Received an estimate for a problem with a wine room a/c unit that said No labor warranty.Due to complexity of the wine unit, this condensation pump may or may not solve the problem.I paid for another consult and the problem was not the pump but the panel, much cheaper fix and solved the problem. And they guarantee their work.

Air Mechanix has always been great. They are always up front and honest with all assessments and explanations with easy to understand options. We signed up for the maintenance program, and it has already helped. I would highly recommend this option.As someone who values TRUST as the number one factor when choosing service based companies, dealing with problems I know NOTHING about, I couldn’t recommend Air Mechanix enough. Katie at Air Mechanix was very helpful and dispatched her service technician to evaluate the situation and determine if there were any issues that needed to be resolved. He made another appointment because he determined two mechanics were needed to resolve a issue that occurred during installation. The mechanics,Marvin and Ryan were knowledgeable, efficient and respectful of our property and completed the repair and certification of both units in record time. Thank you Air Mechanix

The drain line on our HVAC clogged and was overflowing late in the afternoon. I had a technician arrive within 3 hours of my call who was able to address the problem and get everything up and running at a fair price considering it was after hours. I’ve been using Air Mechanix for maintenance and repairs since 2017 and I’m glad to see continued good service since they changed ownership in the past year. I will continue to recommend them!

AC quit working in the middle of this record-breaking heat. Kevin was prompt in responding and getting everything set up. Terry and Ryan were super quick in solving the problem and fixing it. HVAC failed and this company showed up within 90 minutes. Quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Fast and efficient. Also LOVE getting the texts before they arrive with the picture of the tech and their estimated arrival (which is eerily accurate). Well done.

Sam was our technician yesterday. He was excellent. I addition to being polite and a pleasure to talk with, he kept me totally informed of where he was in diagnosing the issues we had with our unit.He was great to work with and was a true professional. This family-owned business reaffirms my belief that there are still quality, trustworthy companies that exist. Weve been working with Air Mechanix for several years. Their technicians have been honest in diagnosing our unit and making minor adjustments to extend its life. When we recently upgraded our thermostat and a breaker blew, they immediately came out to repair it (late on a Saturday). In less than an hour, it was repaired. He knew exactly what was wrong. The owner truly cares, calling personally to assure us when we were less than satisfied, showing us integrity still exists -- a rarity in todays market.Oct 2023Weve been using Air Mechanix several years. They even replaced our system. Ryan McGeorge came today. He was prompt, through & pleasant to work with. Another 2 thumbs up!

Always had good experience with Air Mechanix which is why I continue to engage them with any of my A/C needs. Technician was on time; thorough and resolved my issues. My A/C is back up and running again.

We had an 2002 air conditioning unit that was leaking Freon and after a pressure test by Air Mechanix found it was leaking from 6 areas and recommended a unit replacement due to the new regulations on freon on old units.. We decided to replace the unit. Bobbi Pappas quoted us several different units at different price ranges. After we selected the new unit, it was immediately ordered and we received the unit a few weeks later. Installation was scheduled and their install crew was awesome. They protected our newly laid hardwood flooring with slip proof runners and dismantled the old furnace in the walk in attic and hand carried each section out to the front of the house for proper measurements for the new furnace. Everything they did was first class. Dale was on-site with the crew and Bobbi stopped by to see the progress on installation of the furnace.The installation, from start to finish, was very professional and they cleaned up afterwards leaving the attic area spotless.We like Air Mechanix so much that we signed up to have them perform our annual maintenance on our 3 AC units.It is extremely hard now-a-days to find good honest people who have a strong work ethic and professionalism. I have used Air Mechanix for a few years now, however, I will NOT be using them again. I made an appointment for our yearly maintenance, and they gave me a 2 hour window of time for the technician to show up. At the end of the first hour I had to leave for a physical therapy appointment, and my assistant and my housekeeper stayed at my home to meet the technician. He arrived apparently a few minutes before the second hour was over, and did not ring the doorbell.Kelly, in the Air Mechanix office, said he knocked, but no one in the home heard the door. That is very common in our home that if you are in the back of the house or upstairs you will not hear a knock at the door. My assistant said she saw the van from upstairs, but since he never rang the bell she didnt know he was there outside. The technician left. They attempted to call me, but I was in a private physical therapy session and had my phone off--why I left two people at home to tend to this appointment.We rescheduled the appointment and the technician, Sam, came to my house again another day at the end of the two hour window, at which I was home. He was very nice and it was a pleasant experience. He even said his wife is a big fan of Real Housewives of Dallas, the show I am on, and we spoke about that. I inquired about the bill when he was done and he said it would be emailed to me.When I got the bill I was SHOCKED to see a trip charge for the day prior when the technician did NOT ring the bell, and no one knew he was there. My assistant called Kelly at the Air Mechanix office thinking this would be easily resolved and the charge removed from the bill (since we were sure it was a mistake), as that is what I would have done as a business owner with a recurring and consistent customer, but they refused to do it.I then called a few days later and Kelly in the office told me that the owner would not remove the trip charge, EVEN AFTER ADMITTING it was THEIR POLICY not to ring doorbells due to babies sleeping during the day. In the 2-3 years I used Air Mechanix, this policy was never told to me.So, I will not be using this company again due to how they handled me, a loyal customer, when a mistake was made on their end. I should not be asked to pay a trip fee when they never rang my doorbell. And, by the way, I had to pay two people to be at my house waiting for this appointment that never showed the first time--and I had to pay another two hours to my assistant because the technician was late by 2 1/2 hours the second time we had an appointment. We were getting ready to install a huge job and the technician had pretty much sold us on them doing it, but since this is how they handle repeat customers, I dont want anything to do with this unethical company! They were rude on the phone when I called to explain the situation, and made no effort to correct this mistake on their end, or take any blame for it being their fault. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone who doesnt like sneak attacks on bills. Look elsewhere for a company who doesnt practice nefarious business, and for a company whose owner actually has a moral compass. Truly disgusted by how I was addressed and treated by the office.

