Tri City AC & Heat

Tri-City to me has to be one of the best in the business. From the point of scheduling an appointment to completing the work. They do it efficiently and have fixed my problems. All for a very fair price. In some cases they have scheduled me the same day. Thank you to Jeff, Nikki, and Sebastian specifically. You guys are the best.

Tri City AC has been our “go to” a/c company for several years. They’ve always been prompt to respond when we’ve had issues, and were honest and fair when it was time for unit replacement. I especially appreciate that they return calls when we’ve left a message. It’s hard to find a service company you can trust, and we can say for certain, Tri City will always have our business.

Im extremely pleased with the services Ive recieved from Tri City Air. Everything from scheduling to seeking information has been met with a well-informed and friendly staff. It is my experience is that they are a quality air-conditioning/heating company.

Merrick has been out to my location (Life Storage League City ) several times now. He is efficient and quick. He also has great manners and is very respectful. He is definitely an asset to the company he works for.

Both my parents and I will only use Tri City when it comes to our AC and heating. They are great! Very accommodating to schedules, the guys who come out are a,ways really helpful and know what they’re doing, and the prices are really reasonable. I trust them so much I’ve signed up for their yearly system checks so I can be sure I don’t freeze in the two weeks of winter here in Houston and, more importantly,my AC works during out three seasons of hell!

2 years in with Tri City, extremely friendly staff and immediate communication even after hours which I personally experienced a year ago...with so many companies to choose from, Ill stay with Tri City because seemingly my home is THEIR home! Thanks to all the staff from the office to the technicians who have been to our home!!

Merrick was the absolute best today he came by our facility today! He was able to assess the problem with A/C to say he is a hard worker is an under statement!! He needs a raise ASAP!!

Great people and great business. Scheduled to look at my AC on the same day, Friday. A Project before mine needed more attention than originally expected and the owner still came out late Friday afternoon and got our house cool again! Fast, thorough, honest. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Merrick. First off, he is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. I met him fixing the air conditioning in our storage unit and didnt know my family would have to use him so quickly after that initial meet lol. We had an AC emergency and Meric arrived same day ready to save the day. HE DID. After a quick inspection, he found the root of our problem, thoroughly explained it, and made it right. He is pleasant, and reps the company well. I recommend him a thousand times over! Thank you so much.

!!!!BEWARE!!!! I bought a capacitor late in the afternoon. When I picked it up from the store I explained to the cashier that the capacitor looked smaller than my original. She only stated that the one she sold me was the correct one. She didn’t explain her return policy. I didn’t see the receipt until I arrived at home. The technician arrived later that evening. I handed him the capacitor and he stated that was the wrong capacitor. I tried to return it the next morning and explained the situation. VERY Disappointed!!!!

This team of service professionals are top notch in every aspect. They gave me a quote, gave me a date for unit/parts to be available for the install, scheduled the date/time for service, and showed up ready to rock on time. They delivered on every single commitment they made. The demo of the old and installation of the new units were efficient, they cleaned up as they went, and when they left, it was like they were never here, except my a/c was blasting us with wonderfully cool air. I have used TCA for many years. I first met them when I lived in a rental home and my landlord used the company for repairs. When I moved into my own home, I continued to use TCA for repairs as well as seasonal check ups because I was so impressed with their service and the way they listen to the issues and treat customers.They are a top notch company that has provided me great service with professional and friendly technicians. The owner, Jeff is always fair with pricing and straight forward on what needs to be done. They offer good customer service as well. In my opinion they always go above and beyond. While building me a little enclosed set-up that you can slide a 4 inch filter in and out, Jeff (the owner) and his son, cleaned my coils. They did NOT have to cut the out and take them outside. They told me that the unit I had, was made, so that the coils would be easy to clean. Before my friend had told me about Tri- City, I had two different companys come out to tell me what they would do..one said I needed BRAND NEW coils, one said they HAD TO cut them out and clean them outside. One bid was $1100, the other was several thousand.. Tri-Citys saved me at the very least $800. That was two years ago and my unit is getting A+ on its check-ups.Tri-City is HONEST, KNOWLEDGEABLE, RELIABLE, very easy to talk to, and they DO NOT OVER CHARGE...they WONT tell you a part needs to be replaced, unless it REALLY needs to be replaced.TRI-CITY IS HONEST...YOU CAN TRUST AND RELY ON THEM.☮️✝️

I have used TriCity AC for years prior to having them replace my HVAC system.Prior to upgrading my system, we had to replace the coils. They were able to locate a used set that saved me a boatload of cash at the time.After installing the new system, they have been very responsive when dealing with warranty issues.

This is the Only AC Guys I use. I have used them in every Home I have owned. He will not over charge you, and will let you know what should be replaced and what can be fixed later. If any recalls with AC unit he will contact you and replace the parts.

They are very professional, and know what they are doing. They thoroughly explained the root cause of the problem with our AC. When asked for their recommendation, they gave us options and recommendations on the best solution. We are very pleased with their work!

Tri-City can out and in one day they remove my existing HVAC unit ad all the old ducts and registers. Installed a new unit, new ducts and registers. Blew in new insulation throughout the attic.
