On the coldest day in Texas, our furnace stopped working. We reached out to several big companies, but none were available. Thankfully, we found Texas Home Performance, and they were able to come within just a couple of hours. Their team was professional, punctual, and resolved the issue for far less than we anticipated. They truly exceeded our expectations!

Call these guys first! We initially tried a different HVAC company when our unit was having problems, and they charged us $600 while also managing to screw things up even more. Texas Home Performance showed up the same day we called, our technician was incredibly thorough, and he fixed the issue for less than half the price of the other company. Im going with these guys every time!

ADNAN KARDUMOVIC Was very professional, polite, and very informative on our service call that we had yesterday. We previously had another company come out to change a damper that went out. On the call ADNAN Informed us that The previous company did not wire in The upstairs damper incorrectly, and he immediately just fixed it for us and got it to where it would work perfectly fine again Unfortunately, this other company also did not install the damper, right, they blew a Hole into our Plenum, and this tech was able to patch up the hole in the Plenum. I would recommend Texas home performance and the outstanding tech, Mr. ADNAN KARDUMOVIC Anyone in the area!!! They are going to get your job done right the first time and they are very affordable with those pricing and Great and outstanding performance.

Jeff came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem with our heaters and ordered the parts so it was totally fixed within 2 days. Adnan came out and replaced the part when it arrived and was super efficient and polite.

We had our AC go out on a Friday late afternoon the owner Jeff came out at 6pm that same night and fixed our issue. He was honest and very knowledgable! My a/c needed to be checked for any problems before the terrible heat of summer. He changed the filter and removed a buildup of leaves in the unit. He did this job in a short length of time . I believe he did a good inspection and I feel confident we can make it through the summer. Jeff has solved issues with my HVAC that other AC companies have not been able to solve. Unlike other technicians, he also stays up-to-date on the latest research/ best practices, so he is skeptical of all the bells and whistles that other companies sell you. He never up-sells, is super knowledgable, and meticulous in his work. He figured out why the seal on my plenum kept failing causing excessive condensation and was able to fix it when 4 other companies could not. He makes sure that all parts of the system are clean - and in this last summer maintenance check, his tech assistant, Adnan, got a high pressure reading on the AC system. Turned out it was due to excessive dirt in the outside unit. I know that other companies could have convinced me that some expensive part needed to be replaced. Instead, Adnan did a thorough cleaning and retested the system to make sure the pressure readings were good. It took me 7 years of trial and error with numerous HVAC companies to FINALLY find an HVAC company that I trust.

Jeff knows what he is doing and is honest. I know he will do the best job possible. He originally installed our carrier unit back around 2007 and its still working great.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. We have been trying to get Texas Home Performance to come back for a follow up and they never answer phones, and if they do it takes however long they feel like. Zero communication and very unreliable.

We were recently quoted $2,600 to fix our AC with a different company. It seemed a bit high for us for just a refrigerant replacement and new coils. We called Jeff and he came out the next day, checked out our system and fixed the issue for $650 dollars. We were shocked at the difference! We were so happy to have given him and this company a try. Jeff said hed come out on Saturday. He was a no call, no show. And did not respond to my message the following Monday asking about when he was going to show up. I wasted my entire Saturday waiting for him. Im disgusted. How unprofessional.
