I’ve had issues with my Lennox unit not working and called Innovative. Parker came out. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the unit that required special parts to be ordered. They were very quick to get the parts in. They worked with my schedule and got everything working in a timely manner. Once the issues were resolved, the house cooled down very quickly. I was impressed by Parker and his team and signed up for their maintenance plan.

Friendly courteous customer service by all their technicians. They take the time to fully explain every detail of their inspection and made recommendations based on my budget. They kept me informed of all work being done. Truly a company you can put your trust in.

Mold and indoor air quality were major concerns in our home, but with Roberts expertise as an Indoor Environmental Professional, we found a solution. Mason listened to our needs, showing patience and attention to detail. To achieve the desired indoor air quality, we needed to replace the entire HVAC system, including the ducting, boxes, and registers. Everything had to go. Ben and Zach were compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable, spending a week removing the old system and installing the new one. Mason came out this morning to give us a quote on duct cleaning. He was so nice, knowledgeable and professional, and explained everything thoroughly and on our level. He gave us two options for our needs and we had quite in hand before he left. We are looking forward to having our ducts cleaned but also have an air purifier installed!

Eloy did an amazing job! He was within the time frame given, called before he came, instantly knew what the issue was, explained everything to me and gave me options, and took very little time to fix the problem. He was polite and professional and the communication from the company about who was coming with tracking information was wonderful!

I was actually crying upset with efficient systems when I was talking to Ashla and she was so sweet!! She was telling me sorry for something she didnt do but she assured me that Innovative will get me taken care of and thats just what they did!!! Two years ago, we bought a brand-new house with two HVAC systems installed by another company, MKC Solutions. Upon moving in, we found that there was over an 11-degree difference in some of the rooms--one in particular was so hot and humid we couldnt cool it with the A/C running constantly. The builder had MKC return and they opened up the sheet rock over the kitchen and in the room that wasnt cooling and provided no solutions. One suggestion was to install a mini-split--at my expense! My brand new house now has clear sheet rock repair along the walls and all for nothing. Several months later the downstairs unit stopped cooling altogether and it was determined by MKC that there was a leak. They were unable to detect the leak on two separate occasions and put off the repair until it was cooler and darker because theyd have to take the unit offline. I knew something wasnt right so I called Innovative Air Solutions, and I cannot stress enough how amazing and professional this company is. They showed up exactly when they were scheduled, did a thorough inspection and found the leak within five minutes of beginning the job. The leak was right at the unit in the first place an HVAC tech should look...Not only did they detect the leak, but they also filed the warranty paperwork for me and repaired my unit within the week. They went above and beyond--repairing the poor work done by the install company and repairing damage done to the drain line during one of MKCs attempts to find the leak.I cannot stress enough to get a qualified company like Innovative Air Solutions to work on your home! They treated my house and my family like their own and all at a super fair and affordable price. Ill be using them for all my future HVAC needs.

Johnny came to the house and looked at our A/C unit and was able to tell within 5 minutes that there was serious issues. He was very concerned about it. He got in contact with his boss immediately and the had a crew out 2 days later to replace it. Johnny was quick to respond and very professional with everything involved. I called them out because the fan on my outside unit went out. I even told him that he came. He checked it for about 15 minutes. Told me the fan wasn’t working. Had to run through the shop to get a fan came back and installed it within 30 minutes and I was charged over $850 for a service fee

I have used IAS a few times and bought into the annual membership on and off. At first it sounds expensive, but when you calculate an after hours call due to a leaking drain or whatever may occur the peace of mind is worth it to me. I think so offer a monthly payment plan as well. I like its not always the same tech, each one has been very knowledgable.

My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Jana Bruce. She was extremely nice and informative! She explained everything in detail and made sure that we understood (mostly me, my husband understood everything). She was also very friendly, introduced herself not only to us but our dogs too! Got them to stop barking. She didnt just try to sell us something and go. We shared a few stories and had a few laughs all while going over everything. When it came time to apply for financing we were having email/tech problems but she continuously called multiple numbers to make sure everything was going right for us. We couldnt move forward without the email before she left but even after she left she kept calling her boss and the financing place to make sure it worked out and then contacted us to let us know and was still helping us out even after she left. She was very professional and yet so friendly. Glad we dealt with her and happy to be able to call her again for anything in the future!

Our church got in a bind, both sanctuary units stopped working. The company we had been using doesnt work in the rain. We called innovative after reading the reviews an sent a guy Chris to assess the repairs needed. Came did the job on a Saturday an didn’t finish until 9pm. We greatly appreciate his sacrifice.. Our new a-c company..

