Appointment was set for 11 and they didn’t arrive until after 12. No communication from the office either. I called and asked when they’d be there, was told they’d call me back, they didn’t. I called again 15 minutes later and she said they’d be there in 15 minutes. This was at 11:42. They finally arrived around 12:15. The resurfacing itself is not completely terrible. I have never had a company tell me I cannot use “harsh” products to clean after a resurfacing though. For context, I work in housing and have minimum one bathtub resurfaced each week by multiple different companies. Never do they say bleach will ruin the resurfacing. Needless to say, any other company is a better pick than this one.

Got my shower resurfaced and they did a horrible job! I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves!

The only place I go to for remodeling/repairs. They have worked on my house from top to bottom- roof to underground plumbing. I trust their work 100%, they always take care of whatever I need done. They even steamed cleaned my carpet throughout!
