I recently had my air conditioning unit and furnace replaced, and I couldnt be more impressed with the service! The team was friendly, efficient, and incredibly professional from start to finish. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality, ensuring everything was installed perfectly. I also appreciated how considerate and respectful they were of my home, taking the time to clean up thoroughly after the job was done. Its rare to find such a top-notch combination of skill, speed, and customer care—I highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

My A/C unit died in September when we were in the high 90s and they came the same day to check it out. I knew before they came it was too old to repair and was costing a fortune to run so I had a new unit installed and they even brought a temporary unit to use overnight to make sure I was comfortable until installation was complete. There was no mess or fuss and my first light bill was less than half the price it was before. They came this week, 12-8, to do a check on the heater and I am set for the winter. This company is the company everybody else should pattern themselves after. I cant thank them enough.

I am so happy with All Good A/C! Our A/C went out, of course on a weekend in the height of summer when we had friends coming in town. The owner got Matt out quickly, and although there were some issues (not Matt’s fault), he worked very hard and got it fixed up for us! Matt is so kind and professional. Our A/C is running like a dream! Highly recommend!

Allgood was absolutely phenomenal and has great customer service. They were able to come out same day to troubleshoot and fully fix our ac the next morning. They were also WAY more affordable (and honest!!!!!) compared to some of the other folks out there. Super knowledgeable and all around great to work with.

We had the painful experience in the Houston heat of our AC dying. All good was very quick and was at our house that night. They then began to replace our entire AC system, and the process was painless in a painful situation. Incredible work ethic. They were in and out in just a matter of 2 1/2 days completely gutted and redid my AC. I cannot recommend this company enough. They are absolutely the most professional, and easy to deal with in the area! I highly recommend them.

Great service. Theyve done annual maintenance for me over the past 2 years and recently helped me replace my HVAC system and installed insulation. Man, yesterday Allgood Air-Conditioning & Heating came through in a clutch! Our AC went out and we were expecting a hose full of people. I know, AC on Christmas, well this is Texas! Exceptional Customer Service!We called Allgood on a late Saturday afternoon due to an issue we were having with cooling our house. They were able to dispatch a technician immediately (at a fair price). After a quick inspection, they were able to identify the problem and we learned that we would need to purchase an entire new A/C unit (the existing system was 25+ years old).On Monday morning we worked with the Allgood team to order the correct new A/C unit needed for our home and scheduled the installation for Tuesday.Installation day: The Allgood installation team showed up on time and went right to work. They were friendly, professional, and neat. Once the job was completed they cleaned up the work area better than how they found it.I would recommend Allgood Air Conditioning to anyone needing A/C installation and service.

I’ve used AllGood service for the last two years. We bought a new system from them and they call to schedule maintenance spring and fall and show up on time as agreed. When we’ve had concerns or issues they come all the way over from their side of town to help.Thanks for the great service!!

I have been using them for a few years. They are honest. They won’t try to pend false charges on you. They’re always professional. They are efficient and work well. They remind you of maintenance. I love their services.

We used AllGood to replace a heating kit a couple years ago and they did great work. Yesterday, we called them at noon without a prior appointment because our AC had suddenly stopped blowing cold air. They arrived in less than 3 hours and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes. We appreciate their quick service and they didn’t try to over sell us on the issue. We highly recommend them.

Kept to their schedule on time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The whole process was explained thoroughly. At the end of the service, they made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. I would recommend this company if you want a great result. We are very pleased and have zero complaints.

After an awful experience with my home warranty company, I called Allgood. They had a technician to my house within an hour. Howard quickly diagnosed the problems, the best remedy being a new unit. David & Randy then came by to explain all the options. I decided on a new unit which was installed the next morning by Ken & Joe. There are very few worse feelings than waking up with no AC in the city of Houston. So i called Allgood first thing that morning, knowing I was already aggravated because of the heat. I had never used them before, but heard great things. And let me say...every person who told me about them was right. Not one, but every single person who came out from that company was so kind, and knowledgeable on what was going on. It was hard to stay aggravated with people who were genuinely cheerful, happy at their job, and clearly there just to help you as fast as they could. They not only gave us a fantastic price, they broke down everything so i understood what was happening, what I was getting, and why. AND THEY GOT IT ALL DONE IN JUST A FEW HOURS!! There was no excuses, no “oh sorry we can finish it tomorrow” no “we have to find the part” no. They had everything needed and everyone working hard together and got it done. So my family was able to sleep great that night!! I was so beyond thankful, and to make it even better, i couldn’t even tell they had been working in the areas they worked. They cleaned up everything. I could go on and on, but honestly if you are here looking to see if they are good and trustworthy, they are. Make the call. They will be genuinely happy to help you.

