IES Residential

I had a problem in my house where one of the ethernet ports was not giving good speeds. I suspected it could be a faulty wire and when approached one of the IES technicians they were unable to figure out.However after reaching out to IES again, this time they sent out Nick from IES AV department and he took his time to understand the problem and checked all faulty wires and figured out the problem. He also helped to organize bunch of ethernet and coaxial cables neatly which were otherwise just bundled very badly during construction of the house.Overall satisfied with their expertise and time taken to fix the issue. Would definitely recommend their service.
