I had an appointment today June 28, with West Tech to come check out our Ac units between 8-12 it’s 10:58 in the evening and haven’t heard anything from them.Called no answer texted nothing even called the warranty company to ask what was going on they wouldn’t even answer for them.I would like to know how this company has a five star rating.WILL NOT BE USING WEST TECH!!!

Best service ever and tech they help me out right away no questions ask my ac was out for a week had two different people look at my ac unit they would tell me gonna take 5 to 7 business days to get the parts in.