Overall I do not recommend this company. They sent the tech to house 2 times both times the tech he was here less than an hour and wasnt able to finish the job. Prices are crazy. They will try to get the most money out of you. Do not use this company my experience was shady to say the least

We made the call to get our unit that has been down for at least 2 yrs to see if it was worth fixing or if we need to replace it.. Chris came out and was the nicest guy .. very professional and kind. Made us feel at ease and showed us exactly what was going on with our unit and explained everything where we could understand and make the right decision for us..so we didn’t want to throw away money for a temp fix Joshua came out today, another nice and professional guy that put us at ease, looked at everything took measurements and now waiting for a bid to replace our unit.. great people great company so far.. looking forward to our next steps .

Innovative Air Solutions is my new go to for all heating/air conditioning needs. The phone is answered by Rachel. She is thoughtful and thorough with her questions. Before a serviceman arrives, I receive a text telling me who is coming and some information on his expertise.Several months ago was the first time I called IAS, they sent Parker. He identified the issue immediately and had everything up and running in no time. He was kind and personable and really good at his job.Last week, I called them again with an unrelated issue. Chris came. He also quickly identified the problem. Then, I talked with him about air quality. He took pictures of the internal parts of my unit (yuck) and discussed a few ways to eliminate the contamination. Today, he returned to install a device to clean the air ducts and clean the air. He knows his stuff. He is a really nice guy. The air smells fresher already.

We just had Jana Bruce come out to our mother’s home to review options for her AC system. She was by far the most personable and thorough rep I have met. I flip houses on the side and we have used innovative before in the past. But, this being for my mother’s home I knew i could trust them. Jana had a great personality and was very knowledgeable about the companies equipment and pricing options. Would highly recommend asking for Jana at your next AC needs.

Heres my comments on Trust Innovatives maintenance plan. I just had a visit for the annual AC checkout. Since I signed up for the plan, theyve ventured into plumbing and automatically included that into my plan, no additional $$.So I scheduled my annual AC checkup with a new plumbing inspection. I just knew theyd find issues with the plumbing and lay down some expensive quote.Stick with me, Ill tell you about both inspections but this one is about the plumbing. First off, they scheduled both for the same day. Talk about consider someones work schedule! First was the plumbing inspection...Jonathan showed up EXACTLY on time. We walked around as he checked all the bathrooms, the kitchen, the laundry room, the (and I apologize for not knowing the terminology) inbound and outbound. He crawled up in the attic and checked out the water heater. I mentioned that weve had incessant issues with the kitchen sink drain. I figured I opened up the door on an expensive quote. NO NO...I mentioned how Ive tried to snake it out and I get all this gray gunk on the end of the snake. Jonathan smiles and points to the blue soap in our pump bottle sitting right in front of us. Dawn. He explained how its great for little ducks but bad on drains, how it takes grease to remove grease and how it loves to latch on to the pipes and if you dont flush water for awhile after Dawn, itll do that. Who knew? He told me exactly what brand of drain cleaner I needed to buy, and where local to get it. Explained how much to pour in and how long to run the water.End result of the plumbing inspection? Not one single you really need to pay us to fix . Nope. They covered everything and threw in the kitchen sink free advice!Im a do it yourselfer to my downfall, but I encourage you, like me, to Trust Innovative for your plumbing and AC service!

We couldnt be more happy and impressed with Innovative Air. Called at 1 pm on a Friday and they were out within an hour of our call. Ben did a complete inspection of our system and found the problem right away. He sent in the list to the office which then called me within 45 mins of Ben leaving to let us know that our warranty was good they ordered parts and will call when they get in. I highly recommend Innovative Air for your central air work and needs. We are so impressed we are going to become a service plan member with them.

Ive had them plenty of times come out here. Over the years their customer service hasnt gotten worse and worse. At least the repair men Ive been getting. This last time they came out, opened my ac unit, saw nothing to diagnose wrong. It was originally just turning on and off. Since there was nothing to be fixed I told him he could leave. Paid 150+ just to have the guy open it and it magically work right after. I found out later they claimed I rushed him out and he couldnt perform a proper diagnosis. I believe this was all a bad experience and hopefully a one time thing. The AC repair man him self was great.Edit: Had someone else come out. Turns out it was the TXV not opening right.

