This company was excellent. Our service guy was great! Texted ahead of time to give me a more accurate window that he would arrive in. Showed up and got right to work. We havent had our air ducts cleaned in probably 10 years . but about 2 and a half hours later, and everything was completely cleaned and sanitized. We can already tell the difference in the air in our home and its only been a few hours.

Had these guys out to clean out the ducts prior to installing a new A/C and replacement furnace. The stuff they pulled out of my ducts was frightening, and I SO wish Id done it ten years earlier (YUCK!). They showed up perfectly in time, finished efficiently, were careful not to let the cats out, and were just as polite and professional as it gets.

Nothing but always stating a time they will show up but always arriving anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours later. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They do not keep their word, they find out her things that you don’t need. When they have to repair sheet rock they sheet rock people don’t come with the correct supplies, have to leave for one hour or more to go get supplies.This company should never have received a 5 star rating!
