Some guy named Tony Shepherd came and did the inspection after they installed a new unit at my house and I have to say he was probably the best HVAC guy I’ve ever experienced. He told me he’s got a Masters in HVAC from the University of Pittsburgh at Toledo which is a TON of education. He should probably be doing nuclear engineering based on the number of gadgets he had plugged into the vents and pipes in the house. This guy is a real pro

They are excellent! They replaced my water heater a month or two ago and did an excellent job. Today, I had a water leak from a guest bathroom and they came quickly to source out the problem and stop the leak. Both times I have called they have arrived that same day which is a great comfort when you have water leaks. I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs going forward and refer them to everyone I know.

Excellent job. Service was running late for appointment but that didnt bother me; in my line of work, I know how things can run over. The company did keep me up to date with the delay. With that said, Evan was very courteous, friendly, and professional. The repairs werent big but he was quick to assess, provide an estimate, and even a senior discount. He made quick work of the repairs and later provided estimates for two additional items. Evan was a pleasure to work with and provided excellent service. Cody & sons did a bigger job for me years ago for a reasonable price. Thats why I chose to use their services again. I was not disappointed. Thanks so much

The best service people!! The installation guy was so thoughtful and meticulous in installing a new toilet. He wore little booties on his shoes and he also picked up some leaves that got blown into our home as they were working. Attention to detail is out of this world!! Had an issue with my pool heat pump… after call 3-4 places Cody and Sons said they were willing to try. Within a few minutes they technicians figured out the problem and had it working again. These guys are good!

*UPDATE*1 year and 2 months after a NEW install, our system stopped heating. Install warranty was for 1 year. I called C&S to see if they could come out and take a look. They said I’d have to pay for the service call. Long story short, I called another company and ended up having to pay for a leak test and $300 of Freon because of a faulty installation by Cody & Sons. They messed up on the installation twice and I was being nice in the original review. Turns out there was a third mistake that showed up a year later and cost me quite a bit of money to fix. Bad customer relations and technical install.*ORIGINAL*Overall satisfied. Big Mike was great, he delivered on a dripline and power connection modification on the day of installation. We also had a bump along the way during the installation, but everything was positively addressed and resolved by the Cody & sons team.

Highly Recommend!I cannot praise Cody and Sons, specifically Micah and his associate, enough for their exceptional service and patience.Despite it being Friday and before a holiday, they promptly responded to my commercial plumbing emergency when I experienced a leaking toilet. Plumbing & Air guys arrived at the same time for seasonal check-ups. Once again, very thorough and friendly. Had a surprise toilet issue that my housemate failed to inform me of. It was resolved fairly quickly, thank God and Cody & Sons.

I have to give zero stars for this recent experience. The technician showed, I got home five minutes after he showed 30 minutes early for a 1:00 - 6:00 timeframe. He walked in, checked upstairs and told me that because it is raining, we’ll have to wait for another day. The sun was coming out, I told him the rain was stopping and he told me “he was not risking his safety with water and electricity and was not going to argue with me about it.” Then he lectured me on not fixing the issue when we had our maintenance call and if I got the invoice for the filters, I would have seen we had an issue. So he left, the rain stopped as he was leaving and the pavement is drying. Your office was very nice but that boy was here for less than 20 minutes and accomplished nothing but making Cody and Sons look like the worst company ever. My husband called after getting the review notice because he was shocked you were already done. Then I told him what happened. We have over $5,000 worth of follow on work and this is not the way to earn business. Again office staff is very nice, that technician is your very worst liability. Unbelievable!

We lost our hot water and as usual Cody & Sons came to our rescue. They made an appointment with us, kept in touch and Joseph, a family member, showed up on time then identified the problem and corrected it.Really cant ask for more than that!Highly recommend this company and all of their employees. They do stay on top of things with excellent follow-up.

Evan was great. The price was extremely high for a simple installation of a under sink reverse osmosis system, but he was able to bring it down significantly. Sadly not enough to make it affordable for me. I would however use this company for more complex jobs. Evan and his assistant were very professional .

Cameron was on time and explained what needed to be done to fix our plumbing problem. He wrote up an estimate of the amount the repair would cost. Since we requested a different type of fixture, Cameron did some research to find what we were looking for, found the item and gave us several options to use. Cameron went above and beyond to satisfy us with an excellent repair. Yes, we will call Cameron with Cody & Sons for our next plumbing issue.

Jeff did a great job as usual. I never call any one to work on my heating/AC or plumbing except Cody and sons...been using them for years. Jeff quickly identified the source of the problem. He was also able to get to my house quickly after I called.

Jonathan did a great job repairing our A /C unit. He went above and beyond to complete the job same day despite complications. He had to return to the office to get an extra part and made it back to complete the job even though his truck had a tire blow-out on the way.

