We had questions regarding our roof and insulation as well. What genuinely started as just a curious conversation and free quote, ended up being an easy sale. Dustin did such an amazing job explaining very thoroughly what the process would be from beginning to end. The cherry on top was also having one of the owners give us a call to welcome us to the Frontline family. If we had this great of an experience, we don’t doubt that the work will be just as good.

Ashton definitely came in clutch and made our spray foam purchase a very memorable one. He provided all the needed information and had an answer for every question. Frontline Spray Foam’s customer service was far above any other vendor that came out here! If in doubt call Frontline Spray Foam!!

Not very please with the service. They were late on the appointments, didnt clean the attic well, still some insulation missing, missed a few spots of foam, the heat still coming in from the roof (do to those missing areas), they applied the foam first instead of removing the old insulation, making this not a good sealed. Trying to call them no answer, took about a day or two to replay in text with no solution. Job was not done right for the cost Im going to pay

The rep Lily Hdz that came to our homewas very helpful. She explained all the issues we had to fix in our attic before doing the job and she was very professional.

When I had the first initial meeting about what kind of services they provided, I had told him about the master room being the warmest room in the house. I was advised they would do a temperature check and make any adjustments needed to get it where it needed to be, to which they did not do. I paid extra to remove my old insulation. Instead of removing the old insulation first, they sprayed over the old stuff and a week later came back to remove the old insulation after already applying the spray foam first. I do have old insulation throughout the attic. I was told they would build a wall and have an access door into the attic so I could still access my AC unit component. I was really disappointed to find out the wall was just a mass spray foam pile. To gain access, I would need to cut into the spray foam and make a door. Honestly dont think they did anything correctly to what I was told base on the first initial meeting. Plus he messed up on my fiance paper twice before it was correctly fixed. Total cost for spray foam, roughly living space 1000 sq ft $2700, insulation removal $400. It does help a lot more keeping the home cooler. But still very disappointed in the service.

The whole process went smooth, we ended up contracting Frontline for the Foam Insulation for the whole attic at our home. Reason I am giving them a 1 star is because they are taking on way too much for them to handle. They only have 1 Contractor (Cameron) and he is swamped with a lot of projects that he cannot keep up with. No Communication between Management and workers. You schedule a time for them to come and they show up 2 to 3 hours early. No communication between him and the workers so the job gets done incorrectly. I had spray foam and turtle vents installed in my home. The spray foam was done correctly but the roofers installed my vents where the spray foam was installed. Was told that the vents were not supposed to go there. they were supposed to go where my carport is. Called and they set an appointment at a specific time to have the guys come out and install the new vents and spray foam the ones that were installed incorrectly. The roofers showed up 2 and half hours early and reassured me they new where to put the vents. They installed them over the carport like it was supposed to, but put them at the front of my house instead of the back like the other 2 they mistakenly installed on. Got home and spray Foam guys got there and thought I had roofing done to my house because of the vents where the foam was. I had to explain to them that the roofers Frontline hired messed up. He saw my new vents and even he made a comment saying that they should have been placed on the backside of my house. Im still in the process to see if I can get them moved and have the roof fixed. In Conclusion, this company pitches a great sales pitch to you, but during and after the job is done they dont communicate or come out to verify and ask if you are satisfied with the work. You simply get the txt/email/call from their finance bank saying they want their money.*******UPDATE******Was Reached out by the owner Mr. Juan Curling. He was willing to work with me and accepted full responsibility of the situation. He assured me that he would resolve the issue and consult with his Roofing tech. He explained to me how they would move the vents and fill the spaces. He also asked if I wanted to be present there when they show up and I said yes. We had agreed on a Saturday since I would be available all day. Few days pass and I get a call that the roofers were at my house again on a Tuesday (4 days Early and when I was not there). Called Cameron he said he would call the guys. I show up and they had already removed the vents from the current location. I never confirmed the appointment for that day but I decided to let them go ahead since I already talked to Mr. Curling about the issue. So I assumed that everyone was on the right page and knew what they were supposed to do. They placed them in the correct location, but left right away when they finished. I was not able to check the patching because the Spray Foam Guys showed up. So I waited. Once they left I check the patching and the wood they used. One piece looks like scrap wood from an old project and the other is too small. I can literally see the black part from the roofing and the gap. Was told the roof tech was suppose to draw up some plans on how to fill that gap. Either the roofing guys didnt get the memo or they just left it to them to patch it however they wanted. Either way based on what Ive seen from what they did to my house, these guys are not professionals. They also left my shingles in a way where if a storm or strong wind comes, they will be blown off. Spray foam guys showed up again and we did the part of the partition wall that was supposed to be accessible. They forgot the cutout. I will upload photos on the patching.

