listens to its customers.ORIGINAL STORY:We had an issue with the primary drain being clogged. Instead of just fixing the issue, the gentleman recommended a bunch of other work. He left without fixing the problem, telling us he would be back the following day. When he came back, he still wanted to do additional work. In addition, he made at least one incorrect statement about the state of the plumbing of the AC lines that makes me really doubt his abilities.This was part of a home warranty service call, and we ended up being charged more than we expected. This was my first call with the home warranty service, so maybe I just dont understand. But overall, I am not that happy with what was done and how it was done. Im assuming the primary is now cleared, but I also didnt see him test/confirm this in any way. I really hope I dont have to call them back on this.

Had them come out due to my furnace not coming on. It was eventually determined that it needed to be replaced (very old unit.. no parts). They gave me a very reasonable quote and my new unit was in within a couple of days. Very professional and knowledgeable! I will use them again.

I called Sherrell Air conditioning company because my AC stopped working. Steven came and checked it out in the evening. He told me he would be back the next morning between 7:15 AM and 11:15 AM, he arrived right at 7:15 AM. He fixed the problem quickly. I now have a working AC. I highly recommend Sherrell Air Conditioning company. And with service techs like Steven that is a big plus he did an awesome job.

Weve been happy customers of Sherrell HVAC for several years. After our yearly maintenance check indicated a major component replacement, an experienced team (Rupert and Brent) arrived to do a highly technical two-person job. We couldnt be more impressed with the professionalism and know-how of Rupert and Brent. They worked non-stop for hours, even missing lunch, to complete the repair. Plus, they were kind and patient in addressing our questions. If great employees are the front-line of a business, Sherrell HVAC should be proud!

I gained 3 quotes from other AC companies and then Sherrell blew them out of the water with a competitive offer. My place is multi stories so a crane had to be brought in to lift the AC unit. The team at Sherrell took care of all coordination with the crane company as well as worked so hard on my unit to install and make sure I was 100% satisfied! I will come back to them for any AC needs in the future and highly recommend them.

We have used Sherrell for heat and air service as part of our home warranty plan with Am Home Shield on several occasions now. From scheduling to service delivery they are top notch. We highly recommend them.

I called them back to do my maintenance on my system. I had major issues with my AC last year and I went through American homeshield. They sent out A/C Rescue and A-US Air. They were beyond terrible and made my problem worse. I called AHS back and pleaded for a different company and they suggested Sherrell. I was skeptical at first because I thought there was no way they would fix it. They found the problem immediately and I never had problems since then. Go with Sherrell avoid A/C Rescue and US Air. Sherrell is honest and reliable. If I could give them 10 stars I would. 😎

I would like to thank this company for their help. After a problem with a competitor, our warranty company called Sherrell. ( I wish they had called them first) Their staff was very professional. Juan who came to our home was very professional, explained the problem and how to fix it. After the parts were ordered he came back and fixed the problem. I would recommended this company!!! We called Sherrill to help with an A/C problem during the hot part of the summer this year. The units at our home were 18 years old. They were able to get us fixed-up quickly and at a reasonable price during the hottest past of the year with new ac and heating systems.I knew of Sherrill because they had done work at our car dealership. They have always done what they said theyd do, and in a timely manner.Thankfully, they were able to get our residential work done beyond expectations! Very professional and thorough.

Sherrell AC came out on a Sunday to help me out with a home I just purchased. The AC was leaking water into my walls causing damage. He was professional, courteous and fixed the problem. Great service.

Steven arrived on time. He asked very succinct questions, diagnosed the problem, repaired the AC unit inside of an hour, reviewed my entire system, made recommendations and very respectful of me, my home and my pets. Very nicely done!

They quoted one price then when they got to my home they tried to charge an additional $250 to take the door off to access the coils. After they put everything back together they informed me it was going to be an additional $369 to replace another part to fix the problem they came out to fix in the first place. Cost me $1225.00 and they didn’t finish the job. Would not recommend them as they try and OSD the bill. BEWARE OF PADDING THE BILL.

When they scheduled my repair they sent the incorrect date so I confirmed the correct date. They failed to inform me of the correct time of day so they showed up and I was unable to answer the door. When I called them, the scheduler was rude and made it seem like it was my fault for not knowing they also sent out the incorrect time. Fix your system and send out the correct date and time!

