Jed and Sean with Du West came by today and did a fantastic job determining the issue with my home gas heater system not functioning. They were both pleasant to talk to but also knowledgeable and professional. Not only did they try to get my unit up and running right then but also presented me with options for repair or replacement, considering that my unit is now 20 years old. Having a yearly Du West maintenance / checkup program paid for itself on this trip alone. Awesome company and I recommend Du West to all my friends. I just had my winter tuneup done with Du West Air Conditioning. They sent a wonderful technician Joe G. He did my winter maintenance. He was very careful, efficient, professional, and friendly. He also put me at ease when I asked him to check every room for leaks that may cause carbon monoxide poisoning. Joe told me the company always checks this for my safety. Joe used a handheld gague to pinpoint any leaks that might cause poisoning. He went into EACH one of my rooms aiming at vents AND the FLOOR! He explained carbon monoxide is heavier than air. He mentioned they consider the safety of animals too, especially since they walk at floor level. So he was careful to check everywhere including the the attic connections AND vent penetrations. Joe took many pictures for me of critical connections he checked, inside and outside my home. Cleaning both the units and rinsing grass and hurricane dust off the coils.They make sure every room is clear of dangerous fumes. They report any kind of gas leak as well in the attic !Most importantly he help me understand my thermostat, which always made me crazy how to turn the heat on and off, etc.. It confused me. I am “old”… but Joe made it simple: there are only 3 buttons that really matter. I labeled them and used a sticky tab and it is now easy to use even in the dark!See photo.THANK YOU JOE G and THANK YOU DuWest!

Excellent service from Mr Little. We had him inspect our heater after another company told us it wasnt safe and wanted to charge thousands for a new system. The other company didnt even turn the heater on! Mr Little checked everything out in detail and determined that our heater is perfectly safe!! We will only use DuWest from now on!!

Having a checkup of my ac/heating system to be sure it continues to run well and find small problems before they get big takes one detail off my plate. Makes my life run smoother and brings peace of mind on that front. Joe is pleasant a d does qualiy work.

Ask for Jed! The most knowledgeable service professional I’ve met in a long time. Gives options to finance reasonably , so you can get the best service possible. Prevention and doing it by cleaning the units and catching something early saves money.

My AC broke on a Friday. I went online and made an appointment with Du-West for Monday morning and they called at 8 AM to arrange. The technician arrived right on time. He was courteous and efficient. Found the problem and fixed it. Explained everything well. I appreciate the great customer service that Du-West gives.

After damage occurred to our furnace and plenum in the attic during a roof replacement, Joe G with Du-West came out and repaired the damage and restored operation of the furnace. Du--West installed this hvac system a couple of years ago and provides any maintenance or repair when necessary. Very happy with our experience with Du-West.

Mr. Lonnie Little, was the technician that came to check my yearly heating . He was very professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything he had done. He cleaned up after his testing. Have used Du West for both secondly and will continue using them.

We use Du-West for all of our HVAC and home maintenance needs. We have had nothing but great and responsive service from the office and the technicians. Jed was so helpful and present during the entire installation and he took the time to explain every detail on how the unit works. We will continue to use Du-West. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need.

We’ve been using Du West for 20 some odd years and they’ve never let us doubt honest and true to their word and if they think they can’t really do it right they tell you. Du-West company was very professional in coming to my home taking the time to review our AC and Heating system. The tech did a lot of measurements, photos, equipment identification, and a lot of crawling into hot dark tight spaces. The tech also went over all the details for the new system to be installed and listened to our past experience and problems with the current old AC system. I believe Du-West will be our go-to HVAC for years to come.

Can’t say enough good things about the team that worked on our house. It was a large project and they ran into a number unexpected issues with the install. They never complained, they stuck to their price, and did an excellent professional job.

Lonnie came out to look at our AC unit. It was low on freon. Still wasnt cooling like it should be, so did more research and found a burned out wire. Fixed and running good. Much cheaper than a new unit. Thxs

Du-West Air Conditioning did an excellent job installing my new Daikin HVAC system. Jed Ames explained everything that was replaced and took pictures of all of the upgrades. He walked me through the app and showed me some of the features of the new system. I was very pleased with the work that Du-West did.

Du-West is a very responsive HVAC company. The technicians are very professional and courteous. They take pictures of the system and share with the client. In addition, there is a detailed report of what was done and how. One suggestion is that the technician should wear new shoe coveralls after each home visit.

