Incompetent techs and company billed us over $1200, and the same problem has yet to be resolved.First visit: Tech said it was a programming issue... $600 later, same problem exists.Second visit: Tech said it was because the cover was off ... $600 later, same problem exists.The second visit should have been a warranty call, and should not have been billed.Here we are, a few weeks later, $1600 paid, and the same problem exists. I called asking if they were going to send someone out, and this time it needs to be a warranty call, to which Brandy just said it depends.No apologies offered... when I told her thats not acceptable, and we cant work with them anymore, Brandys response was a smug, OK.

I had a fantastic experience with Pro Refrigeration. Their service was not only excellent but incredibly fast. They provided reliable, solution-oriented expertise that solved my refrigeration issue quickly and efficiently. We called several companies today to see if they could help us with our ice machine . Nobody wanted to help us . And we called Pro Refrigeration today. The lady was very nice . And sent someone over immediately. Corey arrived and immediately spotted the issue which he quickly fixed . He fixed our ice machine like brand new . We are very happy for his service and will be using him and the company again for future problems we get .

We got our ice maker now and were very happy. The price was reasonable and they did a great job! Will definitely call again if we need their help.

Corey was prompt, came out next day! My floral coolers needed servcing and he got the job done very quickly and theyre working perfectly. Would highly recommend. 5 stars all around.

Hired to repair a subzero and a wine fridge. Tech came out for about 1 hour and said the subzero needed a filter and he was able to get the fan to turn on wine fridge. Subzero filter was not the issue as it needs a new heater in the ice dispenser door for which I had to hire another technician to diagnose and repair. The wine fridge does not work either. Received a bill for 5.75 hours totaling $829. Contacted them on this billing error and was told they would take us to collections. Emailed the owner and was given an adjusted bill for $580. I cannot justify this for 1 hour service call in which there was no correct diagnosis or repair for either unit. Not sure if the company is fraudulent or if the tech is cheating the company and they are standing by the guy. The EA was onsite and standing next to the tech while he worked for less than 1 hour.

Cory was efficient and honest and straight to the point about what need to be done and to fix any issue. I appreciate it professionalism and honesty. I definitely recommend this company.

Came out super quickly to fix my walk in cooler. Corey was very friendly and informative. Going to have them get me on a preventative maintenance plan in the future!

Clay and Pro Refrigeration have saved me more than once. I live in the country, not very accessible to most service companies. But, when my needs were very acute, Clay was fast with the response, and service & repairs were done very timely. He always has a kind smile and a desire to please. Im retired and Clays fees have always been very reasonable and affordable. I will continue to use his services and would recommend him to anyone.

This company has phenomenal customer service and satisfaction. Jeremy has spent hours at Sorrento’s Drive thru over the last 2 weeks stopping at nothing to make sure our ice machine gets fixed. He arrives without having to be called back to check on our machine to see if his adjustments have fixed the issue, and communicates directly with the manufacturer, set on the end result being a working ice machine. Props to Pro refrigeration for going above and beyond and being so reliable!

First time calling Pro refrigeration bout for Crave hot dogs and bbq the were Extremely quick to get someone out to look at our walk in cooler. Corey came out was able to resolve the issue and even did some training on how to keep the system working properly . We were back in business quickly . Highly recommend!!!!

After having issues with refrigerated sandwich prep station in 2020 I tried several referrals to help. I had to wait days for someone to show up and when they did it seemed there was always a solution that would take days if not weeks. Thankfully I found Pro Refrigeration! If it was an issue that they couldnt fix immediately they found a way to keep the unit running until a part could be obtained. Once when I thought it was a compressor gone bad, they found the actual issue was something much simpler and could help immediately which saved me a significant amount. Same day service or in a rare instance the next day. When your operation relies on using a fridge, they are the ones that give me a comfort our business can keep running without drastic or expensive measures. Ive used them for the last two years after the pandemic hit, even in the most challenging time they came through for me. If you need help with your commercial refrigerator give them a try!

I was so happy that I received a call back from Clay over the weekend after I submitted an emergency issue. I received a call back, an appointment was scheduled and Adriel was over to work on our external AC unit until it was repaired. Pro Refrigeration is one of the most affordable service companies in Austin, and I was very pleased with how quick I was able to get a response and have my AC fixed. I had called Clay, who was very kind and professional, yesterday, and he was able to come out and fix my AC within 24 hours!

This company is amazing! I had problems with my chiller that was causing my frozen yogurt machines to seize. Two previous companies I had called prior did not correctly diagnose and fix the problem. They charged me a lot of money for their ineptness. Pro Refrigeration was able to correctly, efficiently, and professionally fix my chiller. I was willing to paid them a million dollars just to get the machines up and running. My business was sufferring, however; the charge for their services was very fair and extremely reasonable. Please give this company the opportunity to fix problems you might have that are related to their services. You wont be disappointed! Great company!

I will say they came a long way to come install my walk-in freezer but the installers helper didnt show up so he came to do it alone was a very hot day he did not properly seal my unit and they refused to make it right all Im asking is that they come back and seal the unit the way it was supposed to be sealed in the first place
