Larry Pepper AC & Heating Inc

This company i dont recommend, they came out to check and charges a fee. Then said they would come out to fix my dads unit and didnt show up or didnt call! My dad was no heat this week. I call someone else to come, they did come that same day and the next day, they came out to fix it. Til this day, this guy Larry hasnt called my dad!!! Bad service!

We have been very happy with Larry Peppers. They installed our unit at a very fair price. But, more importantly, they stand by their equipment. When we had a minor problem afterwards, they were quick to respond and stand by their equipment. We selected them because theyve been here a long time and you can depend upon them after the installation. We also appreciated that Larry himself came to the home before and after rather than just sending his crew (which was the problem with our previous AC & H company).

I contacted Larry Pepper’s company in the morning regarding AC unit that was not cooling sufficiently. They scheduled a service call in the afternoon, they were here promptly checked out the unit and took care of the problem. Very efficient and very reasonably priced.Another company had checked the unit and recommended refrigerant at a cost of over $1,000+ or replacement of the unit for $15,000+. To be honest the unit is older; however, it isn’t right for companies not to work with the customer to give them the best service solution at a reasonable cost.I recommend you contact Larry’s for honest service.

Larry Pepper and his crew are absolutely amazing! Last week our air conditioning broke in our house and his crew had to install a whole new unit down to the condenser. Larry, Steve, Logan, and Anthony worked their butts off to fix my family’s air conditioning. Definitely go with them!

I was all prepared to give Larry a great review, but took it back! I had a fire in my air/heating unit. I guess he thought I was stupid because he saw a distraught woman. The first time he came out said he needed a few things to test it. Ok, until I had to chase him everyday! He finally came and went up and said it’s fixed! My insurance guy needed a professional to give me a estimate to replace the unit! Obviously it was not worth saving as it never kept my house cool! I had to chase him to come back, which was more money! So now I am 1,000.00 out of pocket and my house still heats up! My house was 101 several days in a row! Every time I called he would say he was with a customer! When I finally got upset and called and chewed out his phone person, he actually made me apologize! I was at his mercy! I was so upset I couldn’t think or realize, I was getting the shaft! It’s been a week and a half and called a honest reliable company and finally getting my new air conditioner! I don’t like doing this; but thought I needed to do he doesn’t do this to someone else who really needs help! The fire was bad enough thinking I was going to lose everything. Then he made it worse by not doing the job that was expected and treating me like I am stupid! I am not a spring chicken anymore and living in a house at 101 degrees has been hard! You pay a professional to help you in your time of need, you don’t expect them to make the matter worse! I don’t recommend him to anyone!

Larry and his technicians are always polite and professional.i can contact him and they are here the same day! I can always trust them to get me back up and running cool!

This man left my elderly parents with an 85 degree house and has been out several time to “fix” the AC and has yet to do so. Tells them he will send someone at a certain time and no one shows up. Has already charged them almost $2000 total. Would never recommend.

Install a new AC/heating unit in my home. within the first few years the unit suffered a few breakdowns that according to Larry did not qualify as warranty-able items even though his technician admitted that one of the failures that my unit experienced was a very common issue, yet I still had to pay . further more at the beginning of every summer I have had to have the system recharged (refilled with Freon an expensive service aproximatley a $400 bill at the start of every summer since Ive had this unit due to a leak on a brand new system which should qualify for warranty leaving me to wonder if Larry is double dipping and to this day Larry refuses to stand behind his work. as someone else mentioned. I,too had to chase him down, but he sure hides well my advice to anyone looking to use his services specially on a new install, is to avoid at all cost that company is not operated or founded on ethics Im sure there are one or two satisfied customers out there but that-is strictly by coincidence larry peppers AVOID AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOID!AVOIDCROOK

I was visiting my family and the AC went out. We were recommended to call this company from a friend, and it was a terrible mistake. The tech was late, and upon arrival couldnt figure out the problem. We were told Larry would need to handle this job, but never heard back from them. We ended up going with another company and getting resolved quickly. Two days later we got a call from an extremely rude lady from their office demanding payment for a job they never did. I would NOT recommend this company.

10 years ago we had a new larger A/C installed in our home. The contractor that installed the unit told us we needed new duct work, we took him at his word and had new duct work installed. Since that time our home has either been uncomfortable during hot or cold weather and when the unit ran it was so loud we had a hard time hearing anyone talk. We called the contractor and had him check the u it noise and we were told nothing was wrong.We finally gave up on this guy and contacted Larry Pepper along with a couple other contractors to find the problem and give a bid to make repairs. Mr.Pepper was the only person to immediately tell us the problem, along with what it would take to make it right. His crew showed up when they said they would be there and made all necessary repairs, now we have a hard time telling when the unit is running. Finally is right.I would recommend Larry Pepper to any and all that want to be treated right and fairly. Really good job, Extremely satisfied.

We are soo pleased with the service we received from Larry Peppers A/C & Heating!!! Highly recommend this company and Steve, their Technician! Called on Friday morning, Steve came checked the unit that evening, brought the parts back Saturday morning and we had cold air. Thank you guys soo much! 🤗😁

The tech came out and spent 10 minutes at my house and told me there was a leak at the canister and he would have to get new part. I was called the next day by the office telling me that the part had to be ordered and it would be a couple of days. Needing my A/C to work, I called another company. They came out same day and informed me that there was no leak! The problem was repaired quickly and for way less money. 2 months later I get a bill from Pepper for the 10 minute service call and an improper diagnosis. Not impressed

We’ve been using Larry Pepper A/C & Heating for years. They always do a great job and do what they can to save us money. Highly recommend!

My old air conditioner finally went out and needed to be replaced. These guys were able to fit me in a day earlier than originally set up and got it done quickly. Excellent Service, highly recommend.

When you call, you get very nice and patient ladies that take the time to help you with your appointment. The gentleman that helped me with my plumbing was a true gentleman very nice and respectful and also pointed out other problems that I wasnt aware of, which helped me in the long run. They will be called the next time I have issues with any plumbing or heating problems.

I called them for an estimate on replacing my ducting system. They came out and said they couldn’t give me an estimate that Larry would have to come do it...either due to low bearing attic or drop down ceiling) but that he was out of town until Monday. I could tell by the look on their faces that the job was to big for them but instead of being upfront I felt like I got the run around. Come Monday no one showed up or called. Tk’s in Seminole solved my problem by installing mini splits which are ductless.

Our AC went out when it was 110°. Larry himself came out & fixed us up fast! I really appreciate his knowledge & dedication.

I have had great experiences with Larry Peppers services in the past. However, they take too long to respond because of how busy they usually are.

Cannot be happier with an a.c. company ! 105 degrees and a.c. quit. Called around and everyone busy. Larry Peppers A.C. said they would try but would be next day. They called around 4pm and by 530 A.c. was fixed and at a great price! Thank you!!

Larry Peppers is the only a/c & heating company I use in the futureI normally do not write reviews however, the tech (Rocky) is the best (polite, professional, on time and responsive)I ask the tech to wear personal protective equipment when in my homeHe was happy and more than willing to wear ppe at my homeIn addition, he quickly repaired my a/c problem then clean up everythingThis tech is a life saver also, icing on the cake is he is a Iraq veteranHe is a asset to Larry Pepper A/C & Heating Inc
