I want to share our positive experience with Dallas Plumbing. The team, consisting of Walter, Chase, and Aaron, took the time to educate us about a problematic installation we had from another company. They provided valuable information and worked with us to develop a strategic plan for resolving the issues. Their diligent efforts were commendable, and we are grateful to everyone involved.

Received a maintenance check up on my two Air handling units by Giovanni. He was very courteous, thorough, and explained everything in detail. Love the service!

Avoid Dallas Plumbing Company like the plague. Ive used them for years but a few days ago when I called them about a broken water heater, they came out and quoted me a tankless water heater. I paid half down. When the technician came back to install it. He showed up with a tank water heater and that he could do it for the same price since they couldnt install a tankless one at my house. They eventually agreed to send me a new quote which was about $1800 less than Id already paid and said theyd refund the difference. They installed the water heater and left. Then I got another call Friday claiming that theyd refund my money but it would take 4-6 weeks and they could sell me more services in the meantime. Today no one answer the phone.

I was very dissatisfied with the lack of service provided. I scheduled a water heater flush from an advertisement that quoted $80. The technician very briefly glanced at various issues, including the water heater. He did not do a water heater flush as advertised, and advised to take no action on the water heater after spending 5 seconds looking at it. He said it was too old to flush, and if its giving hot water to not worry about it. He then very briefly glanced at various other issues, and sent me 4 estimates, none of which were under $8,000. And I still paid the $80, for nothing. What a waste of money and time.Over the next few days, I got several calls and emails asking how Id like to move forward with service. Its clear all they cared about was getting in the house to charge tons of money for other services. I will not ever do business with this company.

I always dread when something needs to be done around the house as things run amuck within short order and I am completely naive thinking everyones word is their bond. Our water heater breathed its last and after some research I scheduled Dallas Plumbing to come out. The coat for replacement seemed very high but the reviews were very good so we decided to go ahead. And then the project began going sideways for some very unforeseen reason and I started to worry. And Dallas Plumbing came through 180%. The follow up and additional work necessary was totally handled under the original verbal understanding. I was absolutely amazed and relieved. If you know nothing about plumbing, you want this company. If you know everything about plumbing, you want this company. It may be a big company but the customer service and care and integrity is absolutely small town and personable. The last of the work agreement was completed by Cameron Owen and David Mullen. They put in a gas line to the kitchen, and again unforeseen problems. They carefully went about things in a way that demonstrated expertise and creativity, and everything was finished in remarkable time. I am very thankful we decided to go with this company.

Dylan did a great job of analyzing where our water leaks came from, what solutions would fix the problem, how much it would cost and then professionally solved everything to our satisfaction.

Recently had a water heater go out. I called Dallas Plumbing and they had someone out to check it within 2 hours and replaced it the same day. The guys took away the old one and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company.

We’ve used them a few times now and have been happy with their service each and every time. It has been easy to schedule an appointment even on short notice, and the work has been above expectation every time. They were recommended to me from a neighbor and I would recommend them to others as well.

Matthew was pleasant and enthusiastic. He clearly explained actions needed, possible future results, costs. Made sure I understood and agreed before he continued. Presented options for future needs, but NO pressure tactics. Offered a service plan which will save money on planned updates.

Technician Christian Ortega was a true professional and served us well and placed your company in good representation. I will request him again and call your company agian. I was truly impressed with him and give him an A-1 rating!

This company is terrible to work with. Two years in a row they have called me to schedule my heating system “tune up” as I was on their maintenance plan. They call about 2 months ahead of time and we schedule the appointment. And then the day comes for the actual appointment and nobody shows up. I call the office and nobody has a record of the service call. This has literally happened 2 years in a row! I pulled my phone records to prove to them the day they called me to schedule….but again nobody knows why this has happened 2 years in a row! How do you call your customer, schedule an appointment and then never have a record of said appointment? Shame on me for not calling the day before to check up on my appointment. I didn’t think that I needed to confirm my own appointment. When I explained that this happened two years in a row and that I was no longer going to be a customer, nobody even cared to call me back or apologize. Instead I got a snotty attitude from the customer service rep.

Jay was polite, efficient and answered all my questions. He made me feel really comfortable. Hope I can have him every time!

