Ac went out during the night. I emailed and my husband called this morning to get someone out to look at it. I got a call back shortly after they opened but told them we already had someone coming out. Both people we spoke to were very friendly. Within an hour we had a call that Chris was headed out way. Chris called to tell us what was wrong with it and how much it would be to fix it. Shortly after he called to tell us it was fixed. Chris was also able to check to see it we were still under warranty, but we weren’t. Very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely recommend them to others.

This guy is amazing. He installed my HVAC unit and was very courteous and professional!!! He went beyond the call of duty in checking out the system to ensure proper function. I recommend them 💯 %. I wont use anyone else but them from now on!!! You should too!!!

Guys came out and did a fantastic job. Coordination was a bit lax and they forgot to put a couple of screws back into my electrical panel, however the job was done well and would recommend them.

Called at 8 am and they came out within two hours. Unfortunately, it wasn’t fixable, but they came back and replaced it the very next day. Thank you so much for getting us cool air again on this hot summer day.

We are new to the area and stopped by to make an appointment. They came out that day and fixed what they could. They ordered the parts they didnt have and came back and fixed all the issue. Very nice people.

Cant ask for a better AC company. And they were 89.00 dollars under the quote given on the phone. Called around 10am they worked me in and were here by 330pm same day.Theyve done it again. Late noon call for service showed up in about 3 hours. Unfortunately the part had to be ordered. Once they received it at 3pm , received call asking if wanted in today (YES)the tech was out at the house within an hour left around 6pm. Im nice and cool again. Thank you PARIS ACMay 24 2022. Shawn came out and gave the system a thorough going over- he was great! I have used this business for the past 5 years now and they have been wonderful every time. I love how responsive they are!

Called for repair at 1:30 on a Friday when the outside unit went down. They were here in less than 30 mins and my AC was fixed in no more than 15 mins for a more than reasonable cost. Great guys, great response and we have a brand new AC company in this household! Thank you Paris Air!!!

Scheduling our A/C maintenance was easy; then Shawn called to let me know he could be EARLY if that was okay.Shawn told me what he planned to do, and asked me when unplanned issues needed to be addressed (replaced the capacitors) and was knowlegeable when answering my questions and suggesting maintenance tips. When the condenser needed to be washed my water spigot was quite aways off and I offered an additional hose. He coiled the hose and put it back in its place, unprompted, before he left. The service was beyond perfessional, and friendly.Well be calling again for the next rounds of maintenance.

AC went out sometime yesterday afternoon, called today around 8:30 and a service representative was able to be at my house by 10:00. Very professional, took the time to explain to me what he was going to do, and why he wanted to do this method. Explained the warranty behind the part he replaced.Fantastic experience, quick and easy.

We had a broken thermostat cable in a very difficult to reach place. They worked fast, were very courteous and explained things along the way. We were VERY appreciative of the same-day response. We recommend them to anyone!

I was very pleased with the air conditioning service I recently received from Paris Air Conditioning. Repairman, Shawn, was very prompt and professional when he recently serviced the two air conditioning units at my home. He explained everything that he did and why it was done. Shawn was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends.

AC capacitor went out in Texas heat wave. Called these guys and repairman was here within an hour. Had it fixed and going in less than an hour and it didnt cost an arm and a leg. This lady sure will recommend you guys to friends and family. Fast, friendly and courteous service

Absolutely fine folks very well equipped to solve your HVAC system issue quickly and efficiently. Had them install a new Trane/American Standard HVAC system on my house several years ago and have had only one need for a service call in over 10 years!

They have had to come out several times for the past year. Everything from diagnostics, to minor repairs to a brand new install. Always very quick to come over and get the job done. Highly recommend!

I had these guys repair a blower motor on my HVAC a few years ago. They did a good job. Just recently, I had to replace my evaporator coil and they came through again. These people actually try to fix the problems first, not sell you a new unit right off the bat.

Outstanding family owned business for your AC problems or sheetmetal I don’t think their is anything these guys can’t build !!

We were putting in a new cooktop and needed a custom transition piece fabricated with Christmas just 5 days away. We called Paris A/C and they sent someone out to take measurements and they had it fabricated later the same day and for a really reasonable price. Totally saved us, cant imagine not being able to cook during the holidays.

Went in to get replacement thermostat for my business ac unit. Got the impression they didnt want to help me cause just a thermostat ..owner or manager couldnt even come out of office . Walked out with bad feeling about this business but bet if I asked about a $4000 ac unit they would be more than happy to help. Bad business practices when I need my ac replaced I know who I want call. Stay clear of this place if customer service at office this bad no telling what doing at your home or business.

Jack Elliot came to the house and checked everything out. Blower, Compressor. .. Added a little coolant but wasnt the problem , it was just hot outside. Hope to use Paris Air in the future to replace my 15 year old system.

These guys are usually pretty prompt and while they do make mistakes from time to time, they are quick to fix them at no charge.

Can I give a million stars. Words can not define how this owner went above and beyond for my cousin. He is a true man of God.
