Scott did an excellent job installing our new AC/ Heater. It works great and was a very fair price! He has great customer service and went above and beyond to temporally fix our unit on a Saturday morning so we could get through the weekend heat until our new AC arrived on Tuesday. I would highly recommend him!

Scott and his guys provide a level of service you just wont get from the larger HVAC corporations. Hes done right by us since he walked in our front doors 2 years ago, and he has replaced multiple units for us that were not done correctly the first time. They are quick, efficient, reasonable, and respectful and they have earned lifelong business from us.

Called Scott on Friday am, he was here within two hours. Had estimate and options shortly after. Had to replace my ancient 80’s unit! Previous owner had some interesting things done in attic where system was installed . Scott worked with me to address/explain all issues with system and possible solutions!Only right option was to replace. Scott and team went above and beyond with no demo or additional plumber needed, you know how you can just tell good people? Well I just had a good feeling/vibe from this guy from the first phone call. System replaced with some interesting challenges up and running like. A dream very fast. Hire this company you won’t be sorry. His installers were prompt/ quick and was very respectful of my condo! I hired him on his reviews and response and honest way of telling me what was really going on!

We got our new AC this morning and we are more than pleased. Everything went very well with little household disruption and very quickly. Scott and John are very knowledgeable, explained everything as they went along, and we are COOL again. Great service at a great price.

They were able to get my system diagnosed, parts order and complete service in a day. When temperature is 102°, to have a response that quickly was amazing. Service was professional and quick. Follow up after service was completed. Everything was explained to me and was given great information about the unit. Price and quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

I purchased 2 complete heat pump hvac systems from Scott 6 years ago. Both units have had zero problems for 6 years.Yesterday a lizard laid across two of the terminals on the capacitor of one of the units and damaged the capacitor. I called Dogwoods office and the secretary promptly had a service tech return my call. The service tech that returned my call was the owner of Dogwood Scott Moore.Scott was at my house in 45 minutes and had the ac unit repaired and running in about 10 minutes. The owner Scott Moore has been very helpful to me on more than one occasion. Most people would have tried to sell me another unit but instead Scott replaced the squirrel cage fan and motor saving me several hundred dollars. Very honest reputable man and company.

I had lightning strike very close to my house. My AC unit stopped working after the power was restored. I had to make that dredded call to a AC company. I chose Dogwood AC because of their positive reviews. After I called Scott and had him come out to assess the damage, Scott very professionally came out and gave me my options. My unit was 30 plus years old.. I chose to replace my decrepit old system with a new Goodman unit.. Scott contacted me and we set up a date and time for Dogwood AC to come and replace Everything. Scott and his crew showed up exactly at the time agreed upon. They went to work immediately.. I had prepared myself for the old line of We found additional problems that we did not detect on our previous bid... There was absolutely none of that!! Matter of fact, Scott and his crew did much more than I had expected. Anytime you incur a major expense as a homeowner it is never pleasant, but dealing with Scott and his crew made it 100% tolerable.. I would tell anyone that has AC problems, give Scott a call before making your decision.. A plus company and people....

Great service! I called 15 minutes before closing when my a/c would not work and they were here in less than 30 minutes. Fixed the problem and then went above and beyond to help me. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Very professional.

Rest of the young lady that took my phone call on Easter Sunday with one of the sweetest staff people I’ve talked to a long time so that says a lot for the company the owner I believe was the one that came out on Easter Sunday 92° fixed MyAc came a great rate I bought fell out of my chair when he told me the price he’s my go to AC tech now and from now on and I will highly recommend them to all my friends thanks again God bless and happy Easter