Bobbi and her team of HVAC professionals were great to work with and I highly recommend them. They came in to detect a leak that a previous company wasnt able to find. They offered various solutions to our AC problem and we are very happy with the outcome! Everyone from the Craig (tech) to the install team and Dale, was knowledgeable and took care of our home during the install. Repaired my wine Room refrigerator. Showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within ten minutes. Replaced electrical part. Very good explanation of what was done. Highly recommended.

Recently my 14 year old AC went out. I have been using Air Mechanix for over 10 years. It went out on a Wednesday 6/12. The new one could not be installed until the following Wednesday. Dale Connor came out and revived the old unit enough to provide us AC until the new one could be installed. It is now installed and we are very pleased. Bobby Pappas set our expectations that it would take from 8:30 - 5:30 to complete the installation. Dale Connor & his installation team completed it in 5 hours. Nothing like under promise & over deliver. There are several HVAC companies in our area who pay a commission to their service team to motivate them to sell more service & replace units prematurely. That is not a business practice of Air Mechanix. I would highly recommend them.

My air conditioning unit stopped working two days before a major surgery. I was completely devastated and desperate. I could not praise them enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. They are a truthful and servant company of which I will call upon again in the future. Thank you so much for all of your help

Condensation pump went out in one of my tenants suites, on a property I manage. I called Air Mechanix, the owner, Bobbi Pappas (yes, woman owned business) called me back and had two trucks at the building in 45 mins. One truck diagnosed the problem while the other truck picked up the parts required for the job. They were in and out in 2.5 hours which also included taking an inventory of the 14 roof top units to give ma a bid for an annual maintenance contract. Great company - very satisfied with their work!

Always quick to respond and offer solutions. We have an annual contract so they are very familiar with our system. They maintain it beautifully — usually able to identify potential issues before they are issues. When stuff comes up they get to us quickly. Very customer focused!!!!

Dale is absolutely top-drawer. He is knowledgeable, creative, solutions-oriented, and sensitive to customer objectives. We’ve come to depend deeply on him over these last few years, and he has completely earned it. One of the very best!

Ryan was professional and efficient in checking my heating unit. Once finished he was informative.

The guy was very professional he wore a mask he let me know what it was what he was doing I just cant believe that I fuse cost us almost $200 that is so so bad. But we have AC. Guess well make sure we have some fuses on hand because we cant afford $200 fuses every time it happens or even $100 fuse if its not on a holiday.

Not the cheapest but the very BEST. Fair, honest great company. They not only are my go-to for any and all HVAC but also my mother. Love these people.

We discovered a gas leak and called Air Mechanix. That had someone over to us in 10 minutes, and their mechanic replaced a small part and fixed the leak. I couldn’t ask for more responsive service!
