After a certain utility company drilled a hole through the sewer line at my Georgetown home causing sewage to back up into the house, ServPro was called on to handle all mitigation and renovation. There were several inches of black water throughout the house. A TOTAL nightmare! From the beginning, ServPro reps including Jordan, Chance, and Pete exhibited the utmost concern and professionalism to help me overcome this HUGE inconvenience. They addressed every problem thoroughly and did a total rehaul on the house in a timely manner to help me get on with my life. I could not have done it without them. Highly recommended for all levels of mitigation and renovation. The house looks amazing! Thanks ServPro !

Servpro Pflugerville in general and Pete Arellano in particular as my project manager did an excellent job at completely restoring/rebuilding the interior of my house after a fire and accompanying smoke damage destroyed it. He always kept me informed of the current work status, tasks completed that week and work to be done in the coming weeks. Pete was able to make recommendations on materials and suggested improvements while keeping my budget in mind and was very fair and reasonable in dealing with changes. Chance and Pete with ServPro provided excellent customer service in restoring my bathroom after it had been damaged by a water leak. They were very responsive and kept me informed on the work being done during the restoration process.

Service was fine after a bathroom water line sprung a leak.They ran a bunch of fans and dehumidifiers but when they came to remove their equipment (which was primarily Daisy chained into a single outlet) the tech literally yanked it out with everything still powered on. I’m not an electrician but there’s probably a smarter way to do that. Few days to a week go by and I discovered many sockets stopped working around the house from what I assume was an energy surge. The outlets were on nearby circuits and I managed to repair them but I still wonder what other damage may have occurred behind the walls of my house.Be advised if you are in a similar situation to have your company remove systems after powering them off first

I am working with client buying a home that tested positive for mold. We needed to work fast to get an estimate for the mold remediation. We had a deadline to meet. Hector and Christian came out to demo the floors in my bathroom after a leak + some mold issues. They got everything cleaned up. They were super quick and efficient. They are aware that it’s loud and just a pain to be dealing with all this so they went as quickly as possible while making sure the job was done right. They were awesome!! I worked with Travis as the supervisor/lead on the whole job, and he was great to work with. Super quick to respond, easy to get in touch with, very communicative. We hired servpro after a bad water leak at my mom’s condo. There was mold, drywall damage, floors in the bathroom, kitchen and living room were ruined, just an all around nightmare. Our house was struck by lightning this morning causing a line on our hot water heater to explode along with other issues. Highly dissatisfied with this office, they were hired to assist with storm/flood damage to a working, in service fire station. On the initial site visit we walked through the damage and was told the scope of work that would be done, we agreed and they started. Communications after the initial site visit became nonexistent, any communications had to be initiated by us, followed up by multiple phone calls, and sometimes still would not hear anything from them. They removed all toilet facilities leaving a working fire station with no toilets, we had to reinstall a toilet ourselves so we could keep the station in service. When we received the initial written estimate they had items on it that we didnt even have in our station(removal of floor covering in a large meeting room that is bare concrete), so their initial estimate was grossly incorrect compared to the scope of work we were told they would do. Now we are 6 weeks out, they have been fired from the job and less than 1/3 of the work was completed, I have been told by several other contractors what they told us they were going to do should have taken 2 weeks tops. We have been trying to get a final itemized bill so we can review it and ensure we are only being charged for what work was done and that is becoming an impossible task; I have spoken to a supervisor from this office twice about this. Last phone conversation with him I was told, I have it right here in front of me and will have it emailed to you in the next thirty minutes and I still do not have anything from them. My recommendation is to avoid this company and use someone else!

Christian and Logan were great. Moved heavy boxes my second floor apartment. Some of the furniture is ridiculous. To big and heavy for easy stairs usage but they were able to muscle it up regardless. 5 stars. Would recommend.

SERVPRO was called out to help after our house caught on fire.. Worst mistake ever.. They took our wet cloths placed them in black trash bags and tossed them into the front yard. They told us they would take them back to get cleaned. They actually left them in an unheated warehouse for a week in 100 degree heat. They are totally damaged with Mold... They admitted fault but won’t pay what there worth. After a month of no response they came out with an arbitrary number that was way off.. Keep in mind Kyle the owner never bothered to look and see what brand and style of cloths that were ruined.. just picked a number from the internet. Kind of like valuing a car knowing it’s just a Chevrolet. Hey Kyle if your reading this come take a look..I would be happy to show you the damages. I contacted corporate headquarters and no response either. Don’t trust this Franchise.

