The tech was fine, respectful and knowledgeable. The companys price on parts was absolutely terrible. Again, the tech was fine, he did his job. He came in and diagnosed the issue, no problem. Then he showed me what they were charging for a silicon igniter, around $468 dollars. A quick Google search showed that you can purchase these for between $20 and $60. So Mega Care has Mega Prices. Do not use this company. Or probably any company that is big and does heating and air. When they show you the price of the part, just know it is likely marked up many times beyond its actual value. I would have gladly paid this tech his hourly rate to install this part if he had just sold it to me at a fair price. This company is trash. The techs aught to be embarrassed.

The service technician was very thorough and communicated all the issues that were ok and wrong with our unit. He was very respectful and loved his work! This company does a great job! Every time we have called to have them fix something or check it out they get there quickly and let us know if any repairs need to be made!

Mega came through again! Joshua was prompt, friendly while being professional and very thorough. He got my heater up and running very quickly. I recommend this company for all of your A/C - Heating needs.

We renovated a home and prior to renovations the home had been vacant for quite some time. We chose to get our air ducts clean before moving in. Thankfully Manny and Angel found additional issues to our ducts that required repairs. They came out on a Friday, assess and by Monday had everything fixed and running properly! We were provided photos of the completed work as well. I would highly recommend Mega Care Solutions again!

I was extremely pleased with the service we received. The gentleman who installed our new filtering system was very gracious and did an excellent job. He even vacuumed up the insulation that had gotten into the AC closet.

Office staff was super friendly, informative and quick to get someone dispatched to us.Highly recommend Trenton Marks as our technician. He was quick to arrive, super friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and talked us through caring for our ac unit. Our unit was frozen solid and not much he could do until it thaws although he believes our dirty unchanged filter to be the culprit, so change your filter often folks!With that being said, he already took the time to schedule a follow up appointment to clean our unit and thoroughly inspect it for any other issues.

I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua Gonzales today. He is very professional, but very kind if you are a woman, you will not feel uncomfortable being alone in the house with him. I know this is something we go through, but don’t tell anyone, he thoroughly checked out the system at one point I asked him what he was doing, and he explained it to me in detail, I hope he stays with the company because I will request him next time

This is the best AC repair place I have dealt with, hands-down I have been out of town for over three months and came back to a 95° house. That was on a Saturday, so I was a bit concerned that there would be no answer when I called. Luckily, I was wrong. The young lady that I spoke to was extremely nice and helpful and even put up with my rent about the horrible horrible experiences I have had so far with all the scamming West Texas heating and air-conditioning services (if you know you know). She sent a tech out, the next day, Sunday, Trenton.I received a text to see if it was OK if he came early, which was absolutely no problem. When Trenton arrived, he introduced himself, listen to me rant again, then immediately got to work, assessing the system. All set and done, the repair took only a few hours and we now have cold air. You never know how much you miss our modern amenities until you have a pubescent teenager sitting on a leather couch in a 90° room! My nose thank you!I have to say I really think Mega Care understands just how hard it is to find honest help in this area. The little touches, like receiving Trentons experience and backstory in the introductory text created a nice personal touch. they also have a really good membership program which I signed up for immediately following the repair, and it is already paid for itself.I absolutely highly recommend Mega Care. Trenton, thank you so much for your help and for explaining all the different options that were available… and for listening to my rants and dealing with the pungency of puberty! :))

Just set up a PM program and today was the first PM. Trent, the technician, was very professional, respectful, and has great people skills. He communicated well with me. He gave me advice and sold me again on the benefits of having the PM program.

Raul Medrano came out on a Sunday (11/10/24) to fix issues I was experiencing with my heat pump. Raul was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting different scenarios, Raul found the issue. He made the necessary repairs. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and expertise.

Our technician Joshua Gonzales was professional and very informative. He had central heating working in no time. I recommend him to anyone having issues.

I know nothing of Air Conditioners besides placing one in your window haha but Trent Marks came out with Mega Care Solutions and took care of business. Wife called and said A/C was blowing hot air so, we made the call and Trent was at the house within an hour or so looking it over. Was able to get the A/C back to purring like a kitten, and kicking on all cylinders!Definitely recommend them great pricing and ask for Trent! Very knowledgeable and open minded to hear you out on what the problem might be!

Daniel came out and introduced himself then said he read the callout so he knew the issue I stated and asked to go directly to that. He went in the attic and addressed my concern but also inspected the entire system and made an adjustment on a duct that he found choked. Then he went outside and serviced my unit. Upon completion he told me exactly what he found, the services he performed, and asked if I had any other issues or questions that he could answer. Very friendly, very professional. I definitely recommend them.

I had a fire at my home due to the ac/heater unit. Being by myself with no family and no where to go if my house burnt down, well you can imagine how distraught I was. You hear of people losing everything, and that’s all I could see! I picked the wrong company at first, that man must have mistaken me being upset with being stupid! Instead of doing what my insurance company needed to get the ball rolling on replacing the unit, he came out several times said it was fixed and I sat here in a 101 degrees! When my adrenaline calmed down and I was able to think, and was 1,000.00 in the hole and still hot, this is when I realized he was using my fear and being upset against me! That’s when I found Toby and Mega Care Solutions! Toby came in accessed the problem and his crew went to work right a way. He was caring, understanding, knowledgeable and understood exactly what I needed. Isn’t this the way a company should be? I recommend this company to anyone who expects a honest, reliable, caring person who will not take advantage of you at your time of need! I now have a emergency number I can call anytime if something was again to happen! And I can relax knowing my home and the unit in which keeps me comfortable is in great hands!

A technician arrived about an hour after I called to request service. I called at the end of the day 4:30 and they sent technician after 5:00. Technician arrived and assessed situation, gave a quote, and can back the next morning and had air working by 11:00 am. excellent service! They go above and beyond.

We have been with Mega for many years. They have always been very helpful, prompt, kind, and in this day and age that means a lot!

Really disappointed how the service turned out. Took Luis 15 minutes to fix it by cleaning the flaming sensor and cleaning the gas burner which he didnt use any material other than the pressure hose. They were supposed to tell what the problem is and the cost is before starting to fix anything but Luis just finished the work in 15 mins and charged $206 . Ripped off , never will use this company or this technician . Beware .
