I had an emergency with my dryer, and they were able to schedule a same-day appointment. The technician was skilled and had the necessary parts to fix the issue. Smooth and efficient service. Will definitely call them again if needed.

Our tech was able to get our chest freezer back up and running with an hour of his arrival. It did not power back up after a power outage due to storms. Huge life-saver since most of our meats are stored in it! Highly recommend.

I would leave zero stars. First you are not calling and speaking to any one in Pilot Point. After paying the initial bill for them to look at two appliances I never heard back. I had to hire another company, a local company to fix. I requested a refund since they did not return my call or call back as promised or even provide me a quote or timeline to fix. I was told we will call you in two hours after we investigate, same thing I have continued to get from them. I will be calling to dispute the charges. Instead call C & T Appliance Repair, came out on a Sunday and kept me updated. Charged me nothing till they repaired.

Good job! Our fridge was diagnosed quickly and replaced our start delay. The fridge started right back up and the tech waited to make sure everything including the compressor was functional. Great!

Very competitive from service down to their pricing! Tech was professional looking and fixed the dryer right away. I was informed of what happened and how he fixed it. I am very satisfied and will use again!

Called them scheduled an appt causing me to take off work. They waited all day to call me and tell me they can’t come, wasting my day. Also preventing me from getting someone else here to help me. Will never recommend them for anything.

Horrible customer service tried to ask a question and the guy was snarky, and didn’t want to help at all, and when I acted surprised at the lack of help in a small town business he then said have a good day and hung up on me while I was still talking definitely wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and if I have any other issues, I would rather call someone farther away and pay the difference.

Was to find part and then never showed back up. Callled and requested refund for diagnostic . Refused

I never got farther than the phone call, they eliminated thier selves with poor attitude and customer service.
