I called at 8:54 on a Friday night due to my ac compressor not turning on. The voicemail asked for me to text to that number. After I texted he replied in 1 min and showed up at my house in less than 20 min. My house was repaired and cooling by 10:00. He was very thorough and super nice. I will definitely use them again! I can’t tell you how much it meant to us you coming out and taking care of our issue so quick!

Had my AC installed two years ago by Rocky. He did a great job. This week my AC was not cooling, so I called him. He came out the same day. His business is 70 miles away. Could not get someone local for over a week. What happen was the AC froze up. He told me to use the cheap fillers not the pleated ones. He did not charge me for the service call due that he had another call near here. . He is coming back next week to do a maintain cleaning. I would recommend him 100 percent.

Our air conditioning went out when it was really hot outside. Everyone we found was booked out a week in advance but Rocky’s came out very quickly to help us out. He did a good job and communicated with us throughout the whole process. We recommend him and will definitely be using him again.

This man sacrificed a Saturday night with his family, so that mine can live in comfort. Highly recommend, quick response and quality results.**update** unfortunately my unit went on life support (2005) and all of Rocky’s efforts we’re basically band aids and it was time to put the existing unit out to pasture. Rocky and his crew came out this morning around 6:30am to do the install of a new unit, so that my family wouldn’t be down without air during the hottest part of the day; Saturday, by the way. Threw in a new thermostat at no charge. If you are sick and tired of getting the run around from the big HVAC companies, call this man, you will be in good hands.

Rocky is amazing! Not only did he stop from me melting at home from this horrible summer heat but when the air went out at work leaving us in misery for days, I called Rocky and he was there later to save the day. He knows his job well and fixed what several other companies had just put a bandaid on. Wont use anybody else from now on!

Came 2 weeks ago to add freon to unit told me there was a small leak should last me a year call him if i wanted to fix it before than. What he should of told me was that putting $500 in freon was pointless and a waste of money my Freon would be gone just as quick as he put it in and that I needed a new unit because also place of leak was not a good one so instead of putting $500 in Freon I could of put it into a new unit. Made it seem like it wasn’t a big thing and I had time.But he got his money good for him!

Called in to get a quote on coming out to see if he knew what was wrong with my unit, short circuiting, at around 7pm, he is always in call so he came out and found the issue that a previous guy made by over charging my freon and never came back to fix, he was spot on very reasonable, just the fact he called to double check his work and make sure I was happy with his service; customer service goes a long way! 💯 Percent recommend

Fast and affordable. Told Rocky what the unit was doing over the phone, shot him a picture of the air conditioner and capacitor tag and within 2 hrs he was there and got the unit up and running again and this was is the middle of the heat in July!

These guys are the pros! What ABR & SONS AC Heating and cooling wasnt able to fix on my unit these guys did. I am very happy with the service and quality of work that was done.
