Ive been meaning to leave this review! Ive worked with Johnson Air for my AC needs for the last - 3 years or so. I had a small issue then a really big one that they took care of - theyre quick, professional and although AC stuff is expensive (understandable), they arent unreasonable.I had a few other AC companies quote me before I called Johnson Air, and those other guys gave me very long and very pricey lists of what needed to be done. Im not an HVAC expert, but it just didnt sound right.The scheduler on the phone is friendly and professional. Michael, their tech, has always been professional and upfront with me. He never left me feeling like they were taking advantage of me because Im a woman. I say that because one of those other guys even said I could call him back once I talked to my husband lol. Like, a female cant make her own financial decisions.Anyway - if youre in their service area and need your AC fixed (especially with the hot summer months coming up), I recommend Johnson Air!!

Michael was great! He brought another guy to help, but not sure of his name. My AC wasnt working, and after calling 4 different places, explaining that I had animals in the house that were in danger from the heat, he was the first and ONLY one who said they could be there in an hour [everyone else was the next day). They not only beat the price that I was previously quoted by another company, but also did it in less time that the previous company had quoted. I will definitely be using Johnson Air for all my future AC needs!

Fast response. Fast Fix. Great Service. Decent Price. Micheal was our HVAC specialist. He was respectful, kind, courteous. He also knew how to evaluate and fix our system quickly and had a new part with him. We were so thankful.

They have taken care of my elderly parents ac mad heating issues. The office staff is always nice and have scheduling asap.. the field staff is very nice and knowledgeable and does a clean and complete job... They are worth your time to try!
