Home Services at The Home Depot

Home Depot in Beaumont,Tx has the rudest people working behind the returns department, I had to wait til they finished their conversation they were having then I had to holler out to please help, after 20 minutes with no one in line, that department head slowly walked over took my information put in the computer but while it was searching for it she walk away and continued her conversation with two other employees! My experience with Home Depot service was horrible! I’m disabled with a bad back and have Multiple Sclrosis, the stress I had put on me from her was extremely rude! As soon as I get my $879.00 refund I won’t be going there anymore, I’ll take my business elsewhere!

I hope that all Home Depot stores arent as bad as the Beaumont store. It has been disorganized from the start with Home Depot dropping the ball more than once.
