Krystal was a pleasure to work with. She was able to identify the problems and come up with a solution swiftly. As cold as it is here in Texas she wanted to make sure she could get the heater back on as soon as possible. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and we would love for her to perform any work for us in the future should we require it. Grande Air solutions did not let me down.

We had mold found in our air ducts by another company and struggled to get clear advice on what work we needed done to remedy it. Krystal was 10/10 amazing from start to finish - super thorough when she came to inspect everything and give us a quote. We ended up deciding to replace 2 HVACs and clean our air ducts, which they were able to schedule for the following day. The two technicians worked into the night to get everything installed, and Krystal even came to our house on a Saturday evening to answer questions the technicians had and make sure they completed the scope of work. It’s never fun to have to make huge repairs like this, but Grande made us feel really comfortable and taken care of during the whole process!

Electrician left my without any acknowledgement and left my entire system off. My house was at 80 degrees. I had to turn the system back on, adjusted the temp to cool my house back down. Overall, both she and the male Tech were very helpful. They found my heating issue and explained it to me. The also cleaned the corroded part which which in turned expanded the life until it is replaced. Greatly appreciated. I decided to replace the parts myself due to cost....

I have used Grande Air Solutions for years for maintenance and repair. They are always friendly, thorough & informative as they help me understand any problems I may have. Just this week I needed my A/C units replaced. Jose and another employee were there in the heat for more than a days work to ensure my kids & animals didn’t have to go without A/C. Bryan Candia was amazing. Great service, and wants to help you understand the work on your system so you are more knowledgeable and comfortable. He was friendly and respectful with our property, neatly rolling the garden hose up after usage leaving it better than he found it. Only reason fir 4 stars is because of the steep company prices for which I do not blame Bryan for.

My AC was not blowing cold air and I had an absolute miserable night. I made an online appt in the morning and Josephine, from Grande Air, called me back within minutes. She had me scheduled with a service tech that same morning. I was updated and was also sent a picture of the service tech who would be fixing my AC. Jaime explained what the issue was and we worked out a price that didnt break me. I would recommend them, easy. They are fast, professional and caring. 5 stars. Thank you, Grande Air!

We came home early Sunday afternoon to a hit house. This is the best company. I live in Englewood FL and use Grande Air for my maintenance. While out of town my neighbors watch over my home. After a storm they called me to report a problem with my air conditioner. I called my local Grande Air Solutions. They sent Billy to my home that day and he fixed the problem. Thank you.! He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions concerning how to best keep house cool. Excellent, professional service. Thorough, patient w questions - and a few barking dogs. I had Grande come out after another HVAC company rushed the job and showed zero urgency in returning to our home to correct an issue they failed to properly identify, an issue which put the health of our elderly dog at risk because of the Texas heat. Grande and their service rep, Brian, were great. Tails wagging again.

Jaime was a pro. He was thorough and provided a full review and serviced our HVAC perfectly. He also recommended some things I can do for maintenance and enhance the life of our unit... and was not pushy; he was more of a consultant than a salesman. Just had an annual AC maintenance done on my unit, and had an incredible experience. Bryan was professional, friendly, answered all questions and explained everything including recommendations. Josephine was who I scheduled with and she was great too, and assured me no hidden fees, updated me as to when Bryan would arrive, and they both sent me tracking info to see where he was real time en-route. I got their special price and it never went up. Bryan got me info on an annual membership, so I will be signing up for that in the next couple of months. Contacted Grande Air Solutions for an AC check before the summer heat hits and they responded within 24 hours to schedule my appointment. Bryan Candia was my tech who reached out prior to the appointment to give me an ETA for my service and upon his arrival, Bryan was very prompt, professional and courteous, as well as, explained everything he planned to do. After completing his planned maintenance, he gave me a recommended list to consider (only a few items) and told me about their membership plan. I was very impressed with Bryan and how well he took care of our AC and the service he provided. We received fantastic service from Grande Air Solutions! I called for emergency service and Jaime was at our house within 20 mins. Thank you to the dispatcher for being kind and courteous, and to Jaime for fixing the problem quickly! I highly recommend this business!!