What a difference a day makes. Yesterday I woke up to an AC that was flipping on and off every second but after a call to Innovative Air Solutions I am in the comfort this morning of 73 degrees and cold air blowing through the vents. I called at 8 AM and they were here by 2 PM. The technician Chris was professional, knowledgeable, thorough in his explanations of the issue and was even nice about my over excited dogs welcoming him with a leap his way. The issue was discovered and repaired quickly. If your AC is on the blink call these folks and if they are all as good as Chris (which I bet they are) youll have a cooling AC in no time.

Brandon fixed a slab leak we had

Our a/c was out for 2 days while we waited for our normal a/c person we use to call us back. Finally we called Innovative Air and they had Chris Wilcox out in about 15 minutes or so. He did a great job~ after finding the problem~ he double checked everything to make sure that all was working properly. Wonderful personality and very friendly!

I highly recommend INNOVATIVE AC company. I am happy I chose them to install my complete unit 2 years ago. Last year they sent a tech out by the name of Ben Girlinghouse. This is guy is amazing. He put his heart in his work as if he owned the company. I remember I smelled a odor from the AC that seem to be suspicious. He had finished working for the day but found out that I was having a problems. He came by the house on his way home because he felt uncomfortable knowing we were inhaling this odor. So he found the culprit and repaired it. His professionalism is second to none. We used this company for the first time today and we received exceptional service from our technician, Chris Wilcox. After explaining our situation the dispatch team was able to get someone to our home within 15 minutes. I am so pleased with the work that was performed.

I called for a different kind of service. I wasn’t sure if they would send someone out.I needed a tech to look at one of our frozen drink machines. When I called I was received by the owner Robert Curry. He was more than happy to try and accommodate me anyway his staff could. Within 10 minutes he had one of his staff calling me to set a service appointment up. Carrie called me she was so pleasant and helpful! My appointment was for later in the day which was great. On the day of my appointment I received a call asking if I was available because they could send a tech out early which was even better! So within 10 minutes of my phone call the tech was there at my business. Eloy was so nice. He listened to my issues and jumped right in on the machine. It was fixed in a matter of 20 minutes! I had been waiting for 6 months for the manufacture company of my machine to come out and just look at the machine not even fix it. With this being said not only are they efficient by their customer service and their attentiveness is beyond measure!! If you ever need a tech for your coolant needs this is the company to use! A 10 gold star experience for my company!

We had an Installation of entire system on March 20th. Parker Case was here today to follow up on Installation, pressure check, and fine tune the system. Mr. Case was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain the thermostat features to my wife. He also assisted her in connecting the thermostat to her phone. We were extremely pleased with all of the individuals from Innovative solutions. Jason came out and assessed our need. He was honest, knowledgeable, and professional. The installers were professional and performed a great install. Again, Parker Case came today to fine tune and he was excellent.

I was having an issue with my home’s a/c not blowing cold. They were able to send someone out the same afternoon I called. Chris was early (I got a text he would be so we knew to expect him) and got us up and running again quickly, which we’re very thankful for!

Ben came for an after hours visit to look at our drain line. He promptly diagnosed the problem and finished the job in under 15 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Also, very knowledgeable and explained the issue we were having and the solution to fix it.

We had a complete redo / replacement of our AC ducts. These men worked for 5 days in our attic. Outside temps were 100F + so you can imagine the temperature in that cramped attic. They showed up every morning, clean, neatly dressed with smiling faces and pleasant greetings. Professional and courteous. Thanks Shane and Dillon and the 2 assistants.

Chris was on time, knowledgeable and had my AC fixed in less than 15 minutes. This is the second time I have used Innovative Air Solutions and they have been consistently great.

Never again. I had the inside portion of my AC replaced at a cost of around $5,000. It didnt work. They then informed me that the outside unit needed a $2,500 part. This was after they told me the outside unit was fine and only needed the inside fixed. I called another vendor who replaced a $20 capacitor and got the outside unit going. There was nothing wrong with the part Innovative told me was broken. Never again will I use this company.

Great service!! I called due to having an issue with my outside unit. They were here in less than 30 minutes and fixed the issue less than an hour. I highly recommend there service and will be calling with any AC issues i have in the future.

