This is the third year I’ve used Green City Pros Air Duct Cleaning Services and every year they are professional, on time, and friendly.The work is carried out to a high standard, I would highly recommend using them.

Scam alert on prices! They came out to clean my chimney and dryer vent for their special for $127. Well, everything need a “deep clean.” So now the price is $400. I paid it. I guess my chimney is clean, who knows. My dryer vent is not. I called them back ans told them it was still plugged and no air was coming through the vent to the outside. They would not come back. The next day, a friend came over to take a look. The photos show the first 30 minutes of cleaning my vent out. I called them and sent Green City Pros the photos of all the lint coming out. Then they decided to come by. Out of the $400, I was refunded $40 because Jimmy said that is how much they charge for the service. Really??? That is such a lie. So beware! Check out their reviews other places. They aren’t so good.

Company has no business being in business if you dont keep your appointments. Twice now they had me waiting for technician to show. When I tried to get them to do something about it they said sorry maybe next time. Wouldnt deal with them ever unless it was free. My time waiting is just as valuable as you getting paid to do the job. No service, No customer Service.

They showed up early. Walked me through the whole process show me before and after. Stayed professional explain everything to me. I really would recommend there service to anyone. I will continue to use them.