Even though it was late at night, the technician Brian came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Even though he found the problem quickly he continued to look at all the sections of the ac to make sure they were all working properly. He then fixed our issue and we were able to sleep in cool comfort instead of sweating through the night waiting for the next day. Hats off to Brian for doing a complete check instead of just doing the quick fix and going on his way.

Their customer service was immaculate. Their tech was very efficient and knowledgeable.  They were able to send a tech to our home within an hour from me calling.

Ashton Garrett was awesome. He took the time to draw and explain what I needed and what he recommended. I had never been told about the cleaning of my unit nor had anyone ever checked my vents individually. He gets a rate of 10 and above for the time he took to care for my unit. All these years and he has been the only one to do a thorough explanation of how my unit works and what I needed. Worth every penny.

We have now booked Grande Air Solutions for multiple services at our home and they never disappoint. Several months ago, we called desperate for an after hours service when our system stopped cooling and our toddler wouldn’t sleep because the house was too warm. They showed up in less than 45 minutes, identified the issue and fixed it in time for bedtime. The staff who came out were so kind and knowledgeable that my when we had another issue, my husband specifically requested to have Grande come out again because he liked them so much last time. Most recently, our system stopped cooling due to an electrical failure and Jaime came out the next day and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. Our house felt better immediately and he was so kind and communicated well throughout so that I always knew what was going on and what charges I should expect to pay. He also did a full review of the system to make sure everything was working as expected. We’re very happy and highly recommend this company!

Grande sent Jamie Ortega to do a routine (but overdo on my part) maintenance. They did a great job. Thanks to cleaning the dirt off the coil, the temperature at the outlet vents is 5 degrees cooler. Thats a good bump in efficiency, just in time for the TX summer. Thanks. :)A follow-up. We thought it was fine, but it stopped working again later that night. Jamie came back out the next day and blew out the drain pipe from a different point (past a 90-degree bend). A huge amount of crud came out, and we both think he got it this time. There was no charge, and Jamie is a very friendly and professional man. Grande should be proud to have him on their team. :)

The technician arrived on time, he went step by step on the maintenance to our Air conditioning/heater unit. He did everything needed to keep our unit running properly and up to code in a timely manner. I recommend Grande Air Solutions to my friends and family.

Grande Air is our go to HVAC company for all of our properties. We have used them for years and they always come through. Great team and owners are extremely helpful!

Unfortunately my AC went out, but the people from Grande Air Solutions did a fantastic job fixing it. I took them less than one hour to get to my location after I call them. The person that I spoke with was Isael, he gave me a couple of option and quoted me a very fair price. I would say they took care of the problem in less than 45 mins, and even sent pictures and video since I had to go back to my job. I definitely recommend them.

I called Grande Air Solutions in a pinch, my pop up AC unit started leaking all over my floor in my office. I wanted to get a mini-split installed to replace it so I started calling around to local AC installers/repair places, the vast majority of them wanted to charge me 5k-8k on the install! When I called Grande up, they had Alex out within the hour to quote me a very responsible price, much much lower then anyone else but inline with what I was expecting. The very next day the installers showed up and start the work. Let me say, I expect a LOT out of installers who are inside my house and they did not disappoint. Everything that could get dirty was covered, floor protected and wearing PPE (covid era). They did a great job explaining things along the way for me, they put in a long day and didnt leave here until the job was 100%, I couldnt have been happier with the service and response. I will be an advocate of Grande Air to anyone I meet needed AC service in the Austin Area.

I called at noon on Sunday and left a message that my AC wasn’t working and within 10 minutes Jessica called me back and arranged a same day service appointment for 3-5pm. By 2pm Jaime Ortega, technician, called to say that he would be arriving within 30 minutes and asked if that would be okay. I welcomed him to come on to my home. He immediately addressed all issues, explained the issue with my unit and answered all questions. Jaime repaired my unit and did not leave until the house was cooling efficiently! I recommend Grande because of their response time, quality of work, and the professionalism of their staff. I will be signing up for their maintenance plan because Grande is a I know I can rely upon.Thank you!