We have a 24/7 maintenance policy with DuWest and are extremely satisfied with their ease of appointment and prompt delivery of a scheduled service. DuWest serviceman Joe Gutierez was on time, very thorough while maintaining our furnace and AC equipment and thoughtful in advising us of his procedures and their outcome. I cannot overstate the satisfaction we have experienced with the installation of two Daikin HVAC systems by Du-West AC. The crew was exemplary and the technical expert, Jed Ames, went well beyond expectation. It was more than a complex installation of state of the art equipment, which is enough, but better yet a righting of the many wrongs of previous HVAC installers and contractors of our 28 year old house. We are now confident, for the first time, that our home has a great HVAC system and that Du-West will provide professional support service.

Today I have technician to check our AC unit, the compressor was low in freon and other technician have charged me 800dollars, just to informed that we have leak on the air ducts and I was informed today that there was no new ducts replaced, that really disturb me, because this is a person that I trust!!! I called Du-West and Mr. Aldo was very thoughtful and professional. He was very knowledgeable abut his job and I am glad that I finally met some ethical! He service our ac unit! Please be care with others company that they want to sell a new unit for thousands of dollars!!!

Jed came out to look at my AC unit because it wasn’t cooling. He was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. We knew it was probably time to replace the entire AC unit (it’s 19 years old) and Jed took the time to go over multiple options to do so. It was late in the day, but he didn’t rush through the process of explaining everything that we needed to know.

Du-West has given our home excellent hvac service for over 15 years. Dependably maintaining and servicing the older parts of our systems and installing new American Standard units when needed. I appreciate their knowledge, skills and honesty. The Technician who serviced our units this month, Cody Baker, did a great job! He identified & repaired a problem with the blower fan on one of our units and performed thorough seasonal inspections on both units.

They have amazing and polite employees that always do great work. Professional and competent. Definitely recommended.

We have used Du West for foundation checks, prevention measures to keep slab stable. Last encounter was my a/c unit had Du West replace all components with a/c and heat. Just had new system installed by another AC company and already having issues. DuWest AC came out and made recommendations.I wish I would have initially called DuWest, would have saved me over $10 thousand dollars.

Jed Ames came out for my a/c issues. He checked everything with a fine tooth comb and found no issues with my system. Explained to me the way the unit works. Stand up service from an honest technician. Just like Jim said, When you want the best call, Du - West!

At first, I had doubt about the $59 fee, but once the technician and his colleague arrived, my skepticism vanished. They thoroughly explained the work needed for my unit and patiently answered all of my questions. Even providing insights into the Electrical system. They left me with a clear understanding of my systems functionality. After they were finished, I requested a tidy up, which they handled well. My only suggestion would be to ensure a thorough cleanup as it, there were bodies in the house. I highly recommend this company, particularly my technician. (Lonnie)

Ive used Jay at Du-West quite a few times on an apartment complex with 4 dual zone LG mini splits. When I havent used Du-West, the techs generally make a unit fail within a month for not knowing how to properly charge them. Mini splits are very picky, you need to pay someone who really understands how they work if you want them to last. Hes always 100% honest and if he tells you something will fail, it will. Hell also tell you if you can get a little more life out of the system. Always willing to work with you on repairing an older system though, which I appreciate.

I have been using Du-West for a couple of years now to take care of my HVAC needs. When I showed up at work this morning, my warehouse HVAC system was completely down. Since the product that is stored here is sensitive to humidity, I needed this fixed quick. Since my HVAC was completely down, they treated me as a priority. The technician, Joe, was here very quick. He went to the roof, diagnosed the issue and then came down to tell me his findings and go over the cost to repair. The repair was completed in about an hour and a half. 4 hours later we are completely cooled off.

Wonderful service the technician knew exactly what to look for and solve the problems within an hour timeframe and I was back to having nice cool air blowing into my home. Thank you so much.

If you’re looking for a great company to install your AC system I would recommend Du-West. The technicians were very knowledgeable as they were able to answer all of my questions. I will call them again should I need my AC looked at.

I used Du West for my annual heating checkup. Two techs showed up. I think one was a trainee. The other tech I recognized from his doing my A/C checkup this past spring. They did their inspection thoroughly. I say that because I heard one reading from a detailed checklist and the other explaining what each step was looking for.
