Redhawk Heating & Air Conditioning

My air conditioner had been leaking Freon for some time. My neighbor has a Lennox system so I searched for a dealer. I found Redhawk and inquired about repair or replacement. It was a Thursday and Mr. Mark Russell came out that afternoon. He helped me decide on a new system. He said they would install a new system the next Thursday. Friday morning I received a call from Redhawk someone was on the way. Mr. Russell came and installed Freon to get us comfortably by until Thursday. (No charge). He came the next Thursday and installed a new system in about three hours. I highly recommend Redhawk and you will like Mr. Russell.

Mark Russell is the most ethical and moral businessman I have met in a very long time. He is all business and most professional. He gave us an excellent deal, with the best equipment, crew and installation. Five stars. I was amazed at how quickly he and his crew were able to complete the job.

Mark is very knowledgeable in his field! He took some measurements for a new unit and made suggestions for getting our old unit to work better in the meantime. Were now able to keep the house at a very comfortable temperature in the hottest part of the summer! Thank you, Mark!

This is the 3rd time that we have used Mark and saying he is awesome is an understatement! He has fixed our Ac unit every time, even when we had 3 other hvac experts come out and were not able to help us with the problem. Mark did it, No problem! The service was fantastic! Mark is very knowledgeable and friendly, he worked with me to find the unit and price I was happy with. Ramona worked with me to get the install scheduled before a freeze spell hit. The install was fast and looks good, the crew found some issues from the prior install and Mark gave me recommendations on how to get them resolved. Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. After calling 6 companies, Redhawk got back to me first. Mark did a great job at helping me with this experience. He gave me several options, and in the end, I choose to replace my unit. Everything was completed that day. This mom and pop business had great customer service, and was very honest and helpful. Called Redhawk after calling a couple other 24 hour companies the night prior. Was initially told it wouldnt be until the afternoon, but was pleasantly surprised when Ramona called me back to tell someone would be at my house much earlier.System is 13 years old and was installed by Redhawk in 2010. No one tried to pressure me into replacing major, costly components. Mark went right to the problem and found a blown 80 uf capacitor that was preventing my compressor motor from starting. Whole process took about 15 minutes before I had cold air blowing again.Will absolutely use Redhawk again in the future when I have HVAC needs.

Our ac went out at 3am. Called shortly before 8amlooking for a repair & Mr Mark came by lunch. He was very nice & professional . Very quickly done! Thank you Mr Mark!

A/C unit was not working properly and of course with my luck everything breaks on weekends for me.. So 1st thing Monday morning I called Redhawk heat and air. At the end of the line a lady by the name of Romona answered very sweet and professional. Lets just say by 10am I had Mark at my door. Sarah was very interested in meeting our needs and spending time explaining all of the options they offered. She also did a thorough inspection on our residence to make sure we were getting the equipment we needed to be most cost efficient. She explained how Redhawk operated and what kind of quality service we could expect to get if we choose to use them. Any questions we had that she could not answer she made calls and got the answer.

Was trying to find a reputable heat/AC company to look at my AC. Read reviews for Redhawks and was impressed. Needless to say I was not disappointed. Henry(our technician) was awesome. Walked me through what the issue was, what caused it and how he was going to fix the issue. I couldnt be more impressed with Redhawk. I will definitely be using them from now on.

I called Redhawk because my AC wasn’t cooling properly. Within three hours, they were at my house ready to help. Mark quickly diagnosed the problem, made repairs, and had my house cooling again!

I had an OEM Lennox unit on my home circa 1992 that went out in the heat of July, of course, on a Tuesday afternoon. I have used a couple of area Service companies but none were Lennox dealers.I called Mark at Redhawk after a recommendation from a family member that had used him recently.By THAT FRIDAY afternoon I had a complete new 26seer Unit installed and cooling my home! Yes, In-attic air handler, return air duct, and outdoor compressor unit.It cools Great and is very quite...Very Happy with Mark and his Redhawk Team!