It was a great experience and an affordable price, attic foam was sprayed as quoted and more, with out the foam, water from sink use to be boiling but after sprayed it is in a comfortable temperature, it was a big change on ceiling temp that is reflecting in energy bill saving!

I live on South Padre Island and the electricity can be sketchy at times. I was in need of a generator for health reasons. I contacted Frontline Solutions in Pharr, Texas. The operations manager, Cameron Harrington, contacted me quickly and came to my house to give me a quote for the job. It compared with what I had researched. Frontline installed the generator within a week and I’m very pleased with it. Miguel was the installer and he did a great job walking me through the installation and maintenance of it. We worked with Cameron to add electricity, spray foam insulation, sheetrock, paint, lightning and flooring to my wifes she-shed and the process was smooth and we couldnt have been happier with the results. After getting texts 24 hours, 10 hours and 1 hour before my schedualed appointment and I confirmed each one. Im rating it a 2 low 2 only because of the sales person Abraham Paredes. He was quick to try to make the sale but not quick to respond to my calls after the sale. I called him one time after all the installation to ask him about the 10 yr warranty being advertised if you buy before December. He told me he would check in to it I send him the video of that as well. Ive called him various times to no avail he refuses to answer or call back.

However, the only disappointment I had was the extension cord needed wasnt ordered right away, which put a delay in me being able to use my generator during a storm that our power was out for 15 hours. I would give 1/4 a star if I was given the option.I called to make payments. I just noted you did not process my payments. That’s YOUR FAULT. I placed a recurring debit card on file to take my payment.Now I get a $200+ bill ?!?!!!!!!No one answers my calls. I have been calling since December 2022 to make payments. No ANSWER. I call every month to make payments. No ANSWER !!!I don’t even know if my Family is safe ?? Is my equipment even working for you ??

We called Frontline Home Solutions out here to give us a price on a roof quote. Juan came out looked at the project and said it did not fit within the scope of work that he felt comfortable doing. He did give me the phone number to a framer that can come out here and do it.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Company is unresponsive. They guaranteed we would be compensated for our cancellation fee from previous electric provider and it’s been over 5 months with no resolution. Also it took over two months for them to come in and service our panels that hadn’t been properly turned on. Now I am trying to get documents to receive my tax credit and they are giving me no information at all and basically told me to speak with a tax professional. I have to incessantly call them and every time there is always an excuse without resolution. This is clearly not a company with support as no one is ever in their “office” and from all the different solar techs I have spoken with in the last seven months their employee retention is terrible. Please go to a more reputable solar provider. As a small business owner myself I would be ashamed if my clients were treated this way. I guarantee this company is a scam.

Sales rep seemed knowledgeable however did give me false information regarding tax credit. Was eager to close the sale the same day, and with good reason they didn’t want me to shop around. Competitors are significantly better priced and just as knowledgeable. When Investing in your home shop around do your research.

Poor communication and follow through after the sale. Unable to connect and finish app installation to monitor panels. I hope I don’t have any issues the next 25 years with the panels, wouldn’t know who to call that would respond in a professional and timely manner. Would be glad to change review if my rep helps me with app and warranty info.

