I had an excellent experience with my local Artic Air. The technician Raymond was kind, personable, and professionable. He came in diagnosed the the issue and had the system fixed and up and running again in an hour. He didnt try to upsale me or give me any unnecessary charges or expense. The billing was more than fair. I will most definitely use this company for my AC needs again.

I had two individuals recommend this company to me. So naturally, I respected their opinion. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint. The work was done fast and proficient! I had a complete replacement for the inside and outside unit. Med and his guys did an awesome job and handled up when I needed them the most. The price was absolutely reasonable too. Some may disagree but you do get what you pay for. 100/10 recommend.

If you are looking for a great company this is the one! Everyone that I spoke with was super nice, they got there super fast, they knew what they were doing, and did it super fast. They explained everything that was going on during the process, and after the job was complete. This is a company that does quality work, and are some of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend using Artic Air.

It was 5 minutes before 5 oclock PM last Friday night when my air conditioner quit working. I called Arctic Air on the advice of a neighbor who had a good experience with them. They were at my residence in less than 45 minutes They diagnosed and had my problem fixed in under a half hour. I feared that I was going to be without air conditioning for the entire weekend possibly, but thanks to Arctic Air my weekend was cool and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others. I was very satisfied and thank them for a job well done!

9:00 pm. Turned heat pump system on at house - after six weeks of being off - for the first night of expected freezing overnight temps. And it made weird noises and then didnt run. Next day called AA just after noon, after recommendation from friend. Med answered and after asking a few questions said he or an associate would be by in a few hours. He arrived around 5:30 pm. We had heat back on the next day by around same time. Very impressed with quick turn-around. Med is a nice guy. Answered questions, explained problem with unit. Highly recommend.

Artic Air went above and beyond to show and explain the issue that caused multiple service calls from other companies. Not only did they fix the issue but modified the system to prevent future failures, at a fraction of the cost that it would have costed me by using a different company. This veteran is happy and definitely going to keep them to service our heating and air. If your on the market to find someone to work on your system, call Artic air first, you’ll be surprised like I was.

Excellent work! Super professional, called and they were at my house and diagnosing the problem within 2 hrs. Quickly found the parts and fixed my system and saved me from a 100 degree day with no AC.

Contacted Arctic Air and they were at my house within 2 hours. It took a matter of minutes and they found the problem. Raymond said it was the capacitor and they immediately put new one. He even took the time to show me the reading’s of capacitor of old vs new. I would recommend them, they were friendly and professional

We came home in the afternoon and our AC wasn’t cooling. We called Arctic Air at 4 PM, Raymond was at our house within and hour and had the problem fixed quickly! He was very friendly and professional! We highly recommend Med and his guys at Arctic Air!

I’ve known the owner for years and he has always been one of the best people I’ve known. With this, he has trained his staff to give you the straight up, no bs dependable service that you thought has been lost over time. They will communicate with you and when they say they will be there they are going to be there! (Seems like a lost art these days) You cannot get better.

After calling several of the a.c repairmen in the phone book and waiting several hours for a return call, because none of them answered and I had to leave a message , I never heard back from any of them. I called arctic air. He answered on the second ring and was at my place within a couple of hours. he diagnosed my problem and gave a great explanation of what went wrong and what it was going to take to fix it correctly. Not just a patch job or quick fix. He ordered the parts and by the end of the following day had me back into a chilled 70 degree home. it was a pleasure to have a true professional fix my problem and not just somebody trying to make a quick buck. He was even willing to help me with making payment arrangements if I needed. I cant speak highly enough about Med of Arctic Air. He is a very knowledgable and professional man and I highly recommend Arctic Air to anybody needing a/c repair work.

My experience was not of their work, it was a quite un professional display in a store where someone that smelled like some pot got made to feel embarrassed because of their smell and then the man proceeded to make fun of the food he was buying for his dog. Due to this experience, I would never use this company.