I have used their HVAC maintenance 3 times and havent had any complaint about their service. Most recently, Christopher did a fantastic job at my AC tune-up, taking his time working meticulously to make sure everything was done right (he was onsite for at least 2.5 hours in this hot and humid weather). He explained a lot to me and answered all my questions in the most detailed way I have ever experienced with from any HVAC technician.While their HVAC maintenance is great and reasonably priced, one thing Im not particularly a fan of is that the companys pricing for anything (recommended replacements, upgrades, etc.) beyond routine maintenance gets extremely high. The quotes I have received for several services are at least 3x-4x of what one would expect for parts + reasonable labor, or 20x-30x of just the parts, which to me is way too much. So beware of that.

They tried to sell me a new system. My system is 5 years old. Had a leak in coil they said could not be fixed. I hired a real professional and it was fixed in a few hours. They are good salespeople but they lack technical knowledge. They were also almost 3 hours late to our first appointment and then were 4 hours late to second appointment before they even called.

Called for service appointment yesterday evening & technician was here at 8:30 am this morning. He was very professional & knowledgeable . He reviewed & explained everything he serviced. I am very pleased with Grande Air Solutions. They have given me excellent service at a reasonable cost for the last 5yrs since they installed my new heating & air conditioner unit. I highly recommend them for heating & A C.

Gilbert was our technician today and what a nice guy. I have used Grande now for a number of years. The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in years. Gilbert was very professional in every way and explained to me what he was doing every step of the way. We buy the maintenance program every year and I feel like it is well worth the money to have our system checked every six months. Thank you Grande for exceptional service.

Ive had mixed results with Grande Air...not sure if it depends on the tech that they send. The first time they came out to my current home, Isael explained everything in great detail and told me step by step what he was doing and gave recommendations.After this, I called them to come out to another home, and the tech gave a rundown of what he did and gave us a list of recommendations and pricing - this included changing out a thermostat for ~$475 and adding 6 cans of freon for $800+. So we got a second opinion, and the other company said he could guarantee that all the recommendations given to us by Grande would not really improve the system. So it seems the service calls can be pretty hit or miss.

Great service. Went out of their way to get out on the same day on a weekend when its 100+ and everybody else was telling me Monday. Carlos was our repair person and he was great and figured out the issue in like 5 mins. Excellent service all around.8/24 update: I decided to sign up for a maintenance package and Carlos came back out. Was very cool they sent the same tech. I must admit its been a bit so everything was really dirty. I also wanted them to look into some deeper cleaning and if they could balance the system better. Carlos called out a 2nd Sr. Tech, to look at it, Carlo. The system is not ideal as it was built but he made some recommendations to get it as efficient as possible without ripping everything out and starting over. They scheduled it for the next day. Everything this company does is top notch. Its not the cheapest, but I am also not getting ripped off. I know it will be done right. I will make up the money in efficiency pretty quickly.

Grande AC was an awesome experience. Kassidy was extremely accommodating and was able to fit me in on short notice when other AC companies couldnt give me any idea of when they might be able to come out. They diagnosed and repaired the issue (capacitor) in less than 1 hour. Carlos, the field service tech, gave me advice on how to keep the unit cool and last longer. All around great experience working with them!

Grande Air Solutions has excellent customer service and resolved our issue - our heat was not coming on - the same day I called. The service tech was on time and excellent in that he had the heat coming on within minutes; he also had excellent customer service.

From the get go, Kassidy was excellent in scheduling options and even managed to snag me an earlier time slot than previous discussed. She took the time to reach out and confirm. A major shout out to Jamie and Carlo—talk about pros. They were excellent on providing education and explaining the why behind my duct issues. This was the initial inspection and I’ll make sure to leave details once the work is completed.