Technician was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was dissatisfied with the pricing though. Very expensive in comparison with what I researched. Once it was diagnosed it was hard to say leave it, I will get a better value somewhere else.

We had our AC stop working well. I called Sherrell AC to come out and not only did they come out on a Saturday before Memorial Day, but Brandon(we share the same name so hes already cool by me) came out and solved our problem within the hour and now my house is cool. Thats a big deal when you have 3 kids.

They refused to warranty what they sold me when it broke down under warranty. Charged me $3100 for labor plus other things that they did not do. Then instead of removing the fraudulent charges, they filed a lien against me for everything including the undone work! Call someone else!

I have used this company for 15 yrs. Always good work, always fair price. But this time.... Its been 3 weeks since service tech out and still no repair. I dont think they ever ordered part. I call to complain and service manager gets IRATE, accuses me of cursing him out when all I said was thats a BS response and then brings GUNS into the conversation. I was polite throughout. But when guns come up over an HVAC repair, well relationship over.

Sherrell AC & HeatingWell let me first start off by saying this has been an ongoing issue with my air conditioner since I first purchased the home last year. My emergency drip pan was filling up causing my emergency line to be the main outlet for the water. My neighbor alerted me to this issue so I called to have someone look at it outside of my Home Warranty Company. I thought they fixed the issue and winter was just around the corner so I didn’t have to worry about the pan filling up. Once spring started however the issue was back on. Since April this year I have had 3 contractors through my Home Warranty out to my residence. Two of which stated that my line was clogged and it needed to be blown out. So $450 dollars later I still have the same issue. Here comes Sherrell AC & Heating, the third contracted company. The technician stated right off the bat that the line needed to be blown out and I showed him two different locations where previous technicians have cut the line and blown them out already. So he looked a bit harder this time and noticed that the ductwork was beginning to sag and pushing down on my condensate line. This caused the line to have an uphill slope that was causing the water to flow back up into the evaporator coil housing and out the emergency drip line. He stated he could fix the issue by running a new line using one long piece of PVC pipe, 2 45 degree angle pieces and a T piece. I thought great, easy fix! Well when he called me back an hour later to let me know the quote was $500 obviously I was upset. He also informed me that my Home Warranty would not cover this project. Well the next day I was a bit fumed over the price and called my Warranty Company. After few movements going back and forth and being on hold for a while I was informed that because the ductwork was sagging onto the line this would be considered normal wear and tear which the Warranty covers. They also stated that they covered the condensate line. Great! The work however could not be started because the technician from Sherrell AC & Heating NEVER called the company with the diagnosis in the first place. So a week later here I am after pushing to get the company to send the Diagnostics to my Home Warranty Company only to find out that his version of the problem is now different than what he told me originally. He told the Warranty Company that it was in improper install and that he needed to redo the piping from the P-trap all the way over to the other end of the line. Convenient that he would write that up after me pressuring to get them to send the diagnosis in. It is ridiculous that this company wants to charge $500 for a 12-foot PVC pipe and probably something that I could buy the parts for at Lowes for less than $70. I understand making your money to pay labor and all, but $500? So thanks to the different versions of stories told by the technician, I am now undergoing this task myself since my Home Warranty will not cover previous instillation faults. I do not recommend their company due to deceitful practices and outrageous costs. I have had Rockwall Air come out and they quoted me $450 to raise the evaporator coil unit which would require more work and parts, yet the price is still cheaper than installing a new pipe from Sherrell AC & Heating!

The tech was too aggressive in trying to upsell us. I told him SEVERAL times we could not afford it so he goes to my husband and try to convince him this is something we NEED or our A/C would cause damage to our house. We already spent close to $800 that was not in our budget, but inspite of our financial situation he was trying to squeeze even more money out of us.....money we do not have. You would think he would have been a bit understanding with this economy, but he was TRYING to take advantage of us. I will not use this company EVER again.

Called at 8 AM and they had some out to fix the unit by 9:30 AM. Wow! In the middle of summer? Talk about responsive. Dillon was very professional and checked everything inside and out. Will definitely call them again.

