Debated leaving this review or not. Called them because of the google reviews though. This was our first time using this company. Moved into a new house and needed some faucets replaced & (2) new sinks installed. Guy came out and gave us a quote and we agreed, supposed to take 1.5 days. He finished up on day 4 but cracked a showerhead he replaced and said it was a factory defect (it wasn’t, and gave us $50 credit and had to buy another one that my husband installed). He installed a sink faucet with handle pointing towards you not on the side and said that was how it was supposed to be installed. (It’s not). Everything he replaced leaked afterwards and we had to tell him. He didn’t discover the leaks on his own. They charge by the hour and bill was larger than we agreed on and he didn’t do everything he quoted. He wasn’t able to replace the on/off valves like we wanted because according to him they were soldered on and would have to cut in to the wall which we didn’t want to do. Not sure if that was case or not. We were just ready for him to be done. He put some kind of caulk around the new sinks that didn’t match color of sink, tacky a week later, and so messy. I saw him sitting in his van several times one day so not sure if that was the case everyday and how much work he actually got done. Called company when he said he was done and asked for payment and told her all the issues we were having. She was extremely nice and helpful. She sent Alec out a few days later, who fixed everything that wasn’t right. He spent 6 hours fixing things.

We only use Basin Plumbing! Our experience with them everytime has been great! We recently needed a pipe repaired. Alan and Miguel provided great service. We highly recommend using Basin Plumbing. Sarah also provides great service and is very communicative if there is any scheduling conflicts. A+ company.

I had a fantastic experience with Basin Plumbing. Miguel and Jacob came out to repair a busted pipe, and their expertise was evident throughout the process. They kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Jacob is currently in training, and I can already tell he’ll be great once he’s on his own. These guys are awesome! I had an older commercial building that needed a lot of TLC. The job ended up being more difficult than expected, but Alan kept me updated throughout the process. These guys are professional and courteous. Theyll get the job done.

This company and Miguel Garcias was so wonderful! They understanding how desperate we are when needing to call them. My water heater was fixed within 3-4 hrs and that’s because it was night time and the technician was out on another call or I’m sure it would have been sooner but still 3-4 hrs it absolutely wonderful for someone who is needing hot water to shower the following morning for work! Im a General Contractor in Odessa, and I know alot about plumbing but Basin Plumbing is remarkable company that Ive used 2 times on projects for important customers of mine , when I didnt know the solution on both projects? I called Basin Plumbing and they showed up in minutes! And 15 minutes after seeing my projects? They had the most best affordable solution, on 1 project broken water line under the concrete, Basin Plumbing was able to replace every single line through the house without breaking concrete, and did this in 1 day!! My Customers thought they would have to spend Thousands, and it was only 1/3 of the cost, no mess and excellent quality work!! Basin Plumbing are 5 Stars in my book! The best plumbing company in town by far. Alan came out to unclog our mainline and stayed until 1 in the morning on a Sunday. The next day Jesse and Mundo came on a follow up to make sure everything got cleaned out from the night prior. They were respectful about not getting my carpets dirty as well as cleaning up after themselves and even left it cleaner than when they got there. You get what you pay for and I’m not sure about basins prices to other companies but you will truly receive a 5 star service with them.

I called last Wednesday for a plumber on a gas leak.. it’s end of business Wednesday of the next week and I still ain’t gotten that call I was supposed to get a week ago. Glad I didn’t wait around for my call. Do not recommend them!!!

Basin plumbing is the best in West Texas. Not only is the office staff amazing to speak with and professional the field guys are so nice and professional and take care of you. We had a plumber come and charge us $120 and did nothing didn’t even find the leak. Do not hesitate to contact Basin for all your needs.

Robert and Miguel were absolutely amazing. They replaced my kitchen faucet within minutes. They did struggle replacing the spout and handle in my bathroom, which was not their fault. The replacement parts were wrong, missing pieces and appeared used. Both Robert and Miguel advised me of the terrible quality of the parts and went back to the store to get another set of replacement parts. After spending several hours they were meticulous about their work and never rushed, just to get it over with; which I wouldnt have blamed them. Robert and Miguel were professional and courteous throughout their time in my home and did really great cleaning up after themselves. Absolutely satisfied with their work. Awesome job to Robert and Miguel.

Robert and Miguel are awesome! They showed up with the right tools for the job. We had to fire a separate plumbing company due to unprofessional and lack of knowledge. These guys showed up on site with all of the tools to get us taken care of. They did not waste any time, they got straight to work and were in and out in a jiffy. They have a de-scaler, camera, locator, snake and other tools to get some of the most blockages resolved quickly!

