Please consider looking around for other A/C companies! This company installed a unit that was too large for my home and within weeks I had them back in my home conducting repairs and charging me more and more money, the three or four times they had to come back. Over time, this unit produced too much moisture in my home and started to develop mold. I tried to communicate with the owner to see what we could resolve and communication stopped and he refused service. I had to go with another company to remove the unit and install something that was appropriate for my home.According to the owner, the installer was not licensed and bonded to do the job and he recommended that I file suit against him personally. Why would you send someone on behalf of your company that is not licensed?Do not recommend!!

Sergio was super with my car. No more loud noise while I drive. Kept me informed as we diagnosed the problem and took care of the issue on the first try.He even picked up the car while I was at work and got it fixed and back to me. Very fair prices and very happy with the results.

Extremely satisfied and very well recommended. I had an issue this morning with my heater. I contacted AutoTek Services & Air Conditioning and within several minutes they arrived knocking on my door. Great customer service and job is well taken care of.

Techs did not arrive on the 8-10 am appt , I had to cancel office meetings just to wait for them , They arrived and was recommended to get vents . I asked to come a day after and they gave me a window of 3-4 hours. I can’t afford to stop working , so I asked for a specific time and day appp, but they did not bother to message me back . I cancelled my appt . Seems that they don’t have urgency, now that the weather is extremely hot and they can afford to dismiss work requests .

Amazing job done by Sergio and his team on replacing our old HVAC units. Great communication, quick turnaround and extremely clean work. We’re grateful to have them work with us.We’d recommend this team at Autotek Services and Air Condition to everyone especially here in San Antonio.

I was having issues with my house heater called for service and in less than an hour they showed up and fixed the problem . Love how fast and friendly the worker was and he explain the issue in words for me to understand . Definitely 100% recommend