This has been a longer journey 8 months in total one obstacle after another. Solar panels finally up. In my second billing cycle. Finally got the pergola up and it is great. My complaint is too many staff turnover overs - I have problems getting clear answers. I have a pretty large incentive check coming as per my contract and have been told checks are on hold. As the other poor reviews are stated on here, same situation. After being with frontline since probably 2015 I believe, we had to go through so much just to get a replacement part for their old system.They never took the time to notify their customers how they should be updating their system or anything. Not to mention, sure we got help but definitely not in the most friendly way. I will not mention names, but I was talked back too, and when I would talk upset, they would just talk back as snappy or more rudely.Honestly wanted to end my services because of that employee, terrible customer service. I’m very much over this service as they use to have our entire block, but everyone left them since their services are not great and most things are even outdated.Since we are constantly on the go, I haven’t had the chance to cut the cord, but definitely consider elsewhere. Also, with employees who actually care for your security and will be in touch with you.

We are first time customers with Frontline and our initial visit with Juan Curling, Owner, was amazing. His willingness and transparency in answering all of our questions to put us at ease about switching from our long time current alarm company was a great help in helping us make our decision. Daneila Gonzalez, Installation Tech, was a real pleasure to work with! Her combined professional manner and easy-going personality are EXCELLENT! She put us at ease right away and was very thorough in explaining what she would be installing and even agreed to allowing us to video her while she walked us thru the instructions on how to navigate our new panel😊 Our initial experience was very positive!

It has been a year and my Generac has still not been installed on my property. I have called over the past year and David on the front desk is rude, does not return calls as promised and gives me the run around . Please remedy the situation ASAP. I DO NOT want to have to take this to litigation!---EDIT---Over a year later our Generac was finally installed but are waiting now on the gas to be connected to get it to run. While the process is at a turtles space, Frontline will eventually install everything you paid for. Thats why I have updated my review to thee stars.

Tech Daniela from Brinks, was professional and friendly. She encouraged me to rate their service as soon as she finished installing the equipment at my home. However, a sensor from my door fell off. I’ve been waiting for months for my Doorbell camera to be installed, which I’ve been paying for. I talked to owner several times asking him to send someone out to install the doorbell camera that I’ve been paying for but he has not come out or sent a technician. I found it unfair how I’ve been paying for equipment I don’t have installed which forced me to call for a cancellation. They told us the cancellation fee was $2,000 and we still had to pay $1,000 for the equipment. The owner does not seem to care about protecting family’s home, but about making sales. Such bad experience!

Cameron Harrington is one of the best representatives at Frontline! The entire process has been smooth thanks to him. He always makes sure that we have the most up to date information and is always available. He even helped us upgrade our original plan to a better one. This rating should be zero stars. My advice to everyone based on my experience with this company is DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They didnt deliver on what we asked for and now they wont come back to fix their mistakes. I have been dealing with them for over six month on the installation of 6 cameras which are still not working right. The whole installation was a nightmare as they are unreliable and unprepared to work under the minimum safety requirements. Oh, and they want to be paid even after the job is not complete nor working properly. They lied about making it right and now they wont answer my calls. Dont waste your time with these guys.

Consumers beware! Other security companies do not require contract!I needed security monitoring so decided to give them a chance. They were a local option so was hoping for positive experience. After my 3 year contract was over I decided to cancel as I was not impressed. At one point they wanted to charge me $50 to replace their worn out yard sign. After I cancelled service they are still charging my credit card, had to file dispute. HORRIBLE!Yes, I am an ex-customer

Horrible customer service. Ive been calling for weeks to get someone to fix a sensor on door and still no one has shown up to my house to fix it. They cant even let me know ahead of time to ask if Im home or when they are going to go. They show up when ever they want and expect me to be home. They tell me they will go tomorrow and never show up or tell they are not going. They told me a manager was going to call me to make sure someone was going to my house and no manager has called.