What an amazing team of people! I came home from vacation and my house was hot. It was hot outside- Austin in the summer hot. I spoke with Petra and she was able to get a technician out within a couple of hours. That in itself is quite a feat given it was after 1:30pm.Jaime Ortega was dispatched and came to check the system. This guy has great customer service skills! He is a is very respectful, polite, communicate well, explains what is going on and is very thorough. He was joined by Carlos, who is also very polite, considerate and knowledgeable. These guys make a really great team. I was told there were several problems and I explained I had been trying to deal with one side of my house not working properly and the other side never getting cool in the summer and warm in the winter. My electric bills over the last 2 months were unsustainable.They went into the attic and traced down all the ductwork, discovered some of it had been installed incorrectly and they formulated a solution.It was also decided by me to replace the entire AC system. By the time this was decided, it was well after 6:30pm. I asked when we would be able to get this to happen and they said - tomorrow!They showed up on time and regretably I did not get the 3rd team members name- and he deserves a shout out too. They worked for more than 8 hours in that horrible heat- got the system installed and everything cleaned up, packed up, and left the space better than they found it. I really appreciate skilled professionals that respect someones home and who take the time to talk with me and let me know what is going on, what they are finding and how to take care of my investment.I have chosen for several years to be part of their maintenance membership plan and I have never been disappointed- even when I have an unexpected event - like a system failure while on vacation.I have had the privilege of meeting one of the owners, talking with the administrative staff, and 3 technicians that are really awesome people. I can’t say enough good things about Grande Air Solutions and their technician, Jaime. Our AC went kaput on a Saturday and the other guys couldn’t get someone out until 4pm Monday. Called Grande on Monday morning and they got someone out within 3 hours. Jaime was on time (early even), professional, and best of all, he fixed it within 30 minutes and cleaned the unit. We are THRILLED and went ahead and bought the maintenance plan from them, too. Grande is our new go-to for HVAC.

Anytime you are dealing with something as valuable as your homes heating and air conditioning unit, you want someone who is going to be honest and open with you. Carlos was through, honest, and explained what was happening with our unit in an understandable way. No one likes to drop a ton of money all at once, but things wear out and you want to be prepared. We were given quotes and an order that things need to be done that will benefit our pocket book and maintain the longevity of our unit. Grande Air is a technology enabled company with websites to track the technician arrival time, invoices, etc. Technician was able to find a satisfactory and economical solution that best suited our needs and timeline.

First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

Seriously the best company out there!! Our AC stopped blowing cold air in August!! Imagine that, in the middle of the night!! Grande Air not only responded promptly, but Petra called back within 30 mins saying that a technician is finishing up his last call for the night but can squeeze us in. Grande replaced an undersized A/C compressor for me in July 2022. Did a great job and it fixed the situation of our upstairs not cooling properly - exactly as they said. Very happy with the original work and working with them.In May 2024, that unit quit cooling. They had multiple visits and diagnoses of the problem. And the more they did, the worse the problem became. The diagnosis changed from it was a thermostat, it was the backing plate on the thermostat, it was a shorted out wire next to the compressor, and finally it was the entire compressor.The last one was tough for me to accept because initially the tech showed me that by wiring around the thermostat everything worked perfectly. But by the end, the compressor no longer worked at all. During the process of figuring out what was wrong, two Nest thermostats were also burnt out.The compressor itself was still in warranty, but I was charged $2400 in labor - plus I was out $450 plus for the two Nests. I told them I was pretty unhappy about having to pay the full amount to fix the compressor, since their tech had showed me that the compressor was working properly prior to them trying to fix things. However, everyone just gave me different explanations as to why I needed to pay the full cost (including the tech’s supervisor who told me “well, I have to pay my guys“”).The owner Izzy had been out of town during this event and he called me around a month later. He was convinced the problem was caused by a power outage or something similar, but he had seen my negative review and wanted to make me happy. He offered to refund $800 - and I think this was a reasonable discount.So I’m on the fence with Grande Air. The good:- The initial install was great.- The people are largely pleasant to work with.- The owner tried to do the right thing with a refund.- And there is a chance that they were not at fault for the problem.The bad:- my AC has now cost me 50% more than the original price and I can’t help but find the coincidence that the compressor went out right when they were testing a little hard to buy.- it was a struggle to get them to take responsibility for a problem that looked strongly like they caused.

Our A/C went out late in the day on a Friday. Grande Air was able to get us in Friday evening and got our A/C up and running in just a short time. Prices were also very reasonable even though it was a weekend evening. We will definitely use them again for future A/C needs.

Jaime at Grande Air was a pro. The AC check-up was both less costly and way more thorough than the competitions I called. Save yourself some time and book these guys today.Editing this review: my AC broke two months after their checkup where they said everything was fine. When they came out ($89 charge), they told me the capacitor was dead. Capacitors are $20-60 plug-and-play. They wanted to charge me $460, telling me that was a competitive price. To my mind, other people scamming isn’t a good excuse for you to scam, too.Up a star because they refunded me after complaints about their diagnosis being incorrect.

