Called Palestine Air & Heat about a fan motor on my outside unit heat pump. They said they could be here that same afternoon. I had a Dr. appt. and scheduled for the next morning and they arrived right on time. Found the problem, they had the part on their truck and had me running in about 30 minutes. I asked the service tech if he would look at the emergency heat on the inside unit which had not worked properly since the unit was installed. Ive had four different HVAC people look at that and none were able to fix it. Palestine Air & Heat found the problem, fixed it and had me running in less than 15 minutes.I can recommend Palestine Air & Heat to anyone who needs work done on their HVAC unit.Job well done.

We contacted them on their website. Palestine Heat and Air Cleaned the unit got it working same day. Was happy to send an honest company to do service work for my Mother. They were very fair with their pricing. FIVE STARS!!!

Our rent house AC stopped blowing cold, followed by the AC at our house the next week. I was thinking with this being the busy season we would be stuck in the heat for a while. I was very pleasantly surprise and appreciative to get a call within the hour. Quick and easy, our AC was back in a hurry. I would highly recommend this company!

We just moved to Palestine and there’s a heat wave going off the thermostat, the air conditioner everything stopped working in our house was 90° we could barely breathe. The dogs were pantingd and we are a senior citizen… the home inspection report said everything looked OK on the day. They inspected the systemm That was about six months ago… Palestine. Air came in the next morning and did some work on unit. Everybody was polite and nice. It was 9 AM at about 2 PM. The thermostat still said. 82° and at that time it was 89° outside and so I called them back and a few men came back very quickly. They are very kind and considerate and are trying to get this is up to par. I will update on what happened in a little while right now I’ll give it four stars,, but if everything turns out good, it will, of course be five stars and I will change the star rating TS Thomas