Super impressed! Went to bed one night and noticed our air conditioner wasn’t blowing cold air and the thermostat was steady going up. I called the next morning around 7:30 and left a message with the answering service. They called back at 8 on the dot and had someone out within 40 minutes! Parker came out to evaluate my ac system after I was told by someone that the entire unit including the ducts needed to be replaced. Would I recommend Innovative Air Solutions? YES, 100%.Specifically Eloy (BEST EVER #1), Parker, Robert, Ashla, and our installers (I cannot remember their names) were great!Would I recommend Mitsubishi mini-splits? NO WAY, 0%. Go with a Carrier. In my opinion, Mitsubishi gave Innovative Air Solutions the runaround on replacing bad parts.Brief Back StoryWe purchased a Mitsubishi mini-split from Innovative Air Solutions a few years back. We had many, many issues with the unit but Innovative Air Solutions came out EVERY single time we called, even making us a priority (or so we felt!). We worked with Eloy for approximately a year or more to get our unit working working properly. After probably 15 visits or so, we finally asked for a new unit. After speaking with the owner, Robert, he made everything right and replaced our unit with a Carrier unit, even reissuing the the warranty parts and service with the product. The air has been working wonderfully! We are thankful for own very own local Innovative Air Solutions! Way to build trust with your local community!

My whole inside and outside unit were replaced last December by Innovative Air Solutions, last night we noticed our AC wasn’t coming on. I called the emergency number and someone answered quickly. They told me a technician would be in touch with me shortly and he was! Parker called me just two hours after I called. He arrived shortly after and diagnosed one of the issues. He had to let our unit defrost and came back. When he came back he quickly found what was wrong, gave me a time frame of when it would be fixed and made sure I didn’t need anything else! Parker is so friendly and always making sure he does whatever he possibly can for us!

I contacted Innovative after hours and spoke with their answering service. Within an hour a technician arrived at my home and diagnosed the problem. The part to be replaced needed to be ordered and wouldn’t be available until the next morning. I received a call early the next morning that the technician was on his way to repair my system. Within an hour it was fixed and blowing cold again. The technician was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Innovative Air installed the new AC and heating unit inside and outside. They offer a maintenance contract and make scheduled maintenance routinely. Unit still operates as new. Very pleased with service after the sale. Also Innovative Air offers a maintenance service contract for our whole home generator. We just started a maintenance service contract for our whole home generator. Service personnel are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is an honest, very focused, business. Truely a breath of fresh air in todays world.

I got an old dead AC system fully replaced by them and it wqs very professionally done. There was a hiccup with the timeframe to get parts, but with it being a hot summer, demand has to be considered on that. The installers, John and Shane, were fantastic, professional, explained everything to us and got the whole system up and running in a pretty quick timeframe. You can rest easy if theyre in the job. Ill be back to Innovative Air Solutions for any AC maintenance or repair, and I will recommend them to everyone.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with multiple employees from Innovative and I’ve nothing but good to say about all of them. You can tell these employees are hand picked that have strong work ethics and social skills. They truly care about their customers. I will always call Innovative with all of my heat and air needs! Orange is so lucky to have this company in our town.

Used Innovative for my New Home construction. At first they were very responsive and helpful. Mid install they failed to glue the pipes from the dehumidifier to drain thus draining water all down where I had to cut out a wall to find out what the issue was. 1 month after living the downstairs unit kept icing up and pouring condensate onto floor. Took two separate call outs to get them to resolve the issue which was unit undercharged. I texted and called to purchase Filters(uncommon) that were only sold by Lennox. They said ok but never got back with me. I had to use my own HCFC Cert to create a account with Lennox and get my own. Even tho I made them install a half ton extra it still runs 100% in july and august which indicates the whole system is undersized. As it ages it will only get less efficient. Chris was very helpful. Just once there was no big money to be made off me that simply ignored any contact or messages from me.Update 5/8/2024: we tried to hunt down why the upstairs unit kept losing freon all last year. Its heating up again and the freon is gone.Junk Install, Garbage Lennox Units.

Horrible experience with this company! Not only did they lie to us about a leak when they couldnt find the leak they assumed it was in the house. Then made a leak when we caught them in the lie they quickly welded up the copper lines making several mistakes and leaving trash in the lines had to have another company come in and re-weld their work. Now our unit is working perfectly and not leaking in the walls like they had said. We highly advise not to use this company they will lie and create work for themselves without regard for your pockets.

We had maintenance done a few weeks ago an were told by another company that everything was fine with our unit.needless to say it was not. We called Innovative and they came out same day. Our service tech, Chris, was our on-call holiday weekend tech. He arrived right on time, quickly found the problem and made the repair. He had our home back to a comfortable temperature in no time. A true professional.

If you can get Kacey, shell do everything to make sure you get the right price for your family. Techs were all friendly and great to chat with. One star off because we had quite a wait for a schedule to be set for the work, and then it was delayed a few days after it was scheduled. It was a good thing we had window units in the interim, but they did have a window unit to lend if we hadnt.

