They made appointments that suited my schedule. They came back free of charge when the additional fix was neefed. James was very professional and friendly. We have used them for many years at two different lake houses.

We hired Bilco to do a full system replacement on one of our units in preparation for the warmer months. Bilco is by far the most professional, prepared, honest, and quality HVAC company out there. For all major jobs at our home we bid it out to a minimum of three companies and not only was Bilco the most responsive but also very competitive on pricing and was willing to work with us on the date of installation. The project was completed on time with no surprises and we couldnt be more happy with the performance of the new system. Bilco listened to what was most important to us and put together a system around that rather than trying to force us into what they wanted to sell. This was the second time using Bilco and if there is a chance we will be using them for a third time.

He did come out at least. Didnt have proper tools. Forgot them at previous job. He did install a nice thermostat but left us in the cold with 2 babies.Very expensive. Didnt get heat on. We called Johnson air. He came out. Fixed problem in 15 minutes! Extremely reasonable!!!

Great service! Great prices! Heat went out in my rental home occupied by a disabled veteran . I called and explained the situation and they came and accessed the issue within hours. Was able to get him temporary heat until new unit arrived! Wonderful folks!

We had one of our ACs stop cooling. Called Bilco and told them we needed it fixed but if they had other customers in need, we could wait since our AC was for the garage. They showed up the same day at the appointment time and had us up and running again and did it at a fair price. They will be our go to AC people in the future.

Just want to say these guys at Bilco Air are really great the young men they send out arerespectful and courteous they show up when they say they will and also we ran into some problems but the did a lot of research to fix us up and they did not charge us over and over again it hard to find companies to trust and they are one my husband and I trust.

We called a couple days before we were going to have some really cold weather. We havent had heat in our home for awas couple years, this was my parents home and the system has some years on it. We can not afford to replace at this time. Bilco Air came one day, took a look, and little info and some pictures. They came back the next day and was able to get our system running just in time for the coldest week Texas has seen in 80 yrs. Great people, I would recommend to All for your heating and cooling needs. Thank you Bilco Air!!!!

My inside unit was freezing up. They sent out a kid who looked at inside unit about 10 minutes, never went outside. Came to me and said I needed an entire replacement, nothing he could do. Over 5000.00 I called All Pro Air Solutions. They came out tightened a couple connections outside, added a little freon and were good to go.

I look for the 3 Ps when doing business with a company. Professional, Prompt, and Priced right. We have done business with Bilco twice, and they have done a great job with both jobs. Jerry is great! Thanks BILCO!
