Israel and his team are just plain awesome! They always come through, fair, honest and do great work! Theyll stand by their work...but there hasnt been a need for that for me, as its always done right the first time ! Finally, an A/C company you can rely on. They keep my old system going, when it comes time for a new one to be put in with that big expense down the road... you can bet Ill be calling Royal Air Mech, plus theyre right here in Pflugerville.

Never use this company. I was originally promised a 5 ton for my upstairs that I wanted replaced because I had been given too small of a unit. Then they told me it would be a 3.5 ton. It turned out to be a 3 ton and although I have a new unit it does the same as my old unit. Now I’m having to pay over 10k for nothing. It won’t change my electric bill. It only stays the same. These people are trash. Never ever use them.

During installation of a new unit, a duct was stressed and later blew out. Called company to ask for a repair and the phone representative refused to even have the conversation without sending a guy out with a $200 diagnostic fee, as the “maintenance” warranty is expired. Being that a duct damaged during installation is not a maintenance item, there are still 8.5 years remaining on the work. The representative repeatedly interrupted and made sales pitches.The installation looks like it was well done for the most part, but if the company’s warranty is a part of what you are interested in, know this: they WILL NOT HONOR IT. If something goes wrong due to their work, you’re better off hiring someone else than calling them out.

They came out and did my winter maintenance of my system and made some recommendations. Everything was fast and efficient.

Poor customer service they call me after my maintenance service has been expired. Asking for $399.00 to renew. I told them I didnt know I had a maintenance package but since I did and I payed yall in full why didnt yall come and maintenance my system at all for me since Im a loyal customer. She said I have to pay the maintenance fee. I dont think so. Dont get these guys to put your air in they will do it and forget about you until its time to pay again.

Joe sold us a new air conditioner. Very professional. He showed up on Tuesday late like he said he would. The crew came out on Wednesday on time, as scheduled to install the unit. Joe explained everything in detail.Thanks Joe and the crew.

Israel has helped us twice on weekend calls. Hes honest, efficient, and comes when he says he will. We really appreciate his integrity!

I called in the morning for our HVAC not keeping up with the 105 degree days weve been getting and Israel was here in under two hours. He was through and explained everything that he was seeing along with potential items that may be at play. All in all some adjustments were made and things are working fine!
