Had my dryer vent making D90 error which mean that the vent was 90% clogged, was wondering if it the actual dryer machine or the vent, we live in a place that was build in the 90’s, and we never had our dryer vent cleaned before.Called Austin Breeze, and they were amazing from the first moment.Stephanie, the office manager, was prompt and polite and could get me a next day appointment, when the gentlemen came over, they could immediately recognize what was the issue, the dryer vent needed to be cleaned urgently, and they did an amazing job!Not to mention David, that was super professional, very polite, respectful towards us and our house (they wear shoe covers which I highly appreciate!) masks and gloves.They could take an enormous chunk of lint from our vent ! While looking for multiple options for cleaning out air ducts, these folks arrived quickly and could easily handle our situation, we live in a old house in south Austin, the ducts were never cleaned before, their technician Eitan arrived and showed us our damaged ductwork, after going back and forth with several contractors we decided to replace our air ducts ventilation system with Austin Breeze.They provided us the best quote, despite the fact they could install a UV air purification system for free, they ask we’re very respectful towards our house and wore masks, gloves and shoe covers.Next thing we are going to need (according to Eitan who showed us pictures of our poor attic insulation) is to blow more insulation in our attic, Eitan, their technician provided a quick quote and we will probably have it done after we can budget for that project in a month or two.I usually love to take several quotes so I will be able to compare,So far Austin Breeze won the 3 important parameters of mine which is : professionalism, Honesty and fair pricing.Thanks again!

These folks came out and cleaned, repaired, and repainted my fireplace. Eddie was super friendly and professional. He showed up when he said he would, was very personable, did the work quickly, was very clean, and didn’t charge an arm and a leg. Not sure what else you could do better. David and his coworkers from Austin Breeze did a great job with cleaning our ducts. The first time they came out they found a mold problem in our duct system. They took pictures and explained the whole process to us. Rather than do the job twice, David was honest with us and saved us some money. When they came out to treat the mold problem they also cleaned all the ducts and vents. It was quick and easy and we are very happy with the results. The difference in the air quality is noticable with my and my sons asthma. I recommend Austin Breeze!

Austin Breeze came out and added insulation to our roof space two years ago for a total cost of $3,146. We already had the basic insulation between the rafters but they said they would bring it up to about 18 to allow for settlement. I didnt check at the time but they quoted for R38 which is about 10 inches. I never inspected after they completed the work which was a failure on my behalf but after the recent cold weather I decided to take a look as our upstairs was still cold and found in places they just sprayed a thin layer over the existing and others they didnt place any extra insulation. Not really sure what I paid the $3k for.

Very helpful and very quick! Was in and out in less than an hour! They cleaned both my chimney and dryer vent. Both were pretty clean but needed to be checked before we rent our house out.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I definitely would say they deserve 10. They came out and cleaned our air ducts, dryer vents and did air sanitizing. They are prompt, professional, courteous, honest and personable and did a great job. They are reasonably priced. There is no pressure; they explain what they offer and what they are doing. After apologizing once again; he took the time to complete a detailed inspection of my HVAC ducts. He presented me with images and options. I elected to have the system sanitized at this time. Omer completed that service diligently and professionally. I also asked him to provide me a quote on replacing my attic insulation. I received that quote promptly from him by the end of the day.Omer is trying hard to build a good business and I respect his efforts tremendously. Because he was responsive, empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile I’m changing my review from a 1-Star to a 3-Star.I will give Omer and his team more opportunities in the future.Thank you Omer for your honest efforts!———-I will try to keep this short & sweet.Called and scheduled an appointment. Would call us back.Office person never called! So, I called their office 3-times. After 3rd call they called back saying they saw a missed call. Office person on speaker stated it was supposed to be $149.Technician said, NO! That it would be the $400+$450+$300 (optional UV) I listed above.Then both office person and technician tried to tell me I must have misunderstood.That my friends is the old BAIT & SWITCH.I would’ve gladly paid $149+a couple hundred for the upsell to get mildew treatment.But, their dishonesty got them a LOST sale. I will never recommend any company that is not 100% transparent and upfront with their pricing.This company is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Used yelps request a quote feature. All the companies had different pricing structures but Austin Breeze had the best prices overall for our situation.The serviceman came timely and explained the whole process and took a little over an hour to clean the vents and put antibacterial spray. Showed before and after pics, and was pretty honest about our system being pretty clean to begin with and to keep doing what Im currently doing since its working. Basically, replacing the filter per the schedule. I would definitely use them again if this is ever needed.

Austin Breeze came out to clean my dryer vent after my almost-new dryer started giving me an error message about a blocked duct. They were prompt and courteous, and they arrived on time (always appreciated!). While they did seem to be able to clean the vent from inside the house, our outside vent was too high for them to reach. After two trips to try to solve the problem (they even were willing to come out on a Sunday!), they refunded all my money because they werent able to complete the cleaning. Even though they didnt have the equipment to clean the duct, their customer service was excellent and they were responsive and thoughtful. Fantastic customer service!
