Very informative and caring businessman and company that will take care of any and all your concerns and needs. Very responsive and eager to help in any and all ways to get you and your family in a more comfortable setting during these West Texas temperatures. This is my second time using theme, even at a short notice I couldnt find a better deal for all our needs hands down in Midland/Odessa, so do yourself and family a favor and make that call as soon as you can; so Troy and his team can take care of all your needs. I wouldnt use anyone else but Walker Air Conditioning!!!

Came out right before a holiday within an hour of calling. Tech thought there was a bad part and the owner came out again after the weekend just to double check things. Ended up just being a wiring issue and charged me nothing extra for the second visit. Would recommend Walker to anyone looking for HVAC service.

2nd company that I called to fix ac. They came out and said they knew what was wrong. Charged a lot to replace a part. It worked for a little while and then stopped. Called them 2 more times but they couldnt figure out what was wrong. Now I have to call someone else

Prefect gentlemen. The part came in several days early, now we will not suffer from the heat any longer. They got the job done in a very short amount of time. The company we called prior for our ac repair was going to charge tripple the price! So thank you Walker AC.

When all other companies were trying to sell me new units because mine was 20 years old at my rent houseOr trying to charge me 2000-4000$ to fix it.Walker came out and told me it was just one part and fixed it in 10 mins made sure it kept working.Will always use and recommend them.

Mr. Troy Walker was great! He was able to come out the same day I called. Even though I was not available to be at my house when he fixed my AC, he went above and beyond to FaceTime me and show me the parts he was replacing and explain to me what was wrong with each. Because of Mr. Troy I now have a working AC with reliable good quality parts! He was very kind and charged a very reasonable price. I will absolutely recommend Walker Air Conditioning to everyone I know!

Walker AC was very responsive when the motherboard on my AC went out.They communicated with me what was wrong and several times over the course of the repair as they obtained the part. Pricing was fair, I feel like they under charged me there techs time resulting in an affordable repair. I have used Walker several times and they were all good experiences and the only AC company I use now.

Terrible company all around. They are crooked and will overcharge no matter the customer. Work unlicensed and prefer speed over quality or customer service. You would be better off calling your neighbor than using this company.

Highly recommend! They came out within about an hour of my call and fixed me all up. Parts are expensive, nothing you can do about that, but the total cost was reasonable. Ill only use them in the future.

Fast and professional! We called on Saturday afternoon at 4 pm and after calling several companies, Walker AC service was the only company who picked up the phone. He was at our house within 5 minutes. He was knowledgeable, honest, clear about the price, and professional. He had our AC fixed plus tuned up for the summer and showed us maintenance on how to keep our AC running. Thank you Mike! It was the pleasure doing business with you.

After being lied to from another company in Kermit, hadn’t had air for three days in 100 plus weather. Walker air conditioning came out and 10 minutes fix. They are amazing, the only company I will ever use.

I had my a/c replaced by this company in 2020 and have had issues with it the entire time. Even after service call a week after install and they couldnt figure out the issue. 2 years later a/c is completely not working and the company is refusing to do anything about it. When asked for documentation on what was replaced they couldnt even provide me wit that. Horrible company I have no idea how they are still in business.

The second time I have called Walker AC. I had no heat and Troy came out and had it heating in less 5 minutes. Appreciated the fact I have not had to wait any longer than 24 hours. Very happy with their work both times!!!!!!!!!!

I had called to see if someone can come out and check out my ac unit. I told them Im available after 4 the lady I spoke with said that wasnt a problem and that someone will give me call before hand. A man called to ask what was wrong with the unit I told him.. then he said well its getting close to 5pm and there about to close he doesnt want to come out and check it and then to leave with out fixing my unit until the next day Mind you the website says 24hrs I think if you are scheduled for an appt to come out you should honor it .

I got an estimate to Inspect, patch and repair ALL existing duct work for our home and to remove underbelly insulation for $1623.75. From Troy. Instead, I got a blower motor which likely cost about $200 and 1 vent repair from workers sent by Troy. I paid the amount on the estimate, expecting someone to return. No one did, and I called the company and after 2 days, and a trip to his office ,I spoke with Troy who said that was all they were going to do and to be happy that we got a free motor. They did not look at any of the ducts under the vapor barrier. Our mobile home flooded and the water flooded our ducts, floors,insulation, and vapor barrier. We only requested that they not remove the insulation, but to only open it so that they could do inspections and repairs as needed, and then we could close the barrier back until we can get a contractor to replace it. So, the workers they sent said I told them not to do it at all. None of this solves my duct problems. They refuse to make this right. I am out $1623.75. Looking at the possibility of a new unit because of the load on this one. NOT HAPPY. WORK NOT DONE.

Amazing man and company!! We had been given the run around and could not figure out the issue and once we called him he literally saved the day and turned a dreadful hot week into a nice cool weekend!! Called Walker AC and Heating to fix my air conditioner and the technician arrived within 15 minutes. However, thirty minutes and $135 later, my AC is still broke and I need to call another company. Save yourself the $135 and just call someone else.

If I could I would give this company of - * for making accusations towards my home Ive already talking to my attorney about the company and its about its technicians I called this morning asked questions and never got a call back when I was told I was going to get a call back about the accusations so Im taking it to my attorney for the accusations and slandering.
