I received the company information from someone whom I requested a number of a good AC person. Called Glen Springer and he answered stating, “this is Glen” I proceeded to ask him a question regarding his services and he hung up on me while I was speaking. However, I waited a few minutes for the possibility of a bad connection and to see if he would call back; giving him the benefit of the doubt. When he did not call back after 3 or 4 minutes I tried calling him again and he did not answer nor did he ever get back to me. Horrible attitude and horrible customer service. I guess he should go back to school if he hates his profession so much.

Amazing service, he knows it all with Air Conditioning issues, fair pricing. He also is a terrific gentleman.