Grande Air Solutions have been servicing our AC for the past two summers and have been great. Great service, professional and informative, quick, usually seeing us the same day we call for service. This summer we made the decision to replace our 15 year old unit and Grande, especially Ivan, was very helpful in the whole ordeal. They did all the work in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Ivan even came out a few weeks later to check on everything. We will continue to use them for our yearly ac maintenance!

My husband was very impressed with the service we were given and said the Tech was very knowledgeable and came straight to us first thing in the morning when we called after business hours the night before. Our AC was not blowing cold air and he fixed it easily and told us that our system was still under warranty so all we had to pay for was labor. I can not recommend this company enough! We’d been without AC for 3 weeks and were using another company that made several mistakes making our AC situation worse. We called Grande Air Solutions on a Saturday when the original company we used wouldn’t come out to help us. Jaime came out and was so kind and thorough - he knew exactly what was wrong right away. He saw the mistakes the other company made and was able to get our AC up and running within a couple of hours. It was a major fix and with it being a Saturday night, we weren’t sure if he’d want to stay to complete a big project, but he did and he was so nice about it! We wanted a locally owned business to help us with our HVAC system. Couldnt be happier that we used Grande Air Solutions! They were on time, respectful, and didnt attempt to be pushy about what we needed. The quote was fair and the Technician that performed the install and repair was absolutely fantastic!Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure you receive exactly what you need and nothing more nothing less. A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

I wanted to give these guys a 5 star review. They were friendly, explained everything, and were able to come within 24 hours. They were right on time for their appointment as well. HOWEVER .... the upcharge on parts is absolutely absurd!!! And while I had intended to go back I will find someone who doesnt rip people of for parts. On top of the $89 service fee, they charged me $180 for a Global USA 45/5 capacitor which I was able to find online (after of course, as I needed things fixed ASAP) for $24.74 (they charged me over 7x the price!!!!) and they charged me $220 for a Supco Superboost Kick Start, which I was able to find online for $25-30 (almost 9x the price!!!). This is literally the most ludicrous upcharge I have ever paid for any product. Thank god they had good service, otherwise Id be giving them 1 star. Super bummed they are ripping clients off this much!

Our AC stopped working at bed time. After a sleepless night, we called a few different HVAC companies and Grande Air Solutions had the best servicing fee. They got to us an hour after calling, and our AC was fixed within 30 minutes. Great service at a good price!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience with Grande Air Solutions. Over the past couple of years I’ve had both of my AC units replaced by them. Both have been trouble free until this afternoon. Earlier in the day I noticed that my downstairs unit quit cooling so I called Grande hoping I could get someone out to look at it hopefully within the next couple of days ( I called on a Friday right in the middle of our extended heatwave). You can imagine my surprise when I was told that a technician would be there within two hours. The tech discovered that the compressor was kicking off due to the high limit pressure safety switch which shut off due to the outside coil being dirty and restricting the airflow which is critical for proper heat transfer. After a thorough cleaning the operating pressure returned to normal and all is good. The service charge was very fair and to be honest I would’ve paid more to get it back up and running. The service tech took the time to explain everything to me when he completed the job.Obviously I highly recommend Grande for not only service but new installations as well

Previously said they were good, but Ive changed. I feel like they are crooked and take advantage. Two months after they replaced the start capacitor it failed. Thats not the issue. I replaced it myself and discovered they installed a part that cost them $30.00, and they charged me almost $500 and did only about 10 min worth of work. So yea I feel scammed.

With a terribly moldy supply system Grande’s team was there to help. Had a quick competitive quote and the replacement system including air handler and all supply ducts, buckets, grills in just a few days. Removal and install was completed in just 1 day. They also installed a great air cleaner which has drastically helped with allergens and odors in the house. Great folks! I’ll definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Came in on a Sunday, same day I called, after my outside unit stopped turning and we were without AC an entire night and half-day. The tech (Jaime O) was kind, professional, diagnosed a bad motor and and replaced it quickly. Would definitely use again.

My AC stopped pumping out cool air, so I called Grande. They got a tech out 2 hours later at 7:30 and he had me back up and running within an hour. They had great communication, and plenty of notifications and calls letting me know exactly when he would be there. I cant recommend them enough.

