Absolutely the best in town in my opinion. These guys have been working to get my unit working the way it should be all on warranty. I had a very bad general contractor build my house. I am very impressed. Jason came out shortly after I called. I needed a new motor in the inside unit. Drew came out and replaced the motor and also the compressor breaker. Both men were very nice, knowledgeable and professional. My friends recommended Quality Cool Air to me and now I recommend Quality Cool Air.

Technicians were able to show 2hrs earlier than estimated. They quickly diagnosed the problem. I was told they could have the new part delivered and installed in probably two days. They showed the next afternoon with the new part and installed. A+ work from this crew.

Excellent customer service. I needed A/C diagnosis done for noise and underperformance. They show up as promised and explain any issues with your unit so you can understand. Fortunately he had the repair parts on his truck. Turned out to be a great day. I recommend them.

I had Quality Cool come out and replace our central a/c with a new heat pump. They were on time, professional and did a great install job in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

Good care of my central air with service performed for fall. I was told it would be by a certain date but had to call to set it up after the date. Also had to remind the personal I had two to check. No one gave me prices for the replacement objects. I had to request that the exterior unit be checked.

We called this morning about a leak with our AC unit. We were told they were extremely busy and may not be able to get to us today. In this Texas heat that is understandable, but they were out here about 4 hours later! It was a simple fix, he was very informative on future maintenance for us and got everything handled within 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable! They now have a new customer!

Jason, the owner, did a wonderful job taking me through the initial quote, answering all my questions, and providing flexibility options for performing the work. From scheduling through invoicing, I received several communications so that I was not left wondering the status of anything. His staff that came out - Jeremy, Taylor, and all the guys - did an incredible job replacing my whole system and bringing with them everything that was needed. They divided and conquered with a couple guys in the attic working on the indoor unit, two more outside replacing that unit, and one more that helped where needed. Its a big task changing out an entire system, and the afternoon rain didnt even slow them down. They were very cognizant when carrying tools and materials through my house, they cleaned up well inside and out, and made sure the system worked as expected. Along the way they remained very friendly and we had some very good conversations. These guys all know their trade very well and act in a professional and respectful manner. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We have had the unit for a year and a half and it started cutting on and going off. We called and had them come out and was told nothing was wrong but a wire was loose and so they fixed that and wanted to charge $99. Now the second time has occurred and we were told they would be out this morning and they are just showing up a little after 3pm. This means we have been burning up since last night because the air isnt consistent. I wouldnt suggest using this company.

For the second time, on two separate units, this company has fixed my existing older system instead of replacing the unit as the other company said was needed. They are helpful and polite and go above and beyond to fix what is needed, instead of taking the easy way out or trying to sell me something that I didnt need. They have now saved me over $10,000.

I attempted to connect a programmable thermostat on my own and ran into some problems. I called Quality Cool at 6:50AM after a night of sleeping with no AC. Their answering service quickly got me in touch with their service technician Glen. Glen attempted to help me over the phone to save me the service call. After we figured out it would be too complex, Glen came to my place. He fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes. All of this was done prior to 8am on a business day.I would give six stars if I could. I will definitely be using Quality Cool Air again.