Summer in Southeast Texas can get pretty hot, especially during August and September. After spending almost 9 weeks without consistent AC, and getting the runaround from various referred companies, I found David and Allgood Air Conditioning & Heating from Angies List and Home Advisor. Cutting to the chase, we will NEVER have another company come out and so much as TOUCH our house again. As far as my wife and I are concerned, Matt, the tech who came to help us, is our HVAC tech for life!He was on time, professional, warm and friendly. Matt didnt give off the vibe that we were inconveniencing him on a Saturday like the others did. He went right to work asking us what the other guys did, took a look at our equipment, and zerod in on the issue. His prices were extremely reasonable. He even made sure to give us his personal number in case of any problems or issues. David, Matt, and the entire Allgood Company? Yall have made us your customers for life! Cannot say enough positives about this company and their employees! Had a leak in the attic unit, called David Payne with Allgood AC, and he was there within 30 minutes. Diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had me up and running an hour later! If you’re needing AC work, please call Allgood - you’ll be very happy you did. Thanks Allgood!

We had received several quotes on new air conditioners and heating systems. Of those we received they had the best quote dollar wise. David Payne came out when giving the quote sat down and explained the whole process. He answered any questions that we had. On the day of the install they came on time, completed the install in the time frame that they had set. They helped set up the new wall smart control thermostat. They put down drop cloths to keep the floors from being damaged. When they left they cleaned up and you never knew they were there. The employees were dressed nice, and professional. I mainly stayed out of the way. One employee painted the side of the house before relocating the condensation lines. Both the primary and secondary line had to be relocated. They installed a French drain for the main line. New concrete pads and cinder blocks were put in. Metal straps were put in from the outside unit to the concrete pads. When I asked about maintaince for fall and spring they already had me on the schedule. They had to put in a new return and I got a whole box of filters for it. If you need a company that is reliable and provides great services they are the one.

I have to say that this is one of the best A/C-heating companies I have dealt with. Erin(hope im spelling it correctly) and her Boss are class acts. They are super responsive with calls and on time on appts. They are compassionate and will do as much as they can to satisfy customer needs. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for everything ALLGOOD!!

This place is amazing! Very cordial and professional. On time both times I needed work done. Constantly keeps in contact for appointment. Even the owner called after installation to check on the quality and my satisfaction! Would recommend EVERY time!

Our tech Matt was very professional and knowledgeable and did a great job on our ac!

First off, they showed up ON TIME, for the initial appointment and to install my new units. I got numerous quotes and theirs was BY FAR the best (other quotes were still higher and were quoted for “builders grade” systems... his quote was the best AND was for Trane). He also quoted a hot water heater replacement and was the only company that didn’t try to up-sell me on unnecessary upgrades. His guys were friendly and when they noticed little unexpected extra things that needed to be done, they just took care of them without hitting me with additional costs. What was quoted to me from the beginning is what I paid in the end, no extra hidden things. Very responsive and knowledgeable, and I would recommend to any friends or family that needed AC or Hot Water Heater work done.

So far, weve had a great experience using this company! Put in a service request last night and theyve already (hopefully) fixed the issue! The tech was very friendly and professional and wore his mask the whole time!

I am highly disappointed in this company. We hired them for some repair work, which the first go round they fixed the issue. Then the appliance malfunctioned immediately after. They came back out charging us another trip fee, fixed the issue again, then shortly after it malfunctioned once again. The person in charge was extremely rude & told us they would not come back out to repair our issue again. So basically they took our money over & over again, then refused repair. Their customer service was extremely horrible! I would never recommend them.

I work for Certified Crane and Rigging and our ac system was not working properly. I called Allgood Air Conditioning and they were there within the hour and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them!

Had another company come out and they tried to screw us over. Called these guys out at the recommendation of a friend and they were great. Manny was very friendly and was fair with what did and did not need to be done.

May want to check the papers friend Warren Moodys case got dropped... Why you ask? Case of mistaken identity... Yep!!! Thats right.... Tell you what is a crime though stealing a speaker and not giving someone there last check. Also using used equipment and selling it as new to customers is a horrible practice. Have a great day!

Great sevice, and quick! Called at 3pm on a Sunday and a service tech was out by 4pm....and on Monday at 8am they were already installing our new AC.
