Its always buyer beware, but whith their 3 month warranty for parts and labor and follow on 5 year labor only warranty they try to make sure you get what you want in the end. They certainly did with my last couple of purchases. Also their service team is great and super helpful. Daniella is great to deal with.

The service overall was pretty good, however Mr Guillermo was the highlight. He was very professional, prompt, knowledgeable, has excellent communication and very honest. He diagnosed exactly what whas wrong with my old washer, and presented me with quotes for the parts needed to repair. When the parts cost were too high for my budget, he out of his own initiative helped me get a deal on a new one. If ever you contact the repair services please ask for Guillermo, hell take good care of you and will always be fair and honest.

I want to thank Eduardo de Treviño commercial and residential for having repaired my washing machine, a very hard-working young man and super quick to diagnose the fault. Their prices are very affordable since right now most of them quote you very high and sometimes it is better to buy a new one. It didnt take long to repair, very happy with their service. Highly recommended. My washing machine is working perfectly well.

He was extremely nice. That made me feel very comfortable. Seem to understand exactly what I needed. And uh, I would definitely go back if I ever needed anything else? I enjoyed meeting him and the experience was altogether very bad. Very successful thank you

I had boughten a washer from this place. Washer broke they took it back and it supposedly fixed it. The washer broke soon after that. Customer service from this place is horrible; they did not want to provide me with a refund or a different washer. Since this issue I have stayed away, and go to Best Buy instead. You come to these places to save money, and come out worse, losing it.

The gentleman assisting us was very attentive and informative on both the products and services available. He answered all our questions well and searched for options available at the other locations so we could get what we want. He was clear with what was communicated and offered and didnt try to give us the run-around which we appreciated. We left happy with the service provided and our choice of appliances.

Great place for a used washer. I had checked online on different websites looking to replace my washer. Glad I found Trevinos!!! Paid a great price and got a 3 month warranty. If you are looking for a quality appliance, do yourself a favor and save time and money, and head to over to Trevinos.

Bought a freezer almost a year ago 3 times same issue and the tech keeps blaming thats theres alot of food or freezer was open but yet top part was not frozen only bottom part dont get anything from these stores I bought 2 year warranty and still I even offered to take it to someone else but they needed to.pay because all they do is blame the client which is not right like if we want for them to take the stuff we bought I suggest go get your appliances somewhere else not worth ur money spend here even with Warranty serve not good and appliances uff worse on some of them worse place to get ur appliances

Buyer Beware!!!!!!They help you out at the beginning but 7 months later the refrigerator is not cooling and they want us to take it to them to get fixed because tech doesnt go to home. Its under warranty but not worth buying from them. I will need to go find someone to fix it because I have a hernia that needs operated and my 80 year old parents cannot help me lift it to take to them. Go with a big company they may come service it at your house.I understand your policy about the warrant . They did try to help me out after I placed this review but honestly go with Home Depot or big companies they still send their tech to your homes. Trevinos did come pick up the refrigerator but almost two weeks later they still have it and I tried to call both numbers they left me. Nobody answers. Its not worth the hassles, my poor parents are putting ice in a ice chest to keep some things cool. You can keep the refrigerator. I am going to Home Depot tomorrow to go buy a new one. Just pay what I still owe on your machine. Thank you for trying. We cannot wait anymore.

Currently in the process of buying a fridge and happy with the customer service. I expect my fridge less than 2 days. Plus 3 months part warranty and 5 year labor warranty is a good deal too, happy so far!

If you are looking for a good used appliance, go to Trevinos. We previously bought a washer 1 yr ago, and it is still working in great condition. Mind you, these are used. Yes, the appliances will be a bit rusty, banged up and scratched. But if you new one to do its job, then you can trust them. Paid $180 for my washer and $280 for the dryer today.

Fast service, was greeted as soon as I walked in, and very polite. Very helpful and I found everything I needed for my home! Spoke both English and Spanish which I appreciated! Thank you!!!

?I was waiting for completion of new home and stared to buy appliances. Completed in 6 months. Stove was ok for 3 months and then 3 electric burners went out. Heat escapes form the oven. Beware, if its too good to be true.........

After going thru a nightmare with a new Samsung washerbi bought elsewhere, I got a refund and found this place. Got a good non- computerized Kenmore for under 200 bucks. Its been 6 months and its been trouble free. Nothing like good simple durable machines. Id stay away from the fancy electronic machines with plastic gears.
