Here’s the revised three-star review incorporating the old positive feedback:⭐⭐⭐This company used to be the best HVAC service in and around Titus, Camp, Franklin, and Morris counties. I had tried nearly every HVAC company in the area before discovering Brummell’s, and I was always left dissatisfied until they came along.In the past, they rescued a unit that had sat dormant for three years due to poor diagnoses from other companies. Two other companies had declared it dead, with one claiming the board was fried and needing a complete changeout, and the other suggesting a faulty thermostat and blockage. The second company even charged me $275 for a service call and insisted my $300 Ecobee WiFi thermostat was junk.When I contacted Brummell’s, they arrived in less than 24 hours, even during their busiest season. They were prompt, friendly, and managed to repair the unit, only charging me for the service call. In less than an hour, they brought back to life what others had deemed irreparable.However, my recent experiences have shown they are no longer at the top of their game. They left an old plenum in the attic, complained about mastic on the units, and couldn’t find a leak during two visits. They charged me for refrigerant but didn’t seem willing to thoroughly investigate the issue.While I appreciate their past service and the integrity they once showed, I hope they can return to their former standard of excellence. If you think you might be getting a bad diagnosis, it’s still worth calling Brummell’s for a second opinion. I still believe they have potential, but my recent experiences have been disappointing.

The seller had this company service the ac before we bought the house and moved in! This is what we found after taking the cover off! These pictures tell the rest of the story. The ac still doesnt work!

Brummell came on a holiday and replaced my whole unit, after going 5 days without A/C, and having them show up early the morning of installation, was awesome. We have used them for several years, and will continue to use them. They are great people and very helpful.

Very happy with the service. Called today and was told they would be out in about a hour and a half. He was here before that, repaired my AC and was gone within 2 and 1/2 hour from first call. I would highly recommend Brummell and happy to give 5 Stars.

Wonderful customer service! Very efficient and knowledgeable as well as honest. Im thankful he could fix the old ch/ca in my double wide, most wouldnt even attempt it and quoted me pricing to just replace it! They also worked with me on a payment plan. Highly recommend!!

Mr. Brummell came out on Saturday afternoon and knew in just a few minutes what the problem was. Fixed it and was only here about 30 minutes. He also identified a potential future issue and corrected it while he was at it. Super personable and very nice.

Honest straight forward guys, came and looked at my unit and replaced everything that day... cleaned the parts that didnt need to be replaced and ac is blowing colder than it ever has.....definitely worth more than the 5 stars I gave him!!!!