Gentlemen that showed up were very responsive and professional. 30 mins or less the problem was fixed and we were back up and running. Over all great experience. Definitely recommend and will be using them again for any and all maintenance needed in the future.

I have finally found the HVAC company I have been looking for and will definitely use them for any service in the future! Steve Sherrell took the time to explain everything in detail so I had a good understanding of what the issue was. I would highly recommend anyone looking for HVAC service to check them out.

I needed a compressor replaced and they confirmed it and said they will type up the bill for compressor The went on too say that I needed a locking cap ($150) and 10 lbs. of freeon at ($700) on the bill not mentioned during their assessment. I have a home warranty and can not choose my own ac guy. I found out that a lock cap is not required where I live, just a non needed upcharge. Also I have R22 new in box and explained I did not need that either. He said he needs to use his own to provide warranty. At that moment I explained i do not have the money to pay for his extremely overpriced freeon, especially when I have my own. Show some empathy. He did not. I said I will sign and waive my warranty from him he refused. No problem thats your reputation not mine. Its 2020 and Covid has some empathy and decency.

The guys arrived within the time frame given. They worked hard, were very courteous and polite, checked all their work afterwards, and cleaned up. We had AC coils replaced.

Ive used Sherrell for the last 9 years. My unit recently stopped cooling right at the start of summer. They went above and beyond anything they were required to do to get me up and running. From the owner to the service tech I was treated like family. In an age of lackluster service they stand apart from the rest.

A/C simply wasnt cooling. Contacted Sherrel for service. The technician that came out Steve suggested a possible leak of Freon and recommended diagnosis-which was an additional $184 on top of the $74.95 initial fee. I was told due to the age of my A/C unit(10yrs) it probably needed a new condensing coil which would run $2,000. To make a long story short he suggested installation of a brand new unit-at the cost of over $7,000. I declined on all his suggestions simply because I DID NOT his judgement on these recommendations because the diagnosis had not yet been ran. The next day I called another A/C company in Mesquite for a 2nd opinion. This technician was very thorough. He checked the temps on all the vents,advised me to change the filter and cleaned the condenser. After his diagnosis it was identified that I only needed a new capacitor and half a pound of Freon. The technician stated my unit was still running and functioning fine and a condensing coil wasnt necessary nor were there any leaks detected. My home is now cooling and didnt spend an arm and 2 legs. Maintenance on a home is always necessary and of course money has to be spent. What I dont appreciate is being deceived and lied to. I will NEVER call Sherrel ever and advise others to BEWARE. These deceptive trade practices should be reported to the BBB. One star is tooo much.

They came out three weeks earlier to replace a blower motor and we called again Friday telling them it wasnt cooling. They promptly responded Saturday morning, July 4, diagnosed the problem, and got it cooling again.

Came out really quickly for an estimate and super nice service. Very transparent and honest. They can service/replace units on a high roof!

It begins in 2010. We needed to replace two AC systems in our home. After several bids...we decided on Sherrell AC. its winter. We go get a loan for the cost. Well to make a long story short as possible. Were still paying to fix thier shoddy work. The American way. Do piss poor work. Make a large profit. The drains connected in reverse on one system. The evaporator coil was not level on that same unit. Seconddary drain pan was filling up with Condensation.The other unit: the secondary drain pan was not tilted towards the drain, was filling up and spilling over through the attic insulation through our kitchen ceiling. Onto the floor in our kitchen.The results: in six years: proper T traps installed. Coil leveled. Drain connection corrected. Drain pan replaced due to rust. Properly tilted. Shut off switches installed in case pans fill with moisture again.Duct work was replaced during this job. Due to the fact they (Sherrell) did not properly seal the ducts with mastec...and moisture was being pulled into the ducts...mold.Just had the duct work cleeaned. Ive been been sick since 2011 with allergies. 12 registers covered in mold of 17. Cost to seal ductwork and replace registers....and have ducts cleaned......would you use Sherrell?They take no responsibility. All they care about is mm a king a profit. Incompetent crews. No quality control. No follow up. Blamed us for clogged drains so many times.....

Not only did they diagnose the problem that other companies couldnt... They gave us a temporary fix while we worked with our home warrantee company. Unbelievable service from a company we will use from now on.