Ivan, Nico, Barbara and Petra were AWESOME! My AC started to drip on Sunday. I made an appointment for a “check up” on Tuesday, but when the temperature in my home started to creep up, Petra managed to send Ivan out within a couple of hours. Ivan was patient and explained everything he was doing; within 30 minutes he figured out what was wrong, got me an estimate (which they honored to the penny), ordered my parts, and scheduled my repair. When he found out that the part would have to be shipped, he came back at 8:00 pm to personally deliver a portable AC unit. First thing this morning, Nico (also very knowledgeable and professional) installed our new coil, and now the AC is running like a champ! This team is communicative, efficient, and some of the nicest people you’ll meet. They’re the real deal and I enthusiastically recommend them!

Ivan arrived on time, was friendly and followed good COVID protocols. He was very knowledgeable concerning our HVAC equipment and made suggestions to allow for peak performance. I felt the price for the service was fair. And I signed up for annual service plan, so I feel confident Grande Air will help us stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

Took advantage of my daughter. They told her they could do 3 different things to fix their ac.🤔 She called her husband and told him what the tech said. Husband who was at work and extremely busy said just do the cheapest out of the 3 as long as its going to get the ac working. The tech is there maybe a total of 1.5 hrs and charges her OVER $900 (total was like $1020.00) WOW! Unbelievable. Mind you it takes a bit to find out why the ac isnt working. Hence the reason for the Tech charge/service call charge. So the fix took less then 30 mins but the cost was a grand. Wow!! Funny thing is when they left another ac company pulled up (Airpro) who hadnt actually confirmed that days service yet. Their tech said the part was a $50 part that tech replaced. 🤬😡 very unprofessional and scammed my daughter out of $1000.00 smh would not recommend.

Such a great company, Jason and Izzy were exceptional! A little back story: Friday afternoon we noticed that while our ac was running it was still exceptionally hot. We thought there was an airflow/vent issue so that night we closed the vents downstairs in order to cool off the upstairs while we selpt. The next morning and 100 degrees in Austin later the house was unbelievably hot. I called Grande Air solutions that morning and they were able to get someone to me within a few hours. Jason and Izzy arrived on time and without hesitation began to investigate the problem ensuring that they wore their masks and shoe covers. It didn’t take them long to find the issue and they explained every detail of what they found. They showed me not only what was failing but explained the why. A/C stopped working on a Friday night and Isael came out within the hour and got it working. He was really knowledgeable and showed us other areas to keep an eye on. He stayed long enough to make sure the system was lowering the temperature in the house.

My AC was blowing warm air, inside my house it was 98° I called Grande Air solutions and they sent Yamel right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and was able to fix it. Had a leak coming from inside the air handler and in less than an hour they had dispatched and had their service tech Yamel at our home. Within 5 minutes the issue was diagnosed and he was able to knock out the repairs for us. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us what was happening and also gave us a number of tips to help us keep our system running smoothly and efficiently. Very much impressed with Yamel and Grande Air Solutions, especially having dealt with other HVAC Companies over the years who show up, give vague explanations, try to sell you services you dont need, and charge you through the nose for their services. If I could give this company 10 stars I totally would! Our family was terrible taken advantage of with the HSC Home Warranty Club! They left us without AC from 7/5-7/17 in TEXAS! My husband is a disabled veteran and we have two dogs and three cats. My house on average was 89 degrees.. let that sink in for those considering HSC Home Warranty Club.THEY DONT CARE!!Grande Air Solutions is hands down the best AC company out there who will not only take your calls and concerns but actually do something about it! Once we got connected with this company I was able to talk to an actual person who CARED about what our family was going through- all the while the HSC Home Warranty Club dragged there feet to even tell us what was going on. Grande Air Solutions provided us mobile AC units to help take the edge off the rising temperatures in our home as we patiently waited to hear back from the other company. Once we realized no help was coming Grande Air Solutions wasted no time in getting out to us. We legit had our technician Ivan at our home until almost 10pm the night before the install helping us with the application and walking us through our options. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable with the information and the way it was presented to us. He made it a point to work with his supervisors to move scheduling around so we could have our new system completely redone the very next day!My husband was at the home during the install but I had the pleasure of monitoring the company from our Ring security system and have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. They laid blankets down so as not to dirty the house, they were very polite and extremely empathetic to our situation. When I got home I was greeted by all the crew with smiling faces and a reassurance that quality work had been done that day. Our original technician was already on other jobs during the day but he still made it a point to stop by and make sure we were taken care of! They even sent the supervisor Joe out to ensure quality and satisfaction from our family.Until Grande Air Solutions came into our lives we were straight up miserable and confused as to why we were being taken advantage especially because we had paid our money to this warranty company for these services that they wanted us to pay $6,000 no financing available to just book the appointment. Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They werent the first option in going through google search for the area, but Im glad I landed on them. I finally called Grande at 8:25pm and they had someone already headed out just before 9pm. This is as good as it gets when it comes to service. Professional company...professional results with a friendly smile and attitude...and a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommended!

