Carrier unit under warranty started on fire. I contacted Carrier customer service requesting new wiring harness. The unit itself did not have circuit board protection.With photo of wiring harness, serial number and model number Carrier could not find replacement part. They kept asking for part number. Well after telling them their unit started a fire and no part number existed theyre lied started a fire.After research Carrier, Fire in their units I found to settled class action lawsuits.HVAC contractor said no harness was available nationwide. How could this be in middle of winter?We could of been burned to death if fire would of started while we were sleeping! Be careful of Carrier who brands their units under differ names such as Bryant and others!Buy Carrier and sleep well and I hope you dont burn to death!

Worst customer service EVER , parts were ordered a WEEK AND A HALF AGO and have yet to arrive ! I’ve been without AC ever since ! They refuse to speak to me or my AC repair company with updates !! Every time I ask to speak to someone they hang up on you !