Jesse and Mundo worked quickly to analyze and make the needed repair - hot water line leak under the tile & slab in the dining room. They were friendly and efficient, removing two tiles carefully, removing the cement, making the repair, then refilling the hold and putting in new cement, cleaning up to leave things as close to normal as possible. We would definitely recommend this company again, and especially these two.

I had a water heater start leaking on a Saturday evening, of course in a house with a bunch of company in town visiting. I called Basin they returned my call promptly. The next morning Miguel and Mundo had me up and running within an hour. They did a great job, were very professional and I will now use Basin for all my plumbing needs.

Allen was prompt, professional and kept me informed every step of the way. He had all the parts he needed to repair and perform routine flushing maintenance on my Rinnai tankless hot water heater and kept me from having to replace it, though he quoted that option before he started the repair. He resolved my issue in 1.5 hours and was able to quote my alternatives on the spot. I’ll use Basin again and ask for Allen.Allen also found and replaced natural gas piping between the meter and our home. He had to order parts as they were not available locally amd kept meninformed in timing every atep of the way.

Robert and Miguel were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Made me feel comfortable in that the job was going to be done with my family in mind and their safety. Was very affordable, I didn’t feel taken advantage of, as I had with other plumbing companies. My hotwater heater was extremely old and stopped working. Came, gave me a quote. Were very accommodating when i asked if they could remove the old one first while they went to the store so I’d have time to clean, dry the area as well as fix a few hole in the wall from previous owner. Called and advised me about the available of stock in the waterheaters and explained my options. Came back replaced and repaired everything up to code and mire convenien. Answered many questions i had about possible future projects as well as possible ways to save money for those project. As well as showed me a few thing i didn’t know on up keep. I have called them a few times over the past few years for much smaller things and everytime i have received the same care. I’ve recommended them many times and will continue. Called relatively late in the day, around 4pm and they had Miguel come out to help us out by removing a clog in the main drain. They quoted 20 minutes to come out and they were here on time. Miguel was very knowledgeable and took care of everything pretty quickly. Pricing wasnt bad compared to some of the past calls weve had for service. I called this company to help with a tankless water heater problem. The young lady that answered was very helpful and informative on the problem i was having. Unfortunately, they were unable to send someone until the following week due to the fact it was so close to the holiday. I opted for another company because they were able to send someone out sooner. Well needless to say, going with the other company was a very bad decision. I called Basin Plumbing back the following week explained what happened and they were more than happy to send someone the same day. Allen came out that afternoon and was able to diagnose the problem. Two days later the job was complete. Allen was very professional and very personable. He went as far as apologizing for the behavior of the other company and said not all plumbers are like that. With this experience, Basin Plumbing has earned a lifelong customer.

I was charged $80 to get an estimate that was $600 just to reattach my sink. They wanted to charge me for 5 hours for one hour worth of work and some silicone. I did speak to a manager who made false promises two different times to make it right. I dont know hwhere all of there positive reviews came from, they are probably bought and paid for.

I called in on Saturday and in less than 24 hours someone came out and fixed my issue. Excellent customer service, super professional and timely. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs. Thank y’all so much!

The absolute best. I recommend them hands down. Prompt, professional, amazing company. I had a company come out that my home warranty sent out, that absolutely made the problem worse and would no longer respond. (a whole other story) So, I called Basin Plumbing after my entire bathroom flooded. I called them at 6:00 am, the answering service answered, and had a technician, or I’m assuming the owner call me within 15 mins! They were there in about an hour and fixed the problem, and helped me clean up within 45 mins. I can’t say enough about this company and how thankful I am for them in this emergency situation. I was in shock that I called them at 6 am and by 9 am everything was fixed, clean, and done. Very professional and down to earth people. I will definitely be calling them again for all my plumbing needs! Highly recommended!

The crew of Jesse and Jacob were very professional and friendly. These guys worked non stop to make repairs to my sewer line and while working found that my main gas line wa a leaking and full of holes. They alerted me to the problem and showed me where the line had failed before disturbing the line. While working for me my hot water heater started leaking they were quick to help me procure a new heater and change it out without leaving us without hot water that day. I cannot say enough good things about these two men they really went above and beyond my expectations and always had a smile on their face and ready to help. Back when we had the freeze my sewer line did clog and Basin Plumbing was the only company that would answer my call for help and come to find out the owner himself came out in the freeze to clear my line this company is responsive and quick to act. I will be a loyal customer from now on

Allen called when he was about 15 minutes away and he took great care of us. He was very thorough and quick. He took out and hauled away our old toilet and installed the new one that I had bought at Home Depot. He even disconnected and reconnected the bidet I had installed. I will definitely use them again. It is not super cheap, but you get what you pay for. These guys are legit and professional!