My technician arrived on time for my biannual service of my hvac system. He spent almost an hour doing a detailed job making sure the unit was ready for the winter. He even cleaned the dirt off of the return air registers, which is something I have never seen done before. The prices are a little on the high side, but the quality of work if phenomenal!

Ben returned to our house this morning, again on perfect time, same as his first visit several weeks ago. His goal was to perform a leak search on our AC system, fix it, and add refrigerate. Unfortunately the leak is on the evaporator coils (16 years old) and cannot be patched. Ben will check availability and cost of a new coil so that we can decide whether to buy a new system or get new coils and “hope for the best” for another 16 years! 🙃😬 Also, we had heard of the MERV Grille Mount Filtration filter and wanted to get one for our house. Ben brought one and put it our grille. Excited to see it work and especially not having to change filters every month. I would like to write a review for Innovative Air Solutions because I feel like too many times people only write reviews when the service was not as they expected and ignore the service that is great. The service that was provided to me by Innovative Air Solutions was exceptional. First of all we needed them after hours. They came out and were there really quickly. They diagnosed the problem and had parts at the house the next day to complete the work. This was before Thanksgiving so we had to make sure we had air conditioning for our family. I was fortunate enough to be home during the holidays while the replacement HVAC work was being done. It was pretty impressive to see 2 to 3 technicians going in and out of the attic for 5 to 6 working days and never seen any fist or elbows flying....The technicians worked great together and they answered all my questions as they arose. They removed and replaced all the old ductwork and equipment. Made the system operational until the new outside unit can arrive and be installed. Though the Job is not complete yet, we are very pleased with the quality of work done so far. (GRIN)!

Aug. 21 95° outside call back from the technician was only minutes after I called after hours number. He was on another call so it took a little while to to get here, he diagnosed that the run capacitor was bad, he didnt have the exact replacement on the truck but he improved a solution to get us back up and cooling. The down side is they charged me $344 for a capacitor that costs less that $75. If they dont rectify this it will be the last time I call them. That is highway robbery and price gouging.

Innovative Air has done a lot of work for us and our clients as we manage property and also have a brokerage division where clients ask for referrals to these types of businesses. Robert and his team have always made us look great by making sure our people are handled well and that they feel important. Great service! My house is cooler already and so far no leak

Innovative Air Solutions is a 5 star operation in my book.I had a terrible experience with a different HVAC installer five years ago. Poor installation. Wouldnt call back. Refused to service the unit after install. Then it was five years of misery as the Bryant/Carrier equipment had eight major failures in four years. Carrier refused to do anything about it. I finally made the decision to pull out the 4.5 year old Carrier system and replace it. I could not see throwing more good money after bad and likely still not have a system I can trust. In Southeast Texas heat, you need an HVAC system you can trust!I had a number of companies come out and give me bids. My goal wasnt to hire the cheapest, but to find someone reasonable that would treat us right and I felt like I could trust in the future. Innovative Air got our bid! They came right out. They listened to my complaints about my previous situation. The owner, Robert Currie and his salesperson Kacey Burnitt came out to my home and sat on my porch with me for about an hour to talk about my concerns with correcting the original install and getting what I needed. They carefully reevaluated my home to make sure that the equipment I put in was what my home needed. Kacey even burned after-hours time to get my bid right and do it fast so we could get cool. Then they installed a new Lennox system that so far has been great. It was a difficult install in a few ways due to hurdles from the original install, but they tackled the problems until they were corrected. Their bid was accurate and reasonable. The final price was exactly as the bid projected.I would recommend Innovative Air Solutions to anyone that is looking to get a quality system installed properly and for a reasonable price.

We purchased a used mobile home. Innovative charged a lot to empty and refill the unit. After the move, the unit worked for approximately 2 weeks (we were not living in the home, only working a few hours a day). When we noticed problems with the unit we called Innovative to come back out to see about the problem. They informed us that wed be charged a fee for coming out because they didnt warranty their work. We assumed after the move that there could have been a leak of some sort. We called a different company to come check on the problem and they informed us that the unit worked fine. The problem was that it wasnt charged with Freon properly. We called Innovative to inform them of the situation and they were not willing to fix the issue even though it was a mistake on their part. Would not recommend.

Robert Currie and his team are excellent! They removed the old unit, installed a new AC unit in the attic and it is very quiet, efficient and the temperature can be controlled via an app on the phone! They are experts in the AC field and above all, trustworthy! Look no further for AC!