I have a 2 story home and the temp upstairs has consistently been about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. We’d freeze downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs hardly got any air flow. I’ve used Grande before and had them come out to take a look. Turns out I had dampers that weren’t working and a leak in my duct work. They were able to replace the dampers and duct work and also installed an air purification system to help combat seasonal allergies. The difference upstairs now is night and day! I appreciate they’re honesty and responsiveness and would highly recommend them.

Showed up on time, wore coverings over their shoes, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked over the entire system, provided images of everything, and fixed the issues in a timely manner. The service call was prompt and no-nonsense. I was offered some additional options for certain things but it wasnt any kind of high-pressure sale and honestly, the regular service plans seem like a good deal.

I called Grande Air with an AC that was blowing warm air in the middle of summer. I rent a commercial building on N. Lamar and everything about it is funky and difficult, 18 foot ceilings, difficult access to the AC units. They came out same day and helped us out tremendously. Izzy was very friendly and courteous and we were up an running within an hour. Since then I have them helping with all my residential and commercial properties. I highly recommend them.

I have to say Izzy the owner of Grande Air Solutions is the best.....my a/c was hot yesterday on the hottest day so far this year and I found that my cool was frozen solid. I called him up and he said he would be there in the morning. He then called me ba k and told me to check the filter. I did and it was clogged. I am a dummy for not changing it sooner. Left it off for a few hours and then it was fixed. He could have charged me for a service call and did not....he fixed it over the phone. Way to build relationships Izzy!!YOU ARE THE MAN!!

Grande Air is FANTASTIC! Ivan came out to our home to address some concerns we had with our air conditioning. Not only was he kind, professional, and courteous, but he was also so personable! We love Grande and will use them every time!!

Jaime was punctual, professional and informative. The service was quick and thorough. I signed up for the membership after this positive experience.

They truly showed what great customer service is all about. We have ceiling leak (more like pouring water) from the AC drip pan and caused us to closed our business due to the issue. My wife called other companies and most of them can come out next day, but we need it ASAP. When she talked to Petra and explained the problem, the urgency of it. Petra said she will try to get someone our way once the technician comes back in town, shortly after she called back and said technician is on his way back here and can stop by soon. Izzy show up, very professionally explained what happened and what they can do to fix it. However, due to some materials need to be order, he did some temporary fix so we can still function while waiting for parts. When the actual repair comes, Izzy worked very quick, noted that day was raining hard too and it didnt stop him to do the work. Bottomline is, their customer service and caring for others by going out of their way really sold me. We will not use any other company but Grande Air Solutions. Top notch work and service.

Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn’t take it anymore. I’m sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day.Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn’t charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

Grande air solutions was a great company came in found the problem and jumped into action .I was very impressed with there service they did all the work from ordering parts keeping informed of its arrival. They installed it in record time.the installer gave me details on every step very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

A/C went out late on Saturday night. I called and was told the tech would be able to come at 10pm. I decided we could survive the night and scheduled for 9am Sunday. Isael called and arrived as scheduled at 9am (after working until 1am the previous night) and got strait to it diagnosing the issue and making the repair without having to return (big plus for me). Isael was very honest and very reasonably priced. I was extremely satisfied with the level of service and prompt response time. I actually recommend Grande to a friend whos A/C went out today!I will be using Grande Air Solutions for all my climate needs going forward .

We had a problem with 3 rooms in our house being 15-20 degrees warmer in the summer and cooler in the winter for 16 YEARS. Several companies attempted to solve the problem and could not. Izzy figured out the solution in 1 hour. I was astonished! He is amazing and definitely knows what he is doing.
