Coastal Cooling

I was worried after reading the reviews. But it was totally opposite. I have to wait for one hour because my load has not arrived. After that it took them another hour to load the trailer. The docks are spacious and easy to back off when there are no trucks parked at the front side. The washroom inside was very clean as well. Employees were also helpful in nature.Just do one thing before coming here, set the refer temp at 32 F. Then you have to wait for less time.

This place coastal cooling really needs to upgrade their game. You have truckers waiting since 9 o’clock this morning to get loaded. I myself had to pay a fee three times for late deliveries because they take forever to get loaded.

After reading the horror stories on here, I was a little apprehensive to accept a load from here. I can honestly say, my experience was fantastic. 18 pallets of mangoes and they had me loaded and BOL in hand in under two hours. I’ll definitely go back.

‼️‼️‼️‼️ after 10 hours of waitingThese guys told me we are short of productWe cant load you. Earlier they told me to backup on dock. First they load and then unload me again. Have to wait for Mexico truck to bring more product.Totally wastage of time.18 hours and still waiting 🙁🙁No load i dont know what they doing.So after 24 hours i got loaded

Zero + zero star.Please drivers stay away from coming to this facility.Check in 4:20pm i am still on the door for 6 hrs yet not finished loading.and alsobring your breakfast: lunch:dinner food.

Worst place i’ve ever had the displeasure to get loaded. Checked in at 1:00 pm. It’s now 1:30am and still not loaded.

I was out in just a few minutes. Good service, people there are real nice and professional. My experience at coastal was awesome.

Get here early. Gets BUSY. Typically slow unload/load. Easy access. I got over night parking with permission, I’m not sure how often that is allowed.

2nd time coming here both times horrible waiting times. Picking up 2 pallets been here 3+ hours. They called me for paperwork and tell me get back in door because they loaded wrong pallets. This place is a joke…

Loaded within 2 hours… pre cooled trailer could get you loaded within an hour

Its slow to load but its always been like that but lately its been a little slower to load hope it gets better

If you want to sit and relax this is the place to go. You could probably drink a 12 pack and be sober by the time they get you in a door!

Bring food and water if you have pickup from here. Sat all day waiting for load. Said my product was still on the other side of the boarder.

Stay away from herevery unprofessionali checked in yesterday 14:00i filled out the form and they said they will call me once we have a door for you4hours i went back and asked them what is going on with my loadand they said your load did cross over the border and it won’t be arriving until tomorrowi came back next morning and they still sayingthe load is not here yethorrible i will never accept a load here at this costal cooling ever again

Takes forever

My brother, anyone would eat loads of them, if the weight of 42000 was written on the papers, then my brother, get skilled near here, dont go to any place, they would be overweight.

The worst warehouse I have ever had to go to unload, they dont unload you as you arrive, its how they want and very slow

I went to download and it was fast, well organized, the staff was very friendly

The warehouse is useless, it takes too long to unload, the manager named Monica, an arrogant and foul-mouthed person, is the worst kind of treatment.

THEY ARE ALL VERY NICE. BUT BRING THE TEMPERATURE 🌡 OK. BECAUSE THEY DONT CHARGE YOU UNTIL THE ONE YOU ARE GOING TO. THEY SHOOT A PHOTO AND EVERYTHING😆😆😆

It is a disastrous service, it even makes a difference between its clients, the download times are very long and the staffs attention is the worst.