This company was our go to provider of plumbing and HVAC related items for more than a decade. We purchased two systems from them, one upstairs and one downstairs. We were very satisfied. Then the company was sold to a company out of Florida. AC tech came out week of April 10 to do 6 month check and suddenly Im looking at over $4,000 of system repair work. They were supposed to come back that same week on Thursday to do repairs. No one showed up. I called four times and texted once. NO RESPONSE. The new owners clearly have either a lot of work to do or they are not the same company. I am now going elsewhere. I recommend anyone who bought a carrier A\C system from Dallas Plumbing when they were a great company to check the Carrier website for other local companies.

One star is for cost. Needed an outside spigot replaced. Literally 10 minutes work and new spigot charged $383. Spigot and connecting pipe at Home Depot $49. I’ve had them do other work, costs were reasonable. They’ve lost future business including rental properties.

I had a great experience with Dallas Plumbing, and I plan to use them again...the service gentleman was outstanding..and he put up with things that did not have easy access. Thank you!

Would not recommend .. they made an unsolicited call to me, promised me a price that they never fulfilled (I had to pay more than what they mentioned) and above all, their recommendations were a lot inaccurate. I had to get another technician hired to validate their recommendations and make the fixes..

I had an issue on a Saturday night that was not taken care of by a previous AC company. I called AirPros on Sunday and the lady on the phone was so nice. She squeezed me in first thing Monday morning. Come Monday morning, Sean called me (and I got a text) when he was on his way. Once he got here, he was so nice and understanding. It was such a relief. He took a look at my unit and provided me with options on how I could proceed. We talked about them and never once did I feel pressured to go with the more expensive options. We settled on replacing my evaporator coil and outside unit. Andrew and his partner Jose were out the very next day and had the job done in about 4-5 hours. Andrew was the nicest guy, and his partner Jose was also so nice as well. When they were done they made sure everything was working and cooling properly, and they swept up the garage. I did have an issue with payment. They couldn’t get my credit card to go through using their tablet, so they had to call the office. The lady on the phone accidentally ran my card for more than she needed to. I paid 50% on Monday for the job and they were only supposed to collect the other 50% on Tuesday when they finished. On Tuesday they lady in the office accidentally ran my card for 100% of the cost. I called once I found out and a manager called me back and told me they were on top of the issue and were so sorry that happened (good thing I used a credit card). They are in the process of refunding my card. That’s the only hiccup I have had, but it is getting taken care of. So I would just say to double check the cost that they are running your card for if they have to call it in. Other than that, great experience. I would recommend these guys!

Called first thing this morning and they scheduled me for an appointment at 1:00pm. 30 minutes later they called and said they had an opening and asked if they could send someone out. . Michael showed up and was friendly, professional, and very informative. I’d highly recommend him in the future.

Dallas Plumbing sent out one of their experienced & professional Plumbers: Mike Wheeler. Mr. Wheeler checked the bathroom, Bedroom, Hall Way inside the House. Outside he checked Hose, Walkway and showed me out front by the MailBox ; The Water Meter. The Meter showed no Water Leaking. The Problem with the Water in the House was diagnosed from the Roof. The Water was running down the Wall between the BedRoom & Bathroom into the Hall, Bedroom & BathRoom. If I have anymore Water in the House ; I will call a Roofer.Thanks to Mr. Wheeler, no Holes where knock out of the Walls in the House. He is a True Professional.

Valve to gas line was not tightened nor was it tested to be sure it was not leaking gas. As a result, we had a serious gas leak at 5% which is considered a dangerous level. We had to call Atmos energy to come out in the middle of the night to assess our problem because we were smelling gas. That is what they found. The connection to the gas line was not secured properly. We have been in touch with Dallas Plumbing to no satisfaction, and no return call from a manager as promised.

They were all very informative and thorough. Job well done! Weah, Alan, and Andrew all came out on different days initial service call, estimate for new units, and lastly installation of new units. The work was done in a timely manner, they were all very polite, professional, informative, and just awesome! I wont use anyone else for my hvac needs!

