Stay away! .... this was the worst experience we had on a installation, the contractor from Cocina Solutions LLC came to my house to give me an estimate on tankless water heater and for installation and we set up an appointment for Saturday at 10:30 am....he didn’t arrive till 5:30 pm and finish installing at 1 in am, after the installation we turned the water on, come to find out they broke the pipes and left all the pipes that are connected to the water heater lose! I had leaks everywhere!!!

Called Twice for quote. The first time the let the phone ring until it was 8:00 prodesk closing time. The second time the lady was not informative, polite or professional. Infact she made the ladies atbthe dmv seem linke Mary Poppins. Will not call a third.
