Super helpful staff! As a layman who occasionally needs to fix something around the house, they have been helpful with advice and service EVERY time I go in. So impressed.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Didn’t fix the noise that supposedly was repaired. Started back up 2 weeks later. When I called back to tell them it was back again. I was told that I had issues paying them. I paid within 2 days because they never sent an invoice the first time. So when I finally got the invoice they tried to charge me for a “helper” labor which was not discussed. So they credited back some and then I agreed to pay. Make sure you get proof before you pay this company. And now they want to charge me to come back out and fix again. I was able to get someone else out same day service way cheaper and actually fix it one guy at that with no helper. Put your trust in someone else!!!!

I had a unusual situation with my bathroom and even knowing that they didnt have the parts I needed. They were very helpful and walked me three what I needed to do. Kathy also let me know if I needed anything else to please call. Great people.

As a 100% disabled veteran...I cant do lots of things and I cant hardly get any professional to come to the house for a small job. I needed a handicap shower and NOBODY would help. Ervin got the job done! Second. Tommy Ervin is a good man. His sins have been forgiven and hes walking in the light of the Lord. Forgiveness. You holier that thou in Odessa. Get off his back! He paid his debt, been forgiven and if YOU want forgiveness you must forgive!

This business is totally awesome. They had to come back due to a heating element in the new hot water heater. From the lady who took my call to the gentlemen who came out the service was outstanding. I will use this company to buy and install a new air conditioning unit.

Wow! So, you charge to repair my AC unit, and days later, it’s broken again (for the same thing) call you back to find out what going on and you want to charge me again??? If your reading this, pls be advised….go to someone else. Put your money in someone you can trust and not on someone who is going to take advantage of you. Use them at your own risk.

I had scheduled a plumber to go and tell me where the leak was at, so I could fix it. I could not afford the service from a plumber. They charged me $150 just to tell me where the leak was, supposedly. When we had to remove the flooring from the kitchen to our surprise the leak was at the other end!! I called several times, and never got a call back. I also went to the office, and the lady there said she could not do anything about it, that the plumber would call me. Really?? What is the plumber going to do? I already fixed it.. I just wanted part of my money back. I was considerate enough to just ask for some. I understand they have to make their money, but not try to fool your customers. Making me spend more money that was I should of. The whole reason I hired them was to save me some trouble and money, happened to be the complete opposite. I dont understand how they have the Odessa American best Voted.. Very bad SERVICE!!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Odessa store has the worst employees. Walked in and the employees were having a conversation, they acted as if I was interrupting them and did not want to help me or do their job. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Do not recommend this place. Awful customer service.

Found parts for older tub,shower valve and fixtures. Very knowledgeable and helpful employees and at a good fair price, cheaper than the big box stores!

There is 2 young ladys that really knew what I needed to repair the water leak I had plus go the cheapest route Thanks girls.
