This store has a fantastic range of HVAC supplies at excellent prices. Its worth checking out if youre after those. However, the front counter staff could really use an attitude adjustment. Every time Ive been there, its felt like I owe them something just for walking in. If they could learn some basic hospitality manners, Id definitely look forward to shopping here. The guys working the warehouse on the other hand, are solid down to earth guys. Great people to work with.

Good site location and has many readily used parts available. Was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Staff were friendly and offered to order parts not in stock.

Awesome staff. They tested our air conditioner blower motor, told us what was wrong and found the replacement part. Even showed us how to install part. Was so Thankful for their help. Were able to get our air conditioner working same day. Thank you!

The Johnstone is AMAZING! Very helpful and gets you the right part at the first place. Tell them the issue you are having and they will tell you what is wrong with the AC unit. They told me on how to install a capacitor in the outside AC compressor unit and it costed me only the part and got AC up and running within an hour! I will buy from them again!Thank you Johnstone!!

I needed a fan condensor motor after 3 days of no ac . With my home warranty dragging their feet I wasnt happy. Called BJ and he crossed the fan motor number no problem. I went into pick it up and BJ was more than happy to explain the hookup difference. Installed the motor and ac works again. Thanks again to Johnstone staff.

Open on Memorial Day, walked in and they had the run capacitor that I desperately needed. Heck I bought 2 because they had the identical part. Easy in and out and customer service was spot on. I found where to go for my AC needs

Customer service is 100% spot on. The people are friendly and actually want to help. BJ walked me through how to fix my AC through picture text messaging and a couple of phone calls, I saved at least 300 bucks by doing so. THANK YOU ODESSA JOHNSTONE !

NEEDED a capacitor for my AC. They had it and even gave me a discount. Other places I had tried didn’t have it. These guys are awesome.