My appointment kept getting rescheduled and every time I would be given a specific time but scheduled for a different time. I also received a message to rate them and they never even showed up for the appointment. I will not use this company poor communication skills within the company

This is not my first experience with service from the Air Pros team. I maintain a twice annual maintenance contract with them to ensure that my equipment is kept in tip-top condition & that any little problems are caught & corrected before they become big headaches. Such was the case today. My service tech, Krangcha Alley, caught a problem with the air flow in my ducts, which havent been cleaned in a long time. He also caught a problem with lower than recommended voltage on a capacitor in the AC condenser unit. It was still in working range but might well have failed on the hottest day of our upcoming summer. We discussed the options for the upkeep & repairs that he recommended & I now have this service scheduled for later this week. His knowledge & ability to find these problems likely has saved me money, discomfort & aggravation in the long run because getting it all fixed now will prevent a system failure during a hot, Texas summer. I depend on Air Pros because I have come to learn that I can trust them & that they will always treat me fairly & with respect.

Requested for a quote of A/C. Found them to be one of the most honest to do business with, Tech came in to provide quote that are 200% over other AC installers. He candidly said our prices are high because we are a big company. Recommended me to go with the other installer quote. Guess, i should be happy?

Had a new heating and air conditioning system installed 2 years ago by Air Pros, great pricing. They’ve done the summer tune-up and just recently had them put more insulation in attic. I trust this company and there technicians.

I, previously, had a service completed by Air Pros on 4/5/2021, but they had to return because my unit didnt work after they left on 4/5/2021. Shawn, service manager came out and checked my unit anew. $7,250 later....I ended up getting a new unit. He was here from 10a - 1:31p trying to get things organized with financing. I felt some pressure to get option 1 versus option 2, mainly because I try and discern the level of honesty with service companies. But, they really tried to appease me since my initial experience with them wasnt all that great. I appreciate them for that.4/26/2021Andrew and Roger were fantastic. Efficient. Great communication. The energy and vigor that the salesman (Shawn) exhibited in getting me to buy with Air Pros isnt the same when my unit stopped working today, after only 4 3/4 months, of installation. My family and I are sitting here with a temperature of 89° inside and 102° outside!!!! R-I-D-I-C-U-L-O-U-S!!!!!! I DO NOT FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. I guess value depreciates IMMEDIATELY after sale?!?! 🤔😏😳9/6/2021 Going into day 3. No AC. No call. No text. No email still from a tech noting ETA. 6 different receptionists indicate that they cant contact a tech directly to check on ETA. Funny...when in the sales process, they could 🤔🤔🤔. Post sales and installation, they only take the calls (messages) and give to a dispatcher. 92° inside all day yesterday. Sent family to a friends. I stayed....JUST IN CASE...a repair tech MIGHT contact me with their ETA...alas....NADA10/07/2021Jose took photos, explained what he did, provided suggestions, and put bleach in the water line thingie. Maintenance service was great. Thanks.10/18/2021I didnt want to be too hasty in writing this review. I wanted to wait until after a few days...I am prepared to share my experience. It took a week for Alan (AirPros) to troubleshoot and finally figure out what was going on with my brand new unit. Mannnnnnnnnnnn, was I getting frustrated!! I am sure both Mr. Martinez and Mr. Ross were flustered as well. It was very hot for myself and my family, especially the children were suffering. Texas heats no joke, but God blessed us with a few cool breezes, fresh rain, and cool evenings. During the day was the worse though.Over the 8 days, I have witnessed Mr. Jose Martinezs and Mr. Alan Ross due diligence and I DO APPRECIATE THEIR EFFORTS from 10/08/2021-10/15/2021. The unit was finally running fine on 10/25/2021. I pray it continues to do so moving forward. Thanks, fellows!! To be continued....

So very happy with Air Pros! I called them at 2 pm, Weah arrived at 4:30 pm and my AC was back on by 6:30 pm. He even helped re-tape the insulation around the duct work. He was very thorough and I would highly recommend them!

They were great. It was a follow up call to previous job. Perfectly good explanation of what happened and how it could. Their RotoVac had blasted the ducts from both ends so dust and lint were gone. Dryer kept pointing to a clogged vent. Turns out there was a really old bird’s nest in the duct — too big for the Rotovac to “swallow” so it had just pushed it to the end of the vent where it had to be manually removed, piece by piece. The technicians were observant, focused on problem-solving, and with not a word of complaint about any of that. I really like these guys!

Check water heater to make sure hot water is available through the house. Mr. Michael Mullen, is knowledgeable and courteous to explain whats wrong and fix it immediately.

Ralph and Will were great! Very friendly and explained everything they were doing inside and outside. Very professional and felt that my HVAC is in great shape! Will call them again