We were sold solar panels. We got 20 for $3,200 Per panel.. the finance company they used for us was Sunlight financing. What we found out later after installation was this company has a 25% down payment which will be $16,808 on a $64,800.00 Loan at 2.99 interest. Monthly payments if $231.75. If you do not l pay the $16,808.00 In 17 months your payments go up to around $315.00. The salesman presented this in a manner that doesn’t not tell the whole story. The owner may get a credit from the IRS. Whether you get this credit you still own them the $16,808.00. Just beware .. some panel finance company’s give 0% financing with no down payment. Frontline are selling the panels for $3,200 a panel and we were never told that when I asked.

To Juan CurlingMy sister and I purchased the solar panels ( sister) and generac (me) .I have had two pleasurable experiences with the generac . Each time there was a power outage and the generac automatically turned as installed.I just had to let ya know how happy I am.The solar panels have save us several if not a couple of thousand dollars on the electric bill.Again thanks . I was very pleased with Vanessa as well, I had called Frontline Smart Security regarding a few billing questions and she was very patient & very helpful answering and explaining everything that I needed to understand. She made my headache & concerns disappear, best customer service!

I am posting this review based on several experiences, one from three years ago, when they installed 5 cameras and brought only a four channel dvr which delayed the full installation of my security system. Unfortunately over the years, whenever i needed help, it takes them dayysssss to send someone, i emphasized dayyssss because twice i asked the service of other companies and they send their tech in a day or two. So now i was told a few months ago that i needed a new dvr, i called them set an apppointment, i was asked how many cameras i have, i said five and for me to send a pic of the dvr, so i did. The purchase order for the dvr was based on the box of the 4 channel dvr which was the wrong one purchased from three years ago. I did mention at first they installed five cameras but brought only a four channel dvr. So history has repeated itself, the purchaser after asking me how many cameras i have proceeded to order a 4channel dvr, she didn’t retain in her memory that i told her i have five camers. So the tech came, he tried to fix things, found out he has the wrong dvr, he said he will look for one and come back, but he couldn’t find one so it was ordered online. So i skipped work on the rescheduled appointment, only to find out the dvr ordered didn’t arrive bec of the holiday. They set the appointment without anticipating the holiday, and i was told the next schedule will be on thursday, another work day. To my disappointment, i asked them if they can just give me a refund, they said no coz they cannot return the ordered dvr which of course not true. They returned the 4channe dvr why can’t they return another one? But i didnt want to deal with them anymore, so i told them they can have the $225. After they realized thati was already really upset, they said they can move my appointment to wednesday. This made me more upset, why offer a thursday appointment when they can do it on wednesday. I felt that because i already paid them $225 they think they can treat my issue without any sense of urgency. They can have the $225. My bill would have been another $375 more. Thankfully today, with just a few mins of searching, i found a company who had a dvr and a tech available. They did in a few hours what this company was supposed to do. Expensive and unreliable.

We call and we get ignored. we have had issues with thw solar panels and we get the run around. what we are paying with the solar panel payment and light bill is rediculus! so no would not recomend... hell no!

I have had such an awful experience with this company! I am paying money monthly for a service that NEVER works! I try getting in contact with someone and no one answers my questions or wants to help me with my issue. The owner only cares about the money and not his customers. They tell you if you need anything to call them. They shouldnt say that if they never answer. I cant wait to finish my contract and get rid of this stupid service. And I will tell everyone how bad a business this is!!!!

Bunch of crooks. Never told us it was a 3 year contract.. never trust these peiple.. came to disconnect the system and took their stuff back.. a.c. pad Alram pad and doorbell camera.. and left all the wires out and loose.. Juan curling is a creo and will do wrong if permitted.

Since I started using Frontline 2 things happened, First, Im saving money compared to Vivint which I used before and second I upgrade my system with a thermostat that i can work it with my phone, and now Im saving on my light bill, They are just AWESOME !