Mark is fabulous in the communication department, you need to hold onto this guy! Outstanding work, he even cleaned everything up, left it spotless

Matt was fabulous. Was extremely methodical and detailed in ruling out plumbing leak, isolating to HVAC. This is after 3 weeks of the problem being bounced between another plumber and HVAC company. Wish I had started with Cody & Sons initially as they are able to be a 1 stop company preventing the consumer run-a-round.

Cody & sons representative gave a detailed walk through about how the system works and also details about the water filter how it be processed, etc.

Called Cody & Sons after they were referred to me from a colleague. They had a team out within the hour. We had a leak from the shower on the second floor coming through the ceiling on the 1st floor. Joseph and Andrew were very professional in their consultation and acted as true partners with us in discussing our options for addressing the issue. Adarius and his partner were on time, very nice and worked quickly and did a great job changing out the outside faucet handles! I’m very happy with the work that was done. But, to be honest I feel the cost was a little too much for the work that was done. I still would recommend Cody and Sons to anyone who has plumbing needs. Love them!

Adarius and Marquis walked into an unknown situation with my tankless water heater but were able to quickly determine what the two issues were, which were only loosely-connected. One of the problems was resolved on the spot (though with much strenuous effort required), but the other problem necessitated some replacement parts which had to be ordered from the factory. So Ill have to wait a couple of days to know how this aspect of the work turns out.

The tech was very good and quick with his work. It took less than 30 minutes to fix my garbage disposal. He was also fun to chat with in general.

I have used this company multiple times. Today for a garbage disposal I that didn’t work, a bathroom faucet that the pipe had frozen and an outside hose connection that water was not coming out of. Joseph did a great and thorough job!! He explained everything and gave me advice on how to prevent future issues. I was very impressed. Previously I had a major plumbing leak that caused damage to 3 rooms in my house. Evan came, knew immediately what needed to be done and how to repair it in the most cost effective way. In doing the repair, he noticed that there was an additional leak in an adjacent area. He is very knowledgeable, explained in detail what needed to be done and why. I was very impressed with both Joseph and Evan. I highly recommend them!!

Evan was great! He fixed one issue with our water heater and unfortunately had to come back due to another hard to notice leak. Quickly got us on the schedule for replacement and had a new water heater installed in just about an hour. Highly recommend Evan with Cody & Sons!

Joseph did a really good job. They determined the source of leaks before any other work. Then they repaired two toilets in the house in about 45 mins. I wrote up an issues list before they arrived. They worked off the list an every item was resolved on the service call.

We have used Cody & Sons for years for plumbing needs. Always great service. We signed up for Whole Home MVP Combined and had our first plumbing and HVAC check up. Adarius is a great plumber. Drained our hot water heater and checked flood valve. Abe, AC and heating expert, checked our HVAC system found a problem with capacitor and replaced. Both Adarius and Abe were extremely knowledgable, professional, friendly and honest. We highly recommend Cody & Sons for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

I had a great experience start to finish with Cody and Sons. I had an issue with my condenser fan not kicking on - I called them and they came out the same day. Jeff was friendly, efficient, and professional. He was clearly an expert in all things related to A/C - he quickly diagnosed the problem (bad fan motor) and replaced it with ease. Can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Jeff from Cody and Sons. Our home was experiencing humidity issues associated with our HVAC and AC unit. We had numerous technicians out who only offered solutions that would cost us significant $$.Jeff took his time to understand our problem. Heat went out on the night we had a cold snap. I called and Cody & Sons were available quickly and got it repaired. Very professional, friendly & the tech was able to answer my questions. I’ve seen their truck on my street at various neighbor’s houses and they are local. Great job as usual. Sewer stoppage started Friday just past 5pm. Called up and they told us that the earliest they could come out was Monday, but we could call the dispatcher Saturday morning to see if he could squeeze us in. Called the dispatcher and he told me that the only guy working today had a full day job so it was likely that he will not make it. At 1pm the dispatcher called and told me that the plumber was done early and can come out. Fixed the stoppage within 45 minutes.The service Cody & Sons provide is always great and I can highly recommend them.

Charged my mom $90 just to look at the problem, then would not apply this fee to the high repair fee quoted at $300. Just for a simple snake flush with a clean out port only 10ft away on the garage side. Would not recommend

Big Mike was amazing! I needed someone to explain my HVAC system in my new townhouse to me. He also did an inspection. He even went into the article to inspect the ductwork, which no one has ever done for me. I must mention that the attic access is a small square opening inside a small closet upstairs. From the information Big Mike provided I was able to draw myself a diagram of the HVAC system. I am probably several years from needing a replacement but I will definitely use them when I am ready because of how professional Big Mike. He even helped me decide what needed to be done to reconnect the dryer exhaust ductwork that became disconnected from the exterior of the house. There was no hard sales pitch. (That alone earned my business) Instead he told me what I can expect in the way of future repairs.

Spring tuneup and fixed a problem with the outside condenser.Also got a quote to fix pad that condenser sits on, pricey compared to the estimate I got about a year ago (cost doubled). Otherwise would have given 5 stars.