Logan was the best. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and took care of everything around our house. I appreciate him more than you would know. When I have my flood at 1:30 in the morning on a Saturday, he showed up with bells and whistles on. He’s amazing.

William and Logan were helpful and worked quickly. Having to do unplanned demolition is a pain, but they made it as easy as possible.

To call their restoration of my damaged home a Debacle is being too kind. If there is something that can be messed up, they will do it. The people who are supposed to be in charge of my home repair _literally_ have no idea what they are doing. Ive been told the baseboards were going to be installed. Only problem? Home was still missing *walls.* I was told the painting was completed. Nope. Walls still missing. I was told on 5 separate occassions that the painting had been completed when entire rooms still hadnt been touched. Emails asking for updates go ignored. Emails asking for timelines go ignored. Emails pointing out that work isnt being done correctly go ignored. A month into a project that should have taken two weeks and they still have no idea what theyre doing or when theyll be done and arent even managing to respond to emails. They definitely sent multiple bills for work completed that hadnt been done, that was one thing they stayed on top of!UPDATE: Response to the Companys ResponseThank you for providing a perfect example of what I have been complaining about with the companys abysmal communication and keeping track of this project. You have been communicating with *me* this entire time, not my husband. My niece was barely involved for a few days while I was recovering from surgery. My husband was barely involved for a few days as *he is deployed and not even home* for most of this project. You have NOT been communicating with my husband this entire time. I am the one that has been sending 99% of all communications and I have all of the emails, text messages, and my husband as a witness of the complaints I have presented in my review. I havent even listed half of the items that have been mismanaged but your response of not getting even the person you are talking to correct is another welcome example of what I have been saying.

We had a fire. And hired this franchisee to cleanup and repair our home. I requested documentation of all work being done and submitted to the insurance company. They kept telling us that they would send it but it never came.There was supposed to be a scope of repairs that was agreed upon by all stake holders however we were not included. We never got the scope of repairs.They did what they claim was a final walk through; but, I was there at said walk through, and told them that I needed documents to review before any final walk through was to occur. Still the documents never came.A phone call was made to my husband seeking the release of funds. I dont know what was said, I was at work at the time. But I do know that this company did not come to me to seek my approval of having them endorse insurance checks on my behalf. I did not receive a phone call, text message, email, or voice message seeking my permission. They called my husband.My husband received another phone call from them asking for our deductible. We informed them that we had talked with our insurance agency and that we were not going to release the deductible until we received the final estimate of repairs to review. They sent it that day.I had to go to work and on my way out saw that my husband was looking at it on his computer. I went over and quickly reviewed it. There were a lot of charges for services not done and for items never received.People. I would have never signed those checks without the proper documents to review because I was leery of this situation manifesting. And it did. I have received emails from Bryan ensuring me that they did not need my permission to the endorsement of the checks. That the contract that my husband signed gave the authority to endorse a two party check on his behalf.Do I trust the people I have been in contact with at ServPro of Pflugerville? No. I dont. Because the fact is they did and said things that cause me to mistrust them. They charged for work not done, and merchandise not received. Their reply to me, and I quote- We have drastically missed the mark on several important factors. First and foremost would be making sure that we executed our obligation to repair your home both completely and thoroughly, and in conjunction with our scope of repairs. end quote.

The Emergency Response Manager and the crews he got out were very knowledgeable and responsive. ServPro’s Demolition team did very professional work and left the office exceptionally clean. A great big Thanks to the whole team.

Such great service!! After finding water flooding my living room on the day of the ice storm that shut down Austin, and being unable to get our complex plumber out or anyone else, SERVPRO came through big time! One of the owners came out in the icy conditions to set up equipment and prevent further damage (probably saved my neighbors condo too). Equipment worked so well it kept flowing water at bay for two days until plumbers could make it out. Communication was on point: regular check-ins via phone and stopping by condo regularly to make sure everything was still working properly and stopping further damage. I have so much confidence in SERVPRO Pflugerville. Thank you guys! You’re the best!!

They took care of everything - not just remediation but took pictures of everything for us for insurance purposes - every single item. This branch of ServPro is highly not recommended. We have a fire/smoke damage on a 700SqFt commercial property last July 2020, and now it is almost October 2021 the project is still not done.Very poor project management on their reconstruction team.
